Hach123...I somewhat agree with what you've said. I feel they should offer different options that include a certain price for a certain number of texts/month in different increments up to the option currently offered. In other words maybe offer a minimum of $.50/text-connect for up to 100 texts/mo., $.25/text-connect for up to 500 texts/mo., unlimited could be current pricing (or some similar type of pricing). I feel you'd get a lot more smaller companies willing to at least try it for a few months.

That was well said Rustler!
Hi Mick! I've been traveling a bit. Off to Houston in the morning. Let's get this thing turned around in right direction buddy!I like Clay Trader's chart. Let's cross our fingers for a nice bounce.
stockpositive...His specific reply on May 25, 2010 was:
GOIG or GO800 employees nor I follow the Investor Boards posting.
I also paved the way for Oil9911 to make contact with him. He invited him to contact him and the rest is history.
Mike
stockpositive...Ike replied to me via e-mail that no one in the company, including himself, monitors any internet stock sites such as IHUB.
Well I guess I'm not going to be as concerned about trying to get an AON buy filled vs. getting my additional million share buy filled. I'm more interested in a fill at these prices.
Dolphin can you explain how my buy is split up and showing up as 2 large sells and one puny little buy of 3710 shares? How does that happen?
Oil9911, Thank you for hitting a home run of an e-mail. It's too bad that we have to keep sending Ike these wake-up calls. Hopefully we won't have to continue going to these extremes in the future. I know you have more important things to be doing with your time. Once information on revenues and growth start coming out I think things will change. Afterall we have a GREAT product! I sure wish he would hire you as a corporate consultant.
Once again thanks for your well thought out e-mail to Ike. I only wish you could write all our GOIG PR's too!

Glad to hear that you've spoken to Ike!
Your e-mail is refreshing as usual and we welcome you to post more often if you like. Your conversation basically confirms what many of us have felt. This is indeed a longer term play and those who remain patient and hold will most likely be rewarded later as the numbers of customers and revenue increases.
Great post and thanks for sharing it!

But what you asked was: Is GOIG cash flow positive? Now?
I was just pointing out where Ike recently said "We are projecting a monthly increase of 20% which will result in our being cash flow positive in July. Repeat, cash flow positive 90 days after launching a new product." So the answer is NO, not yet. But he does give you an idea of when he expect to be.
We won't know for certain until financials are filed for the quarter though. I also agree with you, it's worth holding.

Mike
I know what you mean, that happens to all of us at one point or another. In this particular case it was good to be able to corroborate his reply to you with actual evidence though. There's a big difference between Issac A. Sutton and Issac H. Sutton.

pxxpy7...Your answer is here in Ike's recent Letter to Shareholders (2nd paragraph):

No problem Chuckrmon22!
We all have to do our part when we see incorrect information posted. Just be patient and don't look at the daily PPS but rather think long term. This is a radically different investment approach than with most penny stocks but this one is different and has a great new technology with huge potential.
Ike has obviously chosen to grow the company slowly rather than take on huge debt or dilution on an expensive advertising program. There's usually many different ways to ultimately achieve the same goal. Let's give him time to execute his business plan. He's set some pretty lofty goals of a 20% revenue growth per month that if accomplished will eventually be reflected in the PPS. Cash flow positive in July, within 90 days from it's launch. If these things aren't music to everyone's ears then I don't know what is.

Thanks for sharing the e-mail Yoyo!
This company has way too many positive things going for it. Everyone just needs to be patient and not dwell on all the negative comments.
As both Oil9911 and I said in earlier posts everyone just needs to quit looking at the daily PPS. This is a longer term investment because it's going to take time before we see revenues posted. That information will get this stock moving. Negative posts don't help in the long run because potential investors read all these negative messages on IHUB and just move on instead of taking the time to do some DD and see what it's true potential really is.

GhostR....Tutu is trying to get everyone to believe that our CEO of GOIP Global Inc. had troubles with the SEC. The SEC action listed below is not our Ike Sutton.
SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION V. ISSAC A. SUTTON, United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, Case No. 99 Civ. 3889
Our CEO's name is Issac H. Sutton, not Issac A. Sutton.
Saddis12,
That's kind of funny he would say he wasn't happy his contact info was given out. I have an e-mail from him giving me permission to pass it along and I told him that i'm a moderator on the board. Like me he's over 50 so you sometimes forget things.
I assume your referring to this post I made in late May.

