Thanks for sharing Gmenfan... it really is a bit overwhelming when you consider the complexity of the system. In the end, I think a good company like Spooz will rise. MMs and flippers can play all the games they want, and hopefully I'll increase my position during the lows, such as our current situation.
A wise man once said a penny saved is a penny earned. I say a penny saved and invested in Spooz is a dollar earned! Just my opinion, of course, not investment advice.
By the way, I still have a grudge against you from the Gmen-Bears game on Sunday ;D

better to keep that quote confidential... no need to step on toes:D
nice!
10-4, thanks... yeah, that seems logical... forgot about that other office;)
nice find
I'm glad to see they are sharing office space w/ spooz... cuts overhead for both companies. And Spooz probably had the infrastructure needed in place since they did a lot of the testing there.
if traders are making less money per trade, they will have increased incentive to use the most cost-effective platform, even if it means changing from something they're comfortable with...
that would help spooz I imagine
if the whole market crashes, we're all in trouble so I won't be too concerned about my penny stock(s) at that point!
In the meantime, consider this...
If you cruise through the spooztoolz.com website, you'll notice the only item you can check out with right now is Fractalz3. When you click on the check out link, it asks you to provide your brokerage firm and broker id.
Scrolling down that list of brokerages, don't let your jaw hit the floor...
Alaron Futures
Ceres Capital
Cunningham Commodities
Dorman Trading
FC Stone
Fortis
Global Futures
Interactive Brokers
Merrill Lynch
O’Connor and Company
RedSky Financial
Shatkin Arbor
Spike Trading
Tenco
Wolverine
I think these must be the firms doing the beta-testing. And some of them are huge, no gigantic. And many are worldwide. To me, that is very exciting.
If I recall, other items (Custom Pricing Module, etc) used to be available for checkout by brokers as well, but not anymore... interesting? Fractalz3 is the last one due out after all;D
Peace to all.

I never said anything about conspiracy theories, but apparently you know more about the situation than I thought based on your previous post... and you took the opportunity to slam Ihubs competition... interesting.
the board was more pleasant in the past
the disappearance you refer to is far more complex than you realize those posters are alive and well on raging bull
noteworthy that the mm with this high ask is different than that with the high ask on spzi
ask in at 3.00 ... does this mean anything?

This was a nice observation. That would be really assuring if we see some action after this conference presentation because the audience is much more in tune with the industry compared to the last conference, which I feel was more geared towards developing finance networking.
Wow, that is exciting. Thanks for sharing that info. It just speaks volumes about the power of SWARM and STv2.
awfully quiet round here...
maybe a little news this week to wake us up??
Have a good week all.

PR today????
just kidding:D Happy Thanksgiving all... guessing I'm the only lucky duck at work today... thankfully just for a couple hours.
Have a great day.

No_Shorts, have you seen the demo? You should call the company and check it out... I think I recall hearing in a post before that they can do demos over the web. Or the company could probably answer your technical questions in great detail over the phone.
"Although they are giving an honest attempt to keep Spooz transparent through telephone calls and Paul answering questions on the board, I am detecting, since they also read the board, that the misrepresentation of certain information is doing a fundamental disservice to the company."
Just so everyone knows, I have emailed any posts about conversations with the Spooz leadership that I perceived as inaccurate directly to Paul.
While I have not received any replies from him, I find his recent decision interesting in this light.
I like the Letter to Shareholders idea, but I have a feeling it will be hard to keep us fully up to speed any way you slice it. We may just have to wait patiently for those PRs.
Have a good day everybody!

Paul has been very busy this weekend, and he told me he'll try and get something to me tomorrow.

gm gmenfan,
Thanks for the blurb... yup interesting days/weeks ahead for the market... I agree that spzi should be immune to the market issues for the most part in my opinion.
Also, we should start a list of reasons of why Spooztoolz, despite public launch delays, should not be considered vaporware.
I'll start:
1. Hours of demos are required for professionals traders to see all the aspects of the software (it has depth)
2. Spooz has lined up many bigtime partners/affiliates (Trading Technologies, TDAmeritrade, etc)
I'll let you guys add the rest...
Peace,
gbathat
I think Capn makes a great, important point here. We were literally days away from launch at one point, and then an opportunity emerged that will make the launch far more successful and all the patient investors quite happy imo.

