I am done accumulating and I think most here are also. When he have such low volume at these low prices and the convertible issues, no one is support a movement upward. Damn. GLTU

Sorry, computer blurb....IR told me that they had talked with someone about the convertibles earlier and that the he told them,

"I informed the caller to read the section in our third quarter filing regarding dilution.

My actual quote said that according to that filing, at 50 cents the dilution could be as little as 500K, and if BELOW 1 cent could be hundreds of millions of shares. All true, all public information. It's old news, to boot."

So the only conflict I saw was Charr posted what he/she was told but just left out if under a .01 stock price. Just something that i thought should be pointed out because it has always been this way and it is not NEWS.

The part about "sounds like they are not even close to being done," is Charr's opinion and do not want people to confuse the two different thoughts. GLTA

I agree. I also have talked with IR today and they give conflicting response to what was the poster here posted. I have ask for clarity from poster in private to what exactly was said to them and have not gotten a response back. IR has never given me conflicting responses and I just want to make sure before I can accuse them of doing that. GLTA

I tend to agree it is more #2 than #1, but WHO knows? It is not really news, really.

Is this NEW info for anyone? Come on people, this has been there since the filing and all this was discussed before about potential of 200 million at a conversion of .01. This is not a new development, always was. If you are here because of recent news and want to flip this like a pinkie, good luck. We never have enough volume to do that unless more convertibles come into outstanding share count. Then the price drops and you have to buy on the low and sell after convertibles shares are consumed and pps slowly goes back up. For any longs here who have been around, the 200 million convertible number has always been known, but that is at a 3 day price average of .01. Have not even seen that price since financials were reported. This is still a pinkie and you have a float as of yesterday under 50 million shares people. We may all get a big surprise when audit is out, good or bad on convertibles. I for one am comfortable with what was reported. The only surprise I am not looking forward to is if more notes were issued after the reported info. We all know that next round of convertibles and the pps will go down. Until we get correct audit info. it is all just a guess if more notes have been issued. Go Tivus. GLTA

Received an email in regards to Lobby displays in Double Tree. Was told that they are replacing the actual screens and "with new update of software & other cool features." This may have been the reason Boeing's friend reported things were not working. Also stated, "Please note that these touch screens - at the lobby, are different from the rooms. In the rooms the TV's will be from Tivus new IPTV HD TV's. All the TV's are of 42" size." No date of arrival was given, but let us hope it is within next week or two. GLTA

Someone enjoyed selling on the news today. This type of news does not bring flippers and hyping.

We all know about the signage and marketing running there. It has been running for months. If it did go down, from what you say and yet someone from Tivus says otherwise, maybe they had a bug and had to "reboot." I am hanging my hat on the employee telling me things were up and running on signage. GLTU

As I told you in private, I did call Tivus at the Double Tree and they told me all operations were working fine. That was after your first post about a problem. That is all I can go by and that holds more water than you telling us things are "down." I would refrain from calling people idiots and fools here and keep it civil. Thanks.
