TECO for 2011... New data - a must read for investors
. The following represents what could easily be the revenue numbers for TECO for 2011. And some absolute facts are outlined again below.
1. Treaty has in fact lined up a capital commitment of $9,000,000 for the Kansas acquisition.
2. Treaty has obtained an extension from the owners to close the Kansas deal within 60 days.
3. Treaty has prepared revenue projections from actual production at $80 per bbl. Here are projections at $90 per bbl with only a minimal number of new wells being drilled in 2011. Kansas revenue could easily jump to $6,600,000. TECO's share now moves up to over $5,600,000, with a net of approximately $3,450,000 going to EBITDA. That raises the market cap to $34,500,000 and a new projected share price of almost $ .07. If you now factor in that Belize drilling will start in 2011, and let's say they only drill two wells, at even only 100 bbls per day each. We've seen the engineering showing oil being present on the TECO leases. (Keep in mind that adjacent property wells are producing some 700 bbls per day on average.) That adds another 200 bbls per day. Even if they only retain say a 35% interest, that equates to an additional $2,300,000 per year. Now you have a company, that as a minimum has over $5,700,000 in EBITDA annually, and that equates to a market cap of at least $57,000,000 or about $ .10+ per share. This is on the low end of a valuation as the PE could easily move to a multiple of 18 and
the stock pps could then move to $ .18 per share.

IMPORTANT DD FOR ALL INVESTORS
Not my DD but found this very interesting:)
WHY I DON'T TRUST ACTC SO SHOULD YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 24-Jan-11 04:36 am Let's speak some facts now, speculation is a good thing but you all must know what you buy, here it is:
1. Go to ACTC website.
2.Look under technology on top.
3. Visit all technolgy links.
4.Make conclusion.
5. Ask yourself a question: OK, it's all nice but why ACTC can't show that they have a laboratory, equipment just like any biotechnology company puts on it's website not only their magic technology prospects, but can show the equipment&laboratory where it's all done.
6. Now you have answered your question 5: ACTC doesn't have any assets that would make in a real biotechnology company, no equipment, no laboratory.
7.Now go to Pipeline link, it's the same only talking, no biotech equipment can be found. Only huge promises to heal the world.
8. Now go to News&Media, ater interviews you'l see images link, click on it and what you see is some image only. So where is the equipment, where is the lab?
9.Now go to home link and look at the bottom, Invest in a Cure! What you find there is ACTC is self promoting their stock, I don't care if it's legal or not but after visiting hundreds of such microcap company's websites, I never found such a link where company would promote their stock to the public. It says a lot.
10. Now if you are shareholder-believer in the magic cure patents, I urge you to visit the same ponzi scheme website though in another industry, "Clean Coal" WOW, the name of this empty baloon is no more no less CLEAN COAL TECHNOLOGIES INC. they went through numerous reverse stock splits and I also shorted them from $0.30 now the price ir $0.03 they also where in the news a lot, BusinessWeek magazine wrote about them, they have some magic patents that promise to clean all the world's industry coal and other industrial plants etc etc etc. and also they were valued just like ACTC is now, but today it's 90% and more down from the top, cuz investors understood they were lying and lying and lying.
So ACTC is another CCTC, patents, talk, news and no equipment, no assets. Look both charts and think for yourself, search Clean Coal Technology Inc. Do you know how many people they bankrupted?
CCTC have 1971 registered shareholders! ACTC only 214 but it will be more, much more if you will not listen to my warning.
I have nothing to lose from it, bought&sold short ACTC at botto&top, but as I see lies all I want is to help other, less experienced investors. http://zapt.in/dlG

Pure and simple, smith, those are allegations and nothing more -- I know it, you know it. As for KS and Belize, time will tell -- someone will be eating crow in short order. It is go time, lets see who has a plate in front of them when this plays out.
folks settle cases everyday, simply because the cost of litigation is astronomically higher than the settlement.
Kansas closes and Belize strikes oil we can all congratulate Mr Reid on a job well done....

The shorts were at work yesterday trying to keep the pps down. Here is the total which shows 1/3 of the volume were shorted.

As far as who will be drilling....This was posted by fmi81 last week Thursday.
"When I pressed IR on who the driller would be they wouldn't be specific but did say shareholders would be very happy with this well known driller in the area....I think it may be the English company that drilled for BNE...all in all things appear to be moving along in Belize and becoming very exciting.. my take on your post is, the belize project is a Black Gold Mine!
RSS is fairly certain that the Belize project has the potential for 1 large oil field and 2 smaller oil fields and they believe the project will be a success. They would only be selling their stock to pay for their commitments or would not otherwise sell their stock.
The only thing being pumped here is OIL!!!!!!!
Let’s take a better look at these “facts”.

my teco prediction for the first 52 days of 2011 is as follows:
The following represents what is ready to happen for TREATY shareholders within 56 days.
1. Treaty has in fact lined up a capital commitment of $9,000,000 for the Kansas acquisition.
2. Treaty has in fact obtained an extension from the owners to close the Kansas deal within 60 days.
3. Treaty has now posted the potential revenue generation that the Kansas deal brings to TECO shareholders.
4. Treaty has illustrated how the revenue from Kansas can repay the capital within two years.
5. TREATY will have income just from the current production of around $5,7000,000 for 2011.
6. The actual acquisition is $6,000,000. It is obvious that with the extra $3,000,000 of capital that they will begin drilling additional producing wells and injector wells immediately after closing, and therefore the total revenue for 2011 is probably going to be a lot greater than the above with the additional production and revenue from those new wells.
7. The numbers TREATY used for oil was $80 per barrel. The market price for oil is about ten percent higher, therefore revenue should be at least ten percent higher.
8. The records show that the owner has a 16% royalty. This means TREATY receives 84% of the revenue.
9. Let's take a round number for revenue of only $6,000,000 and times 84% = $5,000,000. Let's assume expenses are as high as $2,000,000. A small startup public company like TECO should expect a market cap of about 10 to 18 times EBITDA, which after expenses EBITDA is about $3,000,000. Let's stay with the lower of a market cap multiple - 10. That equates to a market cap value of about $30,000,000. Now divide that by 500,000,000 shares that are authorized to be issued, and YOU HAVE A STOCK VALUE OF $.06.
Wow..Treaty releases 3 PRs last week...Not bad for a company that some PREDICTED would not release another PR until 2011. More good news on the way:) ROFL!!!
IMPORTANT DD FOR ALL INVESTORS!!!

Not .01, not .02, not.03, not .04, not.05, BUT $ .06. And that's on the low end of the valuation scale. It could just as easily go to $ .10. With the new wells to be drilled, and additional revenue, (see their projections on the TECO website), you have a tremendous upside to this stock. The above speaks for itself. TECO is getting ready to climb. As for Belize, it's the icing on the cake. Any good news there could propel TECO's price to $ .25 or higher. And engineers should have the first well site determined shortly. With the closing of the Kansas deal, and the initial drilling in Belize, do you have enough shares to become a millionaire by the end of 2011? Better get some more shares while they're cheap.
