would u say that finra would ever approve the divis if they had suspision of the numbers?...lets say that finra approves everything...would that not constitute grounds for some credibility, or are we all doomed?(tryin 2B dramatic!:)
looking for a record date by nxt friday (april 10th)...if so, hold tight....could be kabooooOOOM time! Lol
"...Whilst the "Pay Date" of this Stock Dividend by Fortress Financial Group, Inc. cannot be prior to April 16, 2009; this does not preclude us from setting the "Record Date" with no notice whatsoever and well before the "Pay Date"..."
now, what is that suppose to mean??? (no notice?)
PD
how is that even possible with no proven reserves? why woud Finra even agree to such numbers? there is no way that market cap will last...doent make sense?
"...And the ones that are heavily promoted in the form of constant news vere??? do the infamous 50 baggers..."
'vere' as in never? so how do the 50 baggers get promoted if not via 'heavy promotion in the form of constant news'???
-PD
ahahahaaaaa! U caught that one!See ya in a fortnight!
-PD
naaah juk, I dont like this lumb character...however, also dont like how some read an article here and an article there and sum it up as 'fraudster' etc...I am heavily invested into hunt gold and am tired of the BS posted as of late, and so did some DD to uncover what the summary conviction actually was...and vwalllahhhhh...it is nothing...makes one think about why ppl keep their fancy with this lumb guy while we are on a hunt gold board?!?!?! Yea, he is linked as a big investor here but so what! there are many other investors here too and that doesnt seem to fancy anyone...Let us keep on track and look to push Saner around some more...I have seen the damage done by involving Lumb on the ffgo board, and dont want my investment here to see the same BS as that went through...Simple enough for ya?<wink, wink>
-PD
Ok, but when you go to this link for the reason for the disqualificaton...http://www.companieshouse.gov.uk/ddir/dqdet.cgi?P=1023170310 Why was he charged on the grounds of section 5 only (ie, summary conviction) and not section 4(fraud) or section 9(unfit to be director) or section 10(participating in wrongful trading)...and didn't S.L. say that he was left holding the bag for a particular company in the UK and was left with no paperwork or audit papers and so was caught in a mess with the regulatory body?(see his correspondence on the ffgo board for further info) and didnt he also say the the charge was BS and he was currently in the process of attacking the charge to get it cleared? (once again check out his comments on the ffgo board from last august)..I know several ppl that have been at the wrong place at the wrong time at some point in their lives...It happens! As far is this guy Lumb goes...Do you have any PROOF that SL is a 'crook' or do you just have these ancient repeat posts that dont really imply much...Regarding that conviction that keeps getting 'touted' around...I could be wrong but what exactly is a summary conviction as mentioned in the provided link? ...and, more importantly, if he was involved in fraud, would that not have be the BEST time to charge him?... Unless...daaa, daaa, daaaaaaa... he WASNT charged for fraud cause there was NO real fraud committed!!!??Hmmmmmmm...Doesnt add up at all now does it? Let me save you some time and extract the main point from the provided link...IT ACTUALLY VERIFIES the CLAIM that S.L. is not connected to Fraud, misconduct traiding or any of the other NINE charges that he could have received, since this was a court investigation and NO SUCH CHARGES WERE REALIZED!,,,and as far as I know, THIS is what a 'summary charge' is :
(taken from defencelaw.com/classification.html)
" Summary conviction offences encompass the most minor offences in the Criminal Code. Examples are "communicate for the purpose of obtaining the sexual services of a prostitute," "cause disturbance," and "harassing telephone calls."
"Unless a different penalty is specified, summary conviction offences are punishable by a fine of up to $2,000 or six months' jail or both."
"You cannot be fingerprinted for a summary conviction offence"
Wait a minute,(another Hmmmmmmmmm...LOL!)... was he not given this charge after demeaning a stockholder (although the nature of this stockholder's approach is not verified or documented)..Its a no brainer that the guy has a temper but does one having a temper mean that they are 'fraudster' or 'crooks' or 'scammer' or whatever other negative slaner that ppl like to dish out? These are the FACTS! like it or not, it is what it is...This guy LUMB is more of a 'playboy with a harsh temper' than anything related to being a fraudster...Now if ppl want to misconstrue the past and 'skip' the facts, well then...that is their choice...GL!
