Wait a minute. TLGP is at 70 cents and rite now I can buy one share of it and one of monarc for about 20 cents(1000 shares of EFGO), well I could of today any way.

Just keep your eyes on TLGP's PP. On another thought 1000 shares of efgo about 10-20 cents buys you one share in two companies, not bad

So if I have 10ml shares, I in up with 10k in each company. 10k in monarc and 10k in Goodlife. Cool

The confirmation I was referring to was that yesterday TLGP announce it and today EFGO confirmed it, sorry if that was miss leading. No Irwin did not say anything about Timeline, That is my opinion just like everyone else on the upcoming events.

I still think because some forms have to be finalize before others this could well take till the end on Jan., first part of Feb. That's Ok by me, I started buying in Feb. and finish about June, I think. Some of my shares should be long by the end of Feb. Great for the Taxes you know. Anyway, at least were making progress. a name change to MonArc Corporation. The new ticker symbol and CUSIP
numbers will be announced as soon as they are issued.Current EFGO shareholders will receive 1 share of MonArc Corporation
(the new name for Esprit, and under the new ticker symbol) for every
1,000 shares of EFGO. We will be announcing the date of record

The special dividend in regards to the new Good Life Pink Sheet
company, which is purchasing all of the assets of Esprit will be in
the form of a stock dividend, and will be distributed to EFGO

Oh, I see, No, Goodlife is going to be vend into a shell from EFGO. But since EFGO owns GoodLife, he can make that statemnet. And you are correct the only way right now to own a piece of GoodLife is to by EFGO. Hope the divy is good.
