Mark.....
Your right.07 is a nice base.
Plus the longs are quiet again. We should be expecting a more detailed report on the patient in Australia sometime this week
Shhh, dont spoil any surprises for me
It does not which is why I hope it doesn't happen. They Have had since Jan 1 to get financials ready. Those 15 extra days better have been enough.
They filed their 10k last year may 5th. 8 k came on April 9th I'd expect the same this year also. Hope I get surprised though.
Thanks for update
Decent base at .07 for now let's just close market and call it quits for the day doubt they will give us a 3 pm pr .
What are the sells v buys for today anyone? On phone doesn't do java or flash stupid apple people.
Nice base forming at .07 again anyways
So taking into account this product works that they have. Won't they have to patent it? And until that point anyone can essentially duplicate/ try to duplicate their formula. Which big pharma is capable of. So shouldn't we see a patent soon or something of that sort. Or will theysimply pull a coca cola and pepsi and keep the formula secret an not patent it?
Your first question......07 support will hold for awhile without news we might even move up without news if people stop whacking. But amng is running up so people might sell here go there than come back later. But our main support ran away to .06. So we could be at this level for quite awhile. If we go back near .08 our double bottom at .07 might reform than we will bounce between there and .08 without news. Hope we go up either way. People just saw great news/ whatever you want to consider it and they see us down. A logical person sees the company diluting or something scares them off don't understand that it was just some bored fat old guy.
FDA approval....my guess is as good as yours I've played Amex bio-techs for about 6 years most usually get bought put once a big company sees they have something good.
Great close.... Better than going down. Prob would be near .09 if not higher if it where not for all the whacks and panicked day traders yesterday.
Hey release them April 15 last time I believe so probably. Hopefully we see some rockbrook information on there.
It's from hemp oil mainly most people believe anyways. There Is a website that shows you how to self medicate for skin cancer and how to make the stuff and all. Apparently hemp oil on it's own you can buy in stores etc. Is very effective at relieveing a large amount of symptoms. I bought some hemp pills and oil just for fun to see if I notice any difference. (I know it's not the same as what dr bob has). Hemp oil is comparable to fish oil only difference is fish oil ha some impurities from contamination in the fish. Plus hemp products are legal in the USA. You just can't grow hemp legally for most industry stuff so they import most of it from Canada. Gonna try the stuff anyways see how it goes.
My main concern with the patient in Australia was the fact that it might not have been skin cancer. From the pictures it could have been a scab or another skin disease. The proof that was previews indicated it was cancer and is gone now is what I was looking for and I'm happy with it for the most part. Sorry that other did not like what they saw and had to take the stock down on purpose very selfish and no better than the governments actions in keeping cannabis illegal.
Nice steady going up. If we get back to .08 that .07 base should reform all the way ,their all sitting on .06 thanks to our friend he scared them.
I was looking yesterday. Jaqueline is patients name I believe. I found about 5 different operations with about 3 doctors each. Hard to say which one though. The word order at top of page in what they practice is going to be a key factor in finding the right one. Aside from that couln narrow it down enough to justify putting the doctors name on here.
Shot in the dark but if someone has let's say 1mill for sale and just keep dropping their ask, than in theory the mm will chase after it especially of it thinks the stock is running up. Usually after the grab all the shares they gap stock back up to where it was if not more. It's obvious in low volume cases harder to see in high volume. I've done it before to sell a position just to have the mms follow my ask down. Not today wasn't me heh. Just entirely possible. Plus 1,000,000 is 10% of volume today something the mms would chase after. Hopefully see an upturn tomorrow.Jmo
It says dear adriene...who's that? Her mother? Her name is jaqueline....Phoenix tears doesn't have any members names adriene, and even moose is named mark...don't like the date on the thing. Someone smack mark and dr bob. Tell them theyforgot to put the juicy stuff on their website....
So the news seems good....we got the document would have hoped for more extensive study aside from just the note would have been nice to see the biopsy documents/ tests on skin. Any predicts for tomorrow? We going up or down?
What's going on with share price down so much????
They have documentation but not releasing it as of yet?
The other day the bid was actually higher than the ask. Didn't get news or anything not really sure why they do it mybe their confused. They don't work together very well. One mm will walk the bid up just to have another mm not move their ask which leaves the bid higher than the ask. So they whack it back down than try again until the one mm fricken moves. Which is what we might be watching now with them trying to get to .078 again
Seems to go both ways though...when there is a downtrend there are small buys pushing it up toward the .075 area. When there are large buy compared to sells there are small sell orders pushing it toward .075 area. Seems odd been noticing it goes both ways for atleast a month.
They are acting like there will be news soon
Not really sure what this companies deal is....I had it when it was ldph. They release a pr once a year if your lucky. It was good to trade with the mm's would buy at .04. The mms would pump it up to .08 randomly think .12 sometimes. Than I'd dump it into their bid of like .09 haha. Aside from that doubt this is a real company and even if it was they don't care much for investors until they pr...guess when they need money. Good luck with it though.