-PD
because of Alan's most recent correspondence to panch...he mentioned that the hurasu attornies 'should' be done with the dates by 'early nxt week' and that fortress will immediately file with FINRA when that happens...However, Im looking for this to actually happen not by next week but by the end of the following week (just to not be frustrated if 'next week' they say 'next week' again..LOL!)
-PD
so what did i miss today? looks like the board is feeling positive!LOL!
-PD
well, this one is valid is my books as Saner should be embarassed of the company's lack of 'follow through'...They have been 'spoon feeding' the investors with rocks and calling them 'gems' and now are upset when the investors throw a rock or two their way...(I still think that Lumb should be kept out of it though!) but sticking it to Saner, in my books, is fair game as he is the CEO and should have to answer shareholder concerns...
-PD
Either KamooooOOOM or DoooOOOM!?!?! one way or another...
-PD
they are playing you like a pawn...what Saner told you is exactly what lumb and crew want to do...it would be much easier to merge it with a private company and get rid of 'retail investors'...You and others just dont seem to get that...or are you part of this too?Hmmmmmmmmm...wonder why Saner only answers to 'certain posters'...
-PD
I read your Saner posts again and had a thought...Doesnt it seem like he is almost pushing you to say something against Lumb...almost like reverse psychology...if he didn't want to have you continue to push the Lumb envelope, I would think that he would make absolutely NO MENTION of lumb whatsoever...I wonder if they want lumb to get involved and be the 'big bad wolf' that came and 'blew the house (HUNT GOLD) down...Since he did it to FFGO, i wouldn't be surprised if they just set you up for the bait! (What's the deal Saner?) Dunno who is tryin to pull a fast one on who... Dunno what to believe anymore...AHHHHHHHHH!(Been here waaaaaay too long!) !LOL! I think your moves were good towards Saner, but your moves towards Lumb are waaaaay too personal...Do you have some old history or bad blood or something? Why is lumb so fascinating to every new guy? Even I was taken in by the lumb 'voodoo' when I first came across much of what you just found...In fact, Most of us already know! We just learned to let the sleeping dog sleep...quit trying to encourge otherwise dude...or we may be here for a veeeeeery long time...catch my drift? JMHO!
-PD
im not worried about the wait...I think this dividend, if EVER released, will cause an uproar in penny land, and we may very well have one heck of a run over it...Current prices of .0001-.0002 to wherever: .001? .002?, .005?, .01?, .02? ...Now THAT would be well worth the wait!
-PD
"...My guess (based upon what I was told by their Attorney) is that they will announce their completion and their Dividend Dates by early next week..."
So we may not get an update on the 'record date' until late next week or the week after...Errrrrrrrrrr...what do ya do....thx for sharing that! GL
-PD
yep! that about covers it...goodtimes! (on the way?)
-PD
that's true...LOL! The wait has become agony...perhaps the PR will provide releif!
-PD
fine, but the company is not 'doing'anything..LOL! What are we to talk about...
-PD
brad, the currency is a major indicator of gold prices...why would that not be relevant to hunt gold, which claims to 'have gold'
"...Sooner or later, the U.S. dollar will collapse. It's imminent. When the U.S. dollar does collapse, governments, central banks, financial institutions, and private investors will flee to the world's only true store of value: Gold.
This rush to gold will spark the final mania stage of the bull market and turn the yellow metal's parabolic upswing into a blistering price spike..."
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=36492245
-PD
"...In fact, as Reuters reported last Wednesday, a U.N. panel will recommend this week that the world ditch the dollar as its main reserve currency in favor of a shared basket of currencies!
Currency specialist Avinash Persaud told a Reuters Funds Summit in Luxembourg the proposal was to create something like the old European Currency Unit, which was a hard-traded, weighted basket..."
The reference of U.N. in that article is UNITED NATIONS, if im not mistaken...
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=36492245
but China is not the only currency that is wanting to remove the dollar as the universal currency...Russia is on board and so may be the UN...there are a lot of countries that want to remove it....I know that will be bad for us overall, but what effect will it have on Gold is the big question of relevance here...I think that Gold would go up in value substancially, as the dollar becomes worth less, and that doesnt even take into account the moves that the FEDs and the government are doing to ensure long-term inflation! Gold, Silver, Oil will look much more attractive if that happens...No?