MC- Question for Paul (next round)- Thanks!
Dear Paul,
Approximately how many people have emailed "Notify_Me@spooz.com" to be notified when STv2 is available for download? I understand this number will probably not reflect many of your professional clients.
Thanks for your time.
Long time since I've posted here... hoping to get back on board the WWAT train soon.
I am stoked to see the knot being tied with Entech. This company has a phenomenal future if they keep it up... I see no other reputable concentrator-based solar companies out there. I do see WWAT plants sprawling across deserts worldwide in 10 yrs time.
Just my opinion.
peace and a joyful Thanksgiving to all.
Gbathat
Thanks for the update MC.
ditto
Hello everyone,
See the board got stirred up again today... didn't someone say something about news for sure this morning? Honestly, I'm beginning to have my doubts about some folks around here.
I'll wisely await Paul's response to our weekly emails. Hope to get clarification soon. MG, if you're posts are true, I apologize, but you've raised my eyebrows more than a few times in the last two weeks.
Good luck to the true SpoozCrew.
Peace,
Gbathat
Let's see how many shares he buys... hopefully a boatload...
good thing me boat is already full mates... batton down the hatches... big wave ahoy! (hopefully:D)
have a good day everyone, regardless of any news.
and his response at the conference should hint at the answer... they don't need money.
we should also keep in mind who was asking the question at the conference, and interpret his response as Spooz doesn't need financing.
perhaps we do our dd and it compels us to stay... it's called a long term investment strategy. Delays are tolerable as long as they are explained. In the end, if this thing goes through the roof like I think it will, then it will be well worth the wait.
I have not seen any red flags that would justify bailing, and I could have a few months back for 4X profit... some now call that foolish, but none of us know for sure what tomorrow will bring... all part of the challenge of investing.

transparent....it will all come out eventually anyway"

Just got a sort of standard type reply from Darryl Dennis from Spooz but I thought I'd share it anyway.
Hi Thomas,
As has been stated in the past, SpoozToolz is being released to select
institutions and proprietary trading firms in the futures and derivatives
sector first. A certain amount of confidentially is mandatory in these
matters. There is a high level of need in this sector for some of the
capabilities SpoozToolz and especially the Custom Pricing Module combined
with the Autospreader provide. These are sophisticated algorithmic traders
and they will put SpoozToolz to the extreme demands of professional use. It
is our intent to prove SpoozToolz in this professional market segment before
a retail release. This strategy also enables Spooz to ramp up customer
volume and secure quality customer operations before taking on a high volume
of retail sales.
Please note that Spooz, Inc is a trading solutions company and has more
product/service offerings than just SpoozToolz. The SWARM trading technology
developed here at Spooz is an example of a custom trading solution with
enormous potential. The SWARM PR has drawn a large amount of interest.
We are working hard to move through this period and make announcements as
soon as possible.
Thank you,
Darryl Dennis

Subject: Spooz Information Request
Hi Darryl,
I'm a shareholder with XX shares. I know you are prohibited from
giving out confidential information so I will make my request as general as
possible.
1. I was wondering if any PR's were going to be released during the month of
September as alluded to in the June 30, 2007 Financial Disclosure Statement
which referred to a release date of STV2 in September?
2. If no STV2 launch occurs during the month of September, will a PR be
released explaining the current status of STV2?
There are a lot of shareholders (Many with a lot more shares than myself) as
you are probably aware, which are eagerly anticipating any news at all from
the company. I love the work you guys are doing and I have a lot of faith in
yourself, Paul and all the other capable and prestigious members of your
staff.
Thanks for any helpful information at all you can supply, and thanks for all
the hard work you guys have been performing towards the ultimate success of
the company.
nice info on the 141 board... thanks martingale!
I hope the notion is correct too, but after the last few months, you just never know. Long term, and post-launch, I feel great about our prospects. We just don't know how the market will react in the short term though. I am still in shock over the dip we've seen after some fairly promising PRs about 141.
When I first got into spooz about 6 months back, I was excited by Paul's statement of expected revenue-driven increases in the pps that would be associated with the launch of STv2. So much has happened since then, with 141 and all, that I hope it won't take us getting past the launch to see the pps pop again.
Either way, I'm all in on Spooz and adding slowly with any extra money I can scrape together as we wait.
peace,
gbathat
Thanks Martingale, that is good news about your assessment of what you've learned about Omniquant vs. Spooz. Thanks for sharing that info.
500g's from the swarm licensing, plus the 7% cut once 141 is trading (may have started already, who knows).
Those will be there for sure.
I think what we need is some eye-catching news for the pps to pop back to where it shoud be, at least 2 cents, imo. As Birdito theorized before, that SWARM report in July got us some serious attention. Anything about SWARM doing well or STv2 customization deals being finalized would do the trick.
It won't take months, it will take one day- one PR- to get spooz the volume/pps attention it deserves. My guess is that spooz could be PRing a lot of the good things going on behind the scenes right now IF it weren't going to affect its business plan/competitive edge and IF their clients allowed them to do so.
gm gmenfan,
i think we're waiting for the Q&A results to discuss;) But alas, I hope Paul gets some R&R too, so no rush.
big Gmen game this weekend right? i hope to catch it
have a good one,
gbathat
10-4, sorry for my miscommunication, I meant to express my agreement with your post but was in a rush.
Looking forward to Paul's responses, but also hoping the man enjoys some semblence of a weekend.
have a good night
Paul mentioned during the last run that they were not putting any money into investor relations campaigns. Believe it or not, money changes hands in a lot of those Hot Stock promotional sites and emails.
interesting deduction bb. I had always assumed the third party was 141 futures, but I guess we never really knew for sure.
No matter whose money it was, the returns were sweet. I am really looking forward to seeing how SWARM performs with bigger chunks of change... could be explosive for us!