They don't need FDA approval, if you have a drug that flat out kills cancer and you can prow it on multiple people.once the word is out people won't give a craP if the FDA approved it or not. The FDa will almost be forced to accept it. Cancer generally is a terminal illness which people will do anything to cure.
I'm not going to spell this out all the way for you, but this is what I'm going off of. We all know who's involved on this front and I respect him and his work along with my belief he knows more than we do.
"Dr Bob Melamede will be at MardiGrass again with new evidence on cannabis eradicating cancer and another director from Cannabis Science Inc."
That's the qoute.
Does it mean he will repeat he same speech he's been saying for the past 2 yrs. I doubt it. Key phrase is "new evidence on cannabis eradicating cancer." what does that mean? What else has been new in cbis aside from the Australian girl? It could be something else that's just an assumption. Why havnt they presented this information already? Well what better way to do it than to do is in Australia where the patient is from, the medical doctor is probably from, and there is huge support for the movement. What better way to do it than on a stage with 1,000s of on looks with the patient right next to you along with possibly
the doctor. Will they pr it to us before the event probably...mybe by only a day or two so that they don't loose the surprise.
Another key qoute "another director from cannabis science" there are a bunch of advsors but only really one director....Richard Cowan. He doesn't appear for no reason and he rarely shows his head in cbis anymore. Unless of course it was for a good reason.
Now these are all assumptions based on past events and circumstances. Could they pr the patients documentation tomorrow or any other day? Yes... But it might be less believable in a pr than in a public setting.
The fact is that medical marijuana is being legalized a lot faster than anyone expected. As more state run out of money and as the government keeps hitting their deficit cap. They will look for the revenue from mmj and will look to cut the enforcement of mmj down to nothing.
Take it as you will I'm not trying to change anyone's mind on how they feel about cbis and I have my doubts also, but the assumption in the above being true is where I lay my faith in cbis.
Tetrahydrocannabinol (TCH) is the key ingredient in marijuana that makes people high, said Zhang. It works by binding to molecular anchors on cells called cannaboid type-1 receptors.
It was thought that this process also relieved pain, but Zhang says marijuana has over 400 chemical compounds that provide therapeutic relief for a number of disorders, such as chronic pain, seizures, depression and muscle spasms from multiple sclerosis.
These compounds, he says, could target different receptors in the brain. Figuring out what compounds target which receptors is the key to crafting cannabis-based medicine for different disorders, but without the usual side-effects associated with recreational pot smoking.
The study found the glycine receptor might be the primary target for pot’s painkilling effects. When Zhang’s team blocked glycine receptors on mice dosed with cannabis, the animals still felt pain.
The next step is to test his theories on different animals using different strains of marijuana. The goal is to find the strain that has the strongest pain-relieving component.
“That may support my prediction that different strains of marijuana, some might be more potent in reducing pain but less so in causing psychoactive effects,” Zhang said.
Zhang said if other research teams pick up where he left off, they could narrow down the targets for marijuana’s other therapeutic effects, leading to the creation of all sorts of cannabis-based therapeutic medicine.
“The effects of medical marijuana can be separated if the target can be located,” he said. “Find the target, and based on the target, you can develop new medicines.”
Guess this is a follow up on a pr if you will. Dr Allen shacklford was with dr Robert melamede at the Denver cannabis cup. I believe they might both have give medical seminars. But for sure they where both judges there. In a past pr dr Allen shackleford was given an advisor position. Take it as you will, but aside from getting high together a judges they could be working together. Dr Allen shackleford went to Harvard med/ went to school in Germany also and has filmed several shows for the discovery channel. Think he might advise dr bob on how to go about his discovery. Copy of pr below.

Not much good stuff that's for sure, if Canada was warmer I would have moved there years ago
Until than you might want to get the salivating issue checked out. Jk, agreed but on right news could be a lot higher.
Only news as of today that I found regarding the event.http://www.thedenverdailynews.com/article.php?aID=12277
His appearance is irrelevant if he shows accomplishments, but yeah he should probably dress a little nicer. Not a huge concern of mine as long as he puts some credible information out.( which I'm confident he will by months end). Thought you where the flip master would have been a nice flip just the .072-.085.
Mybe he should wear d&g glasses and an Armani suite traced off all in gold lace so you can bash him for spending all cbis money on it?
Denver medical cannabis cup today whoot whoot!!!! Dr Bob speak around 1:30 (denver time) sometime, mybe he will have something importAnt to say. If anyone is there pls record and YouTube it. Just the fact that he isn't hunched over and wrinkled for his age proves mj doesn't a decent job heh.
Don't tell everyone the secret how will the people in the know make money dumping on the pump
If this company was a pure fluff machine why wouldn't they just follow through with a fluff patient report that said nothing?
He's seems chill as one would expect. Just seems like and obvious conclusion to draw for someone whose life work has been marijuana. He will get it together he has it together just when he chooses to release it to us mortals is unknown. As for employees 3...him Cowen and mark, rest is outsourced to rockbrook and elsewhere.
Yeah but in reality nothing even to report aside from number of employees...