-PD
;)
-PD
ah, so u do know why the 'ebay front' may exist...wonder why ya didnt say so earlier;) Hmmmmmmm....So SL may be another rich dude tryin to keep his money via tax reductions...Do ya think that all rich dudes pay high taxes...wonder why not?Hmmmmmm...What SL does is his own business...as long as Hunt Gold delivers and the company moves along...all is good! Gonna stay focussed on hunt gold...juk, ya have a strong case against Saners lack of follow through though...Lets see what gives...Common Saner, show us your hand!...Call, bet, raise or fold? The chips are stacked...
-PD
well let us focus on HOPE then, rather than cooks...oops i mean crooks! LOL! (I do wonder what the crook is cooking though...is it more carrots to dangle? I certainly HOPE not!LOL!:)
-PD
"...sells Used designer clothing, used furniture, camera battery's, used watches, jet ski's etc.."
nice try but it doesnt look like this company sells anything, but only buys stuff and then ships it to other locations...kind of like me and you buying stuff but on a bigger scale,,,now if you had links to show 'what exactly' they do with the stuff they buy..Hmmmmmm...that would be interesting...but, it seems all you are linking to lumb and this company is his email address and location...you do not know the personal relation he has to 'the company' nor do you know 'exactly how and why' it is run...do you? Check the link provided for yourself...it is just a buyer...and with a 100% positive customer review...

Gen Info Ripping the U.S. Dollar Apart
By Greg McCoach | Monday, March 23rd, 2009
Every day more and more people around the world are starting to recognize the once great U.S. dollar as what it has become... an IOU for nothing!
This new world awareness is a beacon signaling lucrative investment returns on the horizon. Let me explain...
Since the early 1970s, the value of the U.S. dollar has bounced up and down against a basket of currencies as measured by the U.S. Dollar Index. Since the inception of that index the dollar had a value as high as 160 at its strongest point and as low as 71 at its weakest point one year ago.
Before the U.S. Dollar Index was created, gold and silver were the world's international reserve currency. These metals were used by virtually everyone based on an agreement made in Bretton Woods, New Hampshire shortly after World War II. Gold and silver were also the primary instruments in which governments, central banks, financial institutions, and millions of individuals around the world kept their savings.
The Bretton Woods agreement continued until 1971 when the U.S. government successfully pulled off the greatest financial hoax of all time... convincing the world to accept the U.S. dollar as a substitute for gold and silver.
Since that event, governments, central banks, and large institutions around the world have been hoarding fiat U.S. dollars as they once hoarded physical gold and silver.
Because the U.S. was able to maintain economic strength, military supremacy, and the benchmark currency status, the world has allowed the U.S. government to create dollars seemingly without limits or consequences.
That is, until now!
Ripping the U.S. Dollar Apart
The value of the U.S. dollar plummeted last week after the Federal Reserve surprised markets by escalating its quantitative-easing program and signaling a more aggressive approach to keeping longer-term yields low and stabilizing the credit markets in the U.S.
The greenback sold off sharply and broadly after the Fed said it would expand its purchases of mortgage-backed securities by an additional $750 billion and spend as much as $300 billion to purchase U.S. Treasuries.
The announcement created a frenzy in the gold market, skyrocketing the price of the great yellow metal up nearly $70 an ounce in one day!
Gold investors saw an impressive 8% gain
With the Federal Reserve creating new money faster than ever before, the world is finally starting to open its eyes and question the long-term sustainability of the U.S. dollar.
In fact, as Reuters reported last Wednesday, a U.N. panel will recommend this week that the world ditch the dollar as its main reserve currency in favor of a shared basket of currencies!
Currency specialist Avinash Persaud told a Reuters Funds Summit in Luxembourg the proposal was to create something like the old European Currency Unit, which was a hard-traded, weighted basket.
Central banks hold their reserves in a variety of currencies and gold, but the U.S. dollar has dominated as the most convincing store of value. This is despite the fact that its value wavered in recent years as the United States ran up massive budget and external deficits.
But it won't last long.
Sooner or later, the U.S. dollar will collapse. It's imminent. When the U.S. dollar does collapse, governments, central banks, financial institutions, and private investors will flee to the world's only true store of value: Gold.
