Actually, my plan is to sell half my shares at $5.00 and reinvest most of that money in ACTC. The rest I will hold for about another year or two. I am not in a rush with the other half and curiously wait to see how this company plays out.
I think the company has been pleasantly surprised with the demand for the thermometer. I can only guess the good news yet to come when they have time and resources to get the NDD going. That whole bit about Bayer asking for a model that can be used by hemophiliacs... that is still in the back of my mind...
Thanks for asking...
Patiently waiting, munching on popcorn, for the show to start...
CW
Hey OBI,
Thanks for the note. What is your target/plan for exit? I remember you mentioning once upon a time that this could reach $10-15. Lately you have been focused on the $5 mark... if you don't mind sharing, what will your plan be?
CW
Ah... Ok... thanks
CW
Not to be difficult but this looks like a form of dilution to me.
It would seem to me that if the company were bringing in money, they would be paying employees with money not shares. Though I can understand that if the company is moving in a direction of excellence that employees would take shares without any problem.
I just won't feel good about them issuing shares until they firm up what the A/S are now that the R/S has happened. And I know they won't disclose that until uplist but still, I am hesitant about seeing this a positive.
CW
On page 7, it lists product sales, net at $101,247
and then below it it lists cost of good sold ($92,624) then gross
profit $8623.
I don't understand that. I thought NET meant after cost,
deductions...
So wouldn't it be that the Gross profit would be the Gross sales minus
the cost of goods sold, not the NET product sales minus the cost of
good sold?
If the Net sales were $101,247 and each unit costs about $12 to make
then wouldn't the gross be about 3 times the Net?
I don't know ... it just seems screwy to me.

I just hope all the dirty laundry is out now and we just look up from here.
I don't blame them for the BB thing because they can't be responsible for what another organization does and when they do it.
But I don't understand why we haven't received a decent PR...
One that reports substance...
CW
OK glad you found it...
It is a tough report to swallow...
CW
Sales without the recall would have been around $175000... it's there...

No one jumps off a bridge because of a bad event. They jump off the bridge because they don't have the coping skills available to deal with the eb and flows, ups and downs, fluxuations of life. They lack the resiliance needed to buy time to resolve uncomfortable feelings or fear experiences that paralyze them. No one is responsible for another person's behavior or choice. They might be responsible for causing a emotional flare of anger, fear or anxiety but how the person chooses to deal with those feelings is completely up to them.
I just want to be clear about that.
It always amazes me when we have asked kids why they got into a fight or hit someone... they say was because that other person "...blah blah blah" when really it is because they couldn't pause long enough in their heightened emotional state to allow themselves time to respond thoughtfully rather than react primitively.
Just like we justify being at war because of what someone or some country is doing...or has done to us... or themselves...
When really, war is only one choice of many we could choose to respond to these situations but we decided it was the best one because it gives us a false sense of security that allays the fear, anger and sense of vulnerability the attack left us with. We are choosing to resolve those feelings through war...because an act of aggression replaces those feelings with a false but temporarily believable sense of being powerful, in control and invinceable.
It honestly is no different than a kid who accepts and uses aggression as a possible solution to solving his problem. It is primitive and base but that's how the limbic system works and that is what we access when access to our frontal lobe is blocked by emotional overload.
If fear and anger stay at level 4 on the Richtor scale, then we still have access to the frontal lobe to solve the discomfort. But if those emotions rise to anything over that, urgency is activated and the frontal lobe is replaced with the limbic system for solving the problem. Limbic is reaction while frontal is response.
There will never be a reason to stop this war because there will always be a terrorist to fear and we have decided that war is the solution to fixing that fear. It's like deciding to bang my head against a wall to deal with my frustration and when the frustration returns, it must have because I wasn't banging my head the right way instead of considering that we aren't dealing with the frustration effectively and should try a different solution. We have to find another way to reduce our fear level so we can allow our frontal lobes to come up with a solution that makes more sense and is truly effective!
Hi... that's me rambling...

No disrespect, OBI
But sometimes, you sound like a weather man... LOL
partly sunny with a chance of rain...
I like how you explain things but I can't keep up with it to even know how accurate you are... but I hope you are accurate with the $5 target being not hard and with a little good news, or alot of good news this hitting $15 or so
CW
I would think that if that were true then everyone would be selling and the bid would be dropping. But that is not what is happening. We have a stale mate of sorts.
This is different... and it seems much more positive...

Thanks for the question but I am unable to answer private messages as I only have a free account here.
I beleieve the information about the pallets is posted on their facebook page but also, I received that information from the IR guy, Alex. He has been very responsive to my questions and also patient. You can email him also if you have more questions.
It's not that I don't think Q1 matters. Q1 one is just not as important as is the whole picture and especially the picture of what is going on now for the company that will reap rewards at least by mid summer, IMO. My only hope with Q1 is that it shows progress from last year. I hope it shows increased sales, contracts and distribution of the products. Other than that, I think it is only up from here with maybe a few insignificant drops here and there for the money takers...
I am in at least for another year regardless. I would lose too much money at this point to sell at anything below $.75 p/s so my patience continues to be tried and strengthened.

Do you think it will affect things that they have not filed Q1 on time or filed an extension request? Or do you think they might file on Monday with "...no harm done?"
I know they are busy sending out pallet after pallet daily to complete orders. Hopefully a different department handles filings...
CW
That's a conundrum in my opinion...
Either the facebook posts and opinions on the boards are important and that's why the shareprice is moving or they are not important and it's moving on its own. Either way, it's moving. It's coming back to life
And I agree this is independent of the value of the company... but it will right itself soon. The company, its products and the hard work going into making it successful puts this stock and company at a much higher value than what is reflected in the S/P
CW
Looking forward to you being right on the money!
CW
Not me! I have doubled my position and halved my cost since the R/S.
Yee hah...
now just let the news roll...
a little bit of Q1 filed on time
with a little bit of uplist to the OTCBB mixed in
add a little bit of strong sales data
and we will be whistlin' Dixie in no time!
CW
Good to be here... just have the basic membership as I try this out before I decide whether or not to pay. Interesting perspectives to say the least :0)

Actually, according to IR, the SEC requested they submit that form as part of the uplist process and to then re-subnmit it once that happens.
I think, yes, they are very close to uplist. They have only mentioned "...pursuing other financing options" twice. Once as part of their reason for applying for uplist and now, as reason for their recall of their request to release more shares.
To me, that means it is about the BB.
CW
Ah, sorry,
I was getiing confused... sometimes you write about the company like it is so bad off it will have to go bankrupt and then you posted that saying there is no way they would do that and i just misread it. My apologies...
CW
I don't understand what is making you think the company will file for bankrupsty/insolvency petition. They are nowhere near making that kind of move IMO. They are just starting to take off...
CW
This company is going to make it and it is also going to make it for its long term investors. It might not happen as soon as hoped but I feel confident that within the next 6 to 9 months very little will hold this company back.
