Not sure how you located this info but a huge thanks for sharing!
Who is to define, what is "proper"? Is there a set formula? If there was, how come every major studio had *many* failures ... we're batting for average here.
Payoff debts due that were in excess of those profits...
VRS.V - from stockhouse post ... Aura officially on sale in Canada (Clarion).
http://www.clarionmedical.com/aestheticmedicaltech/verisante_aura/how_to_buy.html
INO - big volume today and up 6% ... hoping for PR soon!
As pump and dump has resulted in legal issues, perhaps the exact opposite approach is being taken on HHSE (bad mouth a good company to accumulate) as perhaps the (il)legality might be different?
I have no idea, but curious what you think?
NVLX - sold off my remaining shares yesterday @ .075 and today its .085. Missed the top, but I've had trouble understanding the company structure/agreements, the trading is weird ... at least I was patient to wait past having a large loss to realizing a modest gain.
INO - insider purchases recently with partner-funded hepatitis phase II trial results due this Q (meaning this week). Similar to ADXS, phase I results also very promising so let's see.... if I did not already own, I'd be looking to buy at these levels as the current share price/chart looks decent.
Also like that this trial has a random control group (unlike ADXS India trial) but unfortunately also has a 'qualitative end point' (also unlike ADXS India trial) meaning there is chance that a successful phase II will still not pass phase III (but share price would still go up, of course, on a sucessful phase II).

All I can say is my mini-panic is over ... just holding to my guns (1) they are still business (2) very low market-cap if they continue to stay in business.
I have not seen TITA yet, but will buy the blu-ray at Walmart (that is the most important retail location to support) ... hope it catches a lot of eyes. Tons of cartoon-movies were released recently so I'm sort of glad for the delay.
It would be very sweet (not too inconceivable) that the SEC preview continue annually ... imagine their (presumably) biggest release occuring in perpetuity !
And purely out of fact, and not assumption/speculation, you can provide that the company is worth less than the current market cap of $6M ... let's see what details you have!
That's some great DD ... thanks! Seems like we might have some room left to run!!
Please feel free to always assume the worst-case scenario.
PLSB - sold my traders (again) for 20% gain and bought some yellow media warrants.
IF PLSB dips back near $1 again, I'll get some more but am otherwise still holding a decent core position. Company mentioned they will be doing a financing so that is important to keep in mind ... although upcoming sales numbers should also be good.
I bought some YLWWF today @ $2.36... the 5-day chart looked like it had rocketed but -- after looking more closely -- it was just the scale that made it look that way.
I don't have a lot (unfortunately not enough to trade some) but I'll look to accumulate more on any dips...
Yes, Mindwalk was really cool!!
I think I've mentioned that I'm very much interested in these types of topics. I really liked the way physics was portrayed/explained ... I find it a little sad tha most people do not appreciate the mysteriousness and infathomabilty of the Heisenburg uncertainity principle, collapse of the wave function, etc, etc.
I really liked the end. The problem with philsopohers is that, after they provide great insight that old structured ways of thinking are insufficient for explaining reality, they impose a new structure and the cycle continues. I felt the physicist do this at the end, but the poet (briefly) called her (the phycisist) out on it!
No movie is perfect (especially in covering all the topics of philosophy!!) but I was hoping they cover the Cartesian Impasse (mind-body problem). It was odd to me, especially since Decartes is a central figure in the movie and that is his most famous contribution that has plauged philosophy ever since. Perhaps they could do a sequel ... lol. Mindwalk into the Mind!
My own writing (still very much a work in progress) covers these issues but I've expanded more broadly into the meaning and nature of truth. That, IMO, is even more mysterious than the fundamentals of physics. Nobody has written much about this topic, so I'm hoping to contribute something unique (and valuable??). Everything is flowing together very well, but its an incredibly challenging topic...
Anyway, thanks again!
I thought you weren't trying to be misleading? You mentioned the issues of Championship Soccer but did not mention the launch of Deceptz, Boggy Creek, Turtle, Toys etc ... all of which are available! Why do you always emphasize the negative but downplay the positive?
Given the release date is not far away, I'm quite excited about the SEC football preview DVDs. If sucessful, this could potentially be a recurring annual release. Like you said, we don't know, right?
I sincerely appologize for accusing you of being one-sided if that was not your intention!
So let's see what happens with the SEC pre-season video release! Nobody knows for certain, but it could potentially be quite good for HHSE!
If it works out well, the best-case-scenario potential of being an anually recurring release is certainly further intriguing! Nobody knows for certain, as you said, but it will be fun to see the developments.
(Incidentally, having your daughter as an English major read my post? ... I'm not sure to be flatterred? If there is something specific that did not make sense or was too complicated, I'd be glad to clarify.)
Batski, I watched Mindwalk but never did look into those tickers you had mentioned ... please let me know, which are they again (on the less speculative side)?
That was a very crafty response!
I noticed how based on the context, you strategically applied a double-standard of knowledge 'we all know' versus 'nobody knows for sure'. For positive outlook/speculation about the company, your standard seems we should either know for sure or dismiss the idea outright. Yet, at the same time, negative speculation is taken as being known by 'we' all as absolute fact.
This double-standard seems inconsistent.
Of course, please feel free to prove me wrong ... given your own words that 'nobody knows for sure' what do you think is the best case scenario in terms of potential SEC partnership? Given we don't know for sure, doesn't that mean it is *potentially* a very positive development?? We don't know for sure, right??
******************************
"Nobody knows for sure if there is a S.E.C. football partnership.
Could be somebody else's deal and HHSE is the distribution company. Let's see if this really happens first. We all know there's more of a chance this won't happen than will happen. "
The great part of the SEC partnership is that it could develop into an annually recurring revenue stream!!
Wow! Congrats ... I hate chasing big moves so -- if it retraces a bit -- I'm looking to acquire some myself.
Given the volatility, are you planning to swing-trade some along the way?
Hah, thank you! Yes, it has been a good year so far and the best part is that I've had no significant losers.
I'm still holding out for a big 'event-driven' gain ... ADXS/INO trial results, HHSE audit, VRSEF/PLSB sales, financial announcement on EORBF/Veolia agreeement, etc etc ... once one of these occur, I'm expecting/hoping for some real fireworks but we'll see!
Also, it would be good to see a recovery in the decimated mining sector (in general).
Muchisimas gracias .... Hombre de Harley!
I've been trading a small amount in and out of ACTC so not too important for me but thanks for the note ... as you are cleaning up the board, would you mind adding EORBF ... Batski has that too. I don't think the price has changed much since he added, so you could use today's date as starting.
BRFH "Barfresh Announces Shipment of Product and Initial Locations for Major Chain’s Smoothie Test Markets"
http://finance.yahoo.com/news/barfresh-announces-shipment-product-initial-165700301.html
My bottom-feeding worked on this one as I'm up 25% in not much time ... hopefully, once the major chain is announced this should have some legs!
At least I got in SPMD about 62% ago, so I can thank you guys (Glen) for that!
Does anyone here have an apetite for US pink sheets?
On of the favorites (on our Porgressive Stocks board) is HHSE. The company is trying (supposedly) to uplist but management has continually failed to meet their own deadlines for audit, SEC form 10, etc ... it has been very frustrating.
However, the marketcap is less than 8 million, company has kept dilution to a minimum and the business is verifiable and seems to be growing. The company is a distributor of DVDs, Blu-rays, and VOD. Most important is that their movies are for sale at Walmart ... this fall could be big for them as they have college football pre-view DVD (in association with the South Eastern Confernce (not the other SEC)) which is a big niche in the US. Another movie soon to be released in Walmart is 'Toys in the Attic'.