This rush to gold will spark the final mania stage of the bull market and turn the yellow metal's parabolic upswing into a blistering price spike.
Gold is, and always has been, the safest investment in the world.
Good Investing,
Greg McCoach
walmart sells many products (from no-name cereals to no-name sandels) and yet it's CEO's are amongst the top 10 wealthiest of the world...For all you know there may be a neche market for what Lumb sells, and so it is foolish to presume that he doesnt make money...Besides, I think lumb related postings about his 'other ventures' are getting 'off topic' and rather repetitive in nature...NO?
Besides, what is wrong with this ebay gig anyways..did you notice that the approval rating is 100%positive from customer reviews...
"...Angel Vest, LLC is a subsidiary company of the USA Based, Stelan Capital Corporation (a Privately held Investment, Real Estate and Private Equity Group of Companies).
It is primarily (at this time) a buyer of "very high quality household goods" for various Company owned homes, offices and Motor Yachts in New York, Miami Florida, Los Angeles, London (UK), Geneva (Switzerland) and in Paradise Island, Nassau, Bahamas..."
Could be quite profitable! One never knows now do they...
-PD
anty up!...monday approaching...Time for more to 'lose' their chips...
-PD (Saner says that he has a strong hand...Bet?Raise?or Fold?
Nice read...thx!
-PD
LOL! Good one! There will be a record date soon enough...get ready...Go time is fast approaching! GLTA!
-PD
that is exactly what I was saying...no one should be speaking on behalf of shareholders unless they have consent to do so...I also have not given such consent nor do I intend to do so...particularily when the self-appointed rep is addressing the company's email as 'bring it on'! Geeeez!
-PD
"...As far as Mr Lumb's litigation team.....bring it on. I hope they like trying to file suit against a shareholder in Kazakhstan.... dream on and get ready for a counter from a collective.... of the shareholders. We may not be the majority shareholders (considering we're up against as many as 2 Trillion Shares at his disposal), but we will have a collective of voices..."
And whom told you to be representing the shareholders...heck, if anyone should be respresenting the shareholders, it should be someone like 'prisoner' or 'Vianna'...If you have a conference, do let me know as I definately have a few things to say before this gets ugly...Otherwise, no such comments like "BRING IT ON" should be uttered by a 'self-appointed' representative of the 'shareholders'...ever hear of being diplomatic? geeez!
-PD
"...I take great offense of the threat of this powerful shareholder/stakeholder, who is obviously Mr Lumb. I would recommend a message get sent to him. "If you want to maintain shareholder confidence, act accordingly, e.g. "deliver."" PS We're not affraid of him and are thoroughly aware of his track record with other International Stock Markets, previous Companies that he's owned and traded with. With that, please convey "what comes around goes around." To that and to your comment, will he "back" something that provides a result and not something that eludes to an excuse or non-result?..."
I am s shareholder and dont want you representing me if you are not going to be diplomatic about things...Leave Lumb out of it!Let things play out dude! If ppl have money tied up, talking smack to these guys to the point of creating such responses is absurd unless one doesnt really have money invested and is merely a pawn in the grand game of creating 'an excuse'for the plug getting pulled???...Things are starting to stink if they didnt already...What a shame!
-PD
I wasnt talking about the divi notice...I was talking about the progress of the HURASU REVERSE SPLIT...anyways, seems it hasnt happened yet...Right now, it is so quiet you can hear a pin drop!...Maybe 'next week' will be the big week that changes that;)
-PD
can anyone verify (know how to verify) if hurasu did their RS yet? The dates were tentitively 16th, and 18th and now is the 20th...no news, no rumors, no emails, not even whispers?!?! Suppose the so called 'March 25th deadline/at the latest' is now a fairtale too?...Just dont understand how these guys could get upset at shareholder anger and frustration when they themselves cant even stick to the original dates that are posted!...What a shame! ...oh well, maybe next week?!lol;)
-PD
welcome back...but why are u shouting?
-PD
heart attack, stroke, angina...LOL!
-PD
well, next Monday is the 23rd and the 25th so called 'deadline/at the latest" is fast approaching...Will we get a record date or a delay notice???
-PD
