how does DGRI compute float? is there a standard way?
Float is less than 1/2 of outstanding. Management has big block but not that much. Saw a big block reported with the SEC.
anyone have a breakdown?
again-this is just a sidelight-main focus is proven gold in the ground with 3rd party report
could be-may be maybe not
either way why be concerned?
information which can be relied upon is available only from news releases, SEC filings- anything that anyone and everyone can read and see for themselves-anything is else is interesting but potentially false or inaccurate-this holds true both for positive and negative information.--posters who have a history (good or bad)of posting accurate or false information can be taken into account but it still just an opinion until the facts come out
IMO on how to value this stock-look at BG technical report, place a value on the gold, divide by the number of shares outstanding (now, fully diluted, potential-use what ever number you like) I suspect you will get share price number higher than today's pps
DGRI ramping up-drilling on Jungo-getting permits for Basin Gulch -all in anticipation of production in 12-24 months
my view on various issues
-price per share has gone down all year-true- but misses the point is there value in owning the shares NOW
-property value- no doubt in my mind Basin Gulch is significant. 3rd party report should eliminate any doubt-bashesrs don;t mention this
-CFO with same address as CEO-is the best the bashers can do? give me a break- this has to be the most common situation in the world.
The CFO has been working with DGRI for over 6+ months. Of course he has the same address
-o/s-DGRI has been issuing more shares. no surprise here. The only issue has to do with calculating the actual value of the shares based on the value of the gold properties. DGRI provides updates but they quickly become dated which leads to frustration about information in turn leading to wild conjectures.
deal with it. like it or dislike it. it likely will not change. investments are uncertain and this is a factor. sell/buy/hold based on your own research and opinions.
why would it change the next day?
did DGRI change OTC markets outstanding shares?? you posted numbers as of Nov 9
yet when I went there the o/s were as of Sept 30t, whats up???

where are you getting this debt conversion stuff- i see nothing in sec filings
dgri affiliate Aultra is up 173% today, low public float-IMO wirll start to move faster and faster. DGRi owns a big block of shares and will benefit
this information is either true or false.
either way at some point DGRI will update the actual share information.
what does the stock transfer agent say
outstanding shares-I agree. Perhaps DRGI should consider more frequent outstanding share updates? perhaps on a regularly scheduled basis more frequently than the 10Q--suggestions
-8k when shares are issued
-mention the number at the bottom of any news release
-monthly at a fixed date-such as 2nd monday or something similar-
anything to eliminate uncertainity, not knowing bashing etc
CEO gets virtually nothing? when is a six figure salary nothing?
which communication firm? are they still involved?
frustrating.
having a website is important. I see no reason to shut it down. In today's age it is like a business card.
These missteps are why the shares trade where they are.
It is easily correctable. a poor product can not be fixed (not easily anyway). Thus there is potential. The question for investors both current and future is the risk assessment, risk tolerance and patience
website needs to be updated for properties
sec filing made
sec filing made
could be big
any other environmental stocks?
any other environmental stocks?
i like this sector
i like this sector
any follow up on news story
new CFO? no- new director-yes
CFO has been with DRGI for about 1 year-he has been signing SEC filings
great properties but lets keep it real
sorry -my question was a future one not a past one. whatever you want to call it the number of shares has increased. IMO more shares will be issued until DRGI makes money or does a deal on a property. nothing wrong with that. it needs to survive, work needs to get done etc
Here is what DGRI said in its SEC filing for Sept 2010 quarter-near end of report
During the quarter ending September 30, 2010, the Company issued an aggregate of 12,050,433 shares of Common Stock in consideration for services to non-related parties. Also during the period ending September 30, 2010, the Company sold an aggregate of 31,153,704 shares of common stock in consideration for an aggregate purchase $133,500.
Aultra's 2008 "estimates" are not relevant. look at the the 2010 technical report released by Dutch. done by an independent 3rd party-
big difference between a company saying this is what we think we might have (Aultra 2008) and a company saying a 3rd party independent professional report done according to exacting professional standards stating this is what DUTCH HAS.
Everyone should read the report-especially the summary of what found and the potential
wow great plan wonder how long it would take and how much it cost? do you think is why they are issuing all those shares?
I still think it has room to run before having a correction. It has made a big move this week.
IMO the whole environmental sector is the next big thing. There are very few pure environmental type plays. One such company just went public via a reverse take over. Trading is low, just like Clean Diesel before it took off. check out ECMZ, on pinks but files with the SEC. I suspect at some it will move. Nice web site. Also competes with Clean Diesel so you should check it anyway.
IMO the environmental is big (multi billion) and there will a number of companies in this area. So far I have only found 2 public companies. I suspect there are others so if anyone finds one, post it since it will be a competitor of Clean Diesel it is relevant to this board.
IMO long term I think Clean Diesel will move higher but they need to start delivering some results. short term the stock price has moved so much they are vulernable to a correct but I suspect that will not happen until early December-just a guess
hope you got in yesterday, shares are up again today with bigger volume and it is still earlier. I see a positive future
i think a reverse would be good, clean it up, get new management, still like the product