Good to hear from you again Oil9911.
Your insight and observations are right on. This company is just getting started and has so much potential for those of us that understand that and are patient enough to let it unfold. There's way too many investors that are used to the typical P&D here in Pennyland. We've said and heard here many times that this is not your typical penny stock. 99% of them you don't look at as an investment. This one on the other hand, is just that.
The number of positive posters here has certainly declined. The excitement and enthusiasm of what we have here appears to have diminished, mainly because many of the "old posters" have moved on. Your right when you say many of the future investors will ultimately be from those that drop into IHUB and run across the GOIG board and hopefully like what they see and hear from all of us. This won't happen unless the tone of the posts change toward being positive.
Most of us on here have done enough DD to feel comfortable enough to invest our money into this little company with a great new technology that has a huge potential. Patience is the key and remaining positive is essential. I think Ike has given us enough to be excited about in his recent letter to all shareholders and I thank him for listening to those of us who stood up and let him know our concerns which he quickly addressed. It wouldn't hurt if everyone would just take a moment and go back and read it once again! There's plenty to be excited about for the future of this company!

I was correcting what he posted regarding the June 2, 2009 filing.
what he posted below isn't clear if it's yes or no. I was clarifying that it was indeed YES.
Duration of Offering
Does the Issuer intend this offering to last more than one year? Yes X No
CORRECTION to what was posted by Kraken!
You should be a little more careful of what you post. When you copied the data into your message it appears as though the Form D filed June 2, 2009 wasn't supposed to expire within 1 year. Look at the Form D filed June 2, 2009. It specificly states: Duration of Offering: Does the Issuer intend this offering to last more than one year? NO
Type(s) of Securities Offered: Convertible debenture
Minimum Investment:
Minimum investment accepted from any outside investor $ 25000 USD
Offering and Sales Amounts
Total Offering Amount $ 1000000 USD
Total Amount Sold $ 25000 USD
Total Remaining to be Sold $ 975000 USD
NOTE; The above Form D expired 6/2/2010
The Form D filed January 28, 2010
Type(s) of Securities Offered: Convertible debenture
Duration of Offering: Does the Issuer intend this offering to last more than one year? YES
Minimum Investment
Minimum investment accepted from any outside investor $ 5000 USD
Offering and Sales Amounts
Total Offering Amount $ 299944 USD
Total Amount Sold $ 0 USD
Total Remaining to be Sold $ 299944 USD
BTW....These Convertible debentures could be used for day-to-day operating expenses and advertizing until the company is running cash flow positive. I don't think I'd refer to it as death spiral. This company has way to many positives going for it.

Nice find laureus!
I wish it was this week because I'd make a point to attend but I can't get away next week.
Thanks go out to Rusler & Oil9911 for e-mailing Ike. I encourage all of you to speak out and let Ike know how you feel. There's strength in numbers but if you do e-mail him, please be respectful and do it in a businesslike manner.

Well thanks for being honest about it. Your probably not the only one that didn't follow through with it, but I can only hope that the majority of people that did sign up, are actually out there selling keywords. This innovative technology should be very easy to sell to a variety of different companies. Anyone with a little training and desire, should easily be able to sell it.
For consumers it's all about the ease of it's use. It's easy to remember! It's easy to connect! It's great to be able to have a company call you back.

Look if someone is willing to contact the company and tells them they want to be an Ambassador, why shouldn't they accept anyone? The only minimum requirement is that you have a SS# and a bank account to make direct payments for your sales.
Why would any of you waste the companies time to train you? Are they taking a chance? YES! Are they wasting $ sending you marketing material if your not going to do anything? YES!
I would venture to guess that the majority of Ambassadors are probably shareholders. So if your a shareholder and you believe in the the product enough to become an Ambasaador, then why wouldn't you try to sell the service?
Why did you sign up to become an Ambassador and not follow through with it?
I can't believe all of you can complain about having to give out the personal information that's required by any employer or contractor doing work for a company. I require much of the same information for anyone working for my companies. The IRS requires companies to file either W2's for employees and 1099's for contract workers. If you want to be an Ambassador and get paid by the company for your sales then this information is required. It doesn't matter if your providing services for a private company or a public company.
Mike
And that's your perogative to feel that way and publicly say it. Let's not all forget the rights that we have here in America and all those who lost their lives so we can have those rights!
Thanks to all of you veteran's for your service from one veteran to another!
Have a Happy Memorial Day!

BTW....Ike Sutton gave me permission to pass this along to any of you that would like to contact him. I encourage all of you as shareholders to tell him what you like and dislike. He told me that no one in either of his companies are monitoring any of the various stock discussion boards on the internet. So for all of you posting messages on IHub to Ike, he's not getting the message unless you e-mail, text or call him.

Congrat's to Bigskyinvestor! Good choice Mick.
Sign Guy...All you have to do is use the username and password that the company setup for you when you purchased your keyword. From your online account you can see how many texts have been made.
I got that last one in there. I actually bid .021 but got filled at .0207
I flew back home last night from a business trip to Houston. On my way home I passed an Arby's and on their huge sign it said "Text BEEF to a number that no one could possibly remember". This technology is obviously growing in popularity but if GoIP Global can't get it sold to businesses like this then someone else will. Timing is so important...you have to strike while the iron is hot otherwise you sometimes miss the opportunity.