Anyway, if interested, let me know and I could dig up some further details.
Great! (for you!)
Me ... I'm looking but have not acquired any yet ... they are still very well-priced but I like to dip-buy! And yes, I understand there might not be a lot of time before they run.
Y ... what do you think about the warrants YLWWF?
Thanks Harleyman ... I appreciate the thoughts! Yes, the low-valuation to sell right now is the bottom line.
It' funny how my sentiment is becoming like yours was and yours is becoming like mine!
I guess these delays aren't helping management either so its not intentional ... I'm looking forward to the 'management update' to see what else is in the pipeline. Prior to the college S.E.C. announcement I was getting worried as TITA not at Walmart and everything in the pipeline seemed mostly unconfirmed...
Also, about TITA Blu-ray, I'm wondering if lack of availability elsewhere might have been imposed by Walmart ... I'll be glad (was it April 1st?) to confirm it there.
What's your take that they did not provide a 10K? Seems odd as they never missed these reports before ... which is why I'm confused as it seems they have actually regressed?
I was quite interested in the 'management discussion' in the blog ... despite the audit issues, it is important to at least know business is going well. Aside from the S.E.C annoucement today, I was getting concerned about the pipeline so thank goodness for that!
I was going to mention to you guys about TITA Blu-ray. I'm hypothesizing that perhaps the delay is b/c Walmart negatiated that it cannot be released first elsewhere... I'm hoping that's the situation at least! Any ideas?
Anyway, thanks for the clarifications...

We'll deserved for hangin in there!
I was going to sell some of my traders today, but cancelled the order on the update ... now hopefully on to the filings!?
Yes, not recently seeing much in the pipeline actually had me more concerned than the audit. I'm very glad to see this!
Business is still rolling and the rest will take care of itself.
VRS in Forbes "Simply Amazing! Instantly Diagnose Melanoma with the Flash of a Light."
http://www.forbes.com/sites/johnnosta/2013/03/14/simply-amazing-instantly-diagnosis-melanoma-with-the-flash-of-a-light/
I really hope this shortage is because orders were beyond their wildest expectations ... but I doubt it. How can they not get the basics!
On the other hand, good to see the deman seems there ...
Fantastic day for my portfolio offset by HHSE ... holding for something good tomorrow!
If there are any more 'unforeseen' delays, I'm going to seek legal damanges for the effect on my mental health.
Thanks for sharing your thoughts.
If the clinical trial results are successful, no matter the corruption, it would be very difficult to cover-up the stalling a cure for cancer.
Imagine how many folks would have to be involved in the cover-up and how difficult it would be to keep everyone of them quiet (some of whom would have had their own family/friends affected).
Corruption on this scale would be too difficult to pull off without severe public outrage.
Also to be considered are all the disruptive medical advances that have occured over the years, despite this supposed all-powerful conspiracy... is counter-evidence to the hypothesis.
I agree though that government could make the trials more expensive with some red tape that favors the larger pharmas ... but I think that is a much different scale that you might be proposing.
IMO.
Is that a rhetorical question? If so, please let us know the details of your thought process ... we like to exchange information and insights here.
