Yes I did ... PM me if you want to discuss further ...
I wanna see this deal through becuase this won't be the last of the R/M's Chinese companies do to access the US markets.
That Lisa Lopono certainly is wanting more than $60,000.00 grand she sold the shell for ... she is a shareholder just like the rest of us ... she's going from 9,000,000 million shares to 45,000 shares. If most shells go for $600,000. to $1.25 million she must be expecting the stock price to be $10 - 25 dollars once the R/S takes place.
Also they will need many more shareholders to be listed along with a stock Price $4 for NYSE and $5 for NASDAQ I believe.
Just thinking out loud.
Red
Dana got the deal of the century !!!
I would like to hear of a great JV paying for the first 2 exploratory wells and moving the drilling date up to August !!!
Maybe one of those semi-sub rigs in the Gulf that got cancelled by the moratorium is ready with materials, pipe and a crew and get started as soon as they can move the rig to Guinea?!
That's what I am hoping ... the 3-D better than expected and the NSAI reserves increased by 30% to 3 Billion bbls+.
git 'er dun !!!
Red
I certainly hope that we DO NOT sell out for a mere $10 in cash and $10 in stock ... that would be a crying shame.
I have been holding out for 7 years I can certainly hold for a couple more years to see the company get to $50 - 100 ... that's where I will consider selling some core.
Here's a couple choice picks for you sahd3g ... short fuses ...
For a trade or short term investment look at TTDZ, KBLB and BMGP.
HDY is a definite portfolio core for the next several years.
git 'er dun Raymond !!!
Red
It wouldn't bother me to see HDY consolidate and base here in the $6.25 range leading to the JV PR. The stronger the base the higher the jump to the next base.
git 'er dun Ray & CO.
Red
Is anyone here in the least bit optomistic?
Well now we know who got first dibs on Generation 2 spider silk !!! " The Cape" must have connections !!! LOLOOL ;^)
Red
If KBLB has the goods and if they have truly crafted a great partnership with a tight timeline this will ne absolutely huge. First time that I'll have been in near a bottom on a stcok with no upside limits ....
Git er dun Kim and the KBLB team !!!
That update must be new as of today because I was on the site last night and this wan't there. I own alot of both KBLB and BMGP at these lower levels and they should be big winners in 2011. Cutting edge technology with huge applications and tangible progress by both companies
Good luck and best to all, Red

A Few Brief Updates – KBLB, BMGP
by Joe on January 10, 2011
Kraig Biocraft Laboratories (KBLB) – We are expecting Kraig Biocraft Laboratories to announce its first partnership by the end of this month. We suspect this partnership is related to the silk production industry. We can easily see the shares gaining significant ground over the coming weeks and as this Company makes what we believe will be a meaningful announcement.
We continue to believe it is very easy to build an argument that Kraig Biocraft is worth significantly more than the $220 million market capitalization represented by our initial $0.40 per-share price target. When we issued research report, back when the shares were only a few cents, we placed a price target of $0.40 on the shares. We continue to believe this price target is likely too conservative. At $0.40 the total market capitalization of Kraig Biocraft is approximately $220 million. We believe this market capitalization is supportable relative to revolutionizing silk production for the garment industry alone. China exports between $3 billion and $5 billion of silk fabric into the garment industry each year. Having a technology that could easily affect only 20% of this market would impact approximately $800 million of revenues each year. Additionally, because this new type of silk is much more resilient than is ordinary silk, the size of the total market would likely expand as additional garment manufacturers integrated silk into their product lines. Kraig Biocraft remains one of our favorite companies.
Biomagnetics Diagnostics (BMGP) – Biomagnetics Diagnostics to hold a conference call on Wednesday after the market close to update its investors. We expect the management team to discuss the status of the Chinese acquisitions, the expected carve out of the Chinese biofuels company into a separate publicly traded operation, laboratory updates, status of audits and movement to the OTCBB. We are expecting a positive call.

It does kinda look that way but if the company RM'd into the shell is of great value doesn't everyone benefit? I don't think they will issue new shares I think they do a smaller forward split after they get on the exchange they are targeting.
But I guess we shall see in the next few months.
Red
Yes the R/S hurt us in the short term but who is to say that after the merger that Lin doesn't do a forward split to make the shares much more liquid in order to trade on the market.
After the R/S and round up there should be +/- 600,000 shares. If they inject equity and get the share price up then they can petition to get on the NASDAQ or NYSE, do a forward split to increase liquidity and we are off to the races.
Obvioulsy this may take a little time but I think these people are in this deal to create wealth for themselves through transparent access to the US market. Those who stick it out may do very well too.
Short term pain for long term gain? Wish I could have bought in @.05 instead of .10 !
Any other thoughts out there?
The silver lining and the thing most peoplel overlook is that Lisa Lopomo, the previous owner and officer of this shell, sold it cheap but retained 9,000,000 shares or 7.8% of the company.
All the best,
Red
Both numbers are working as of 2 PM today and the answering machines are working.
We need to make sure any interested party can AT LEAST leave a message of inquiry.
It's almost time to rattle some cages. One more week ... then a little prompt.
All the best,
Red
That RNWF number is operational all the sudden?! I just called for the second time. Funny thing, I called earlier and the number seemed disconnected.
Then I called the other Uram number eTotalSource. Same voice answers the telephone answering machine.
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/board.aspx?board_id=5334
I called that RNWF number less than a month ago and left a message on the answering machine asking to be directed to a contact person for a return e-mail or call back.
Nobody called or e-mailed.
I have provided the information on this shell to some other CEO's looking to R/M, they better have a point of contact so maybe we can get a fair deal for OUR shell.
All the best,
Red

One more week struck from the calendar, I can't wait to hear the game plan! tick-tock .... git 'er dun Kim !
It would be interesting to know the extent of KT's other bio-ideas beyond KBLB, I would invest in those ventures as well if they are visionary and cutting edge. But I suppose one step at a time ... man he has to be getting excited as the commercialization stage approaches for GEN 1 and GEN 2 begins to take shape!
I hope Henry is Wheelin' & Dealin' ...
All the best,

This is a new day, new stock and incredibly promising future.
What a WEEK !!!
All the best, have a great weekend HDY longs !
Red
It's been tough holding a bunch of shares through all the "quiet" periods and no news ... I hope we get some specifics with some solid China partner results and IOBS timelines.
The accounting piece is also highly important !!!
Red
I think all KBLB investors should read the thread at the bottom of this article fwiw ... very interesting ! $1+

What is your long-term projection? $2.40? More?
. Joe January 4, 2011 at 8:43 pm
Robert – I think that $2.40 is way too high – I can see $1.00 someday, but I believe it would get bought out first. Joe
. Joe January 4, 2011 at 8:45 pm
Spiderman – I agree. They need to do a head to head test via an independent lab. Joe
. anthony January 4, 2011 at 10:46 pm
Joe, If (if) developments continue as planned, I.E. gen 1 commercialization and gen 2 development complete, which would be this year, do you see a buyout offer this year then? Do you believe Kim T would accept a buyout offer this year if offered for say .5-1$ per share?
I for one am not for a buyout, and I think Kim prefers partnering(for now), in my humble opinion.
Thank you.
. Joe January 5, 2011 at 9:25 am
Anthony – I do not really know as i have not asked him directly, but I have spend a lot of time with him. I think he would take $1 per share, but probably not $.50. Just a guess on part however. Joe
. ric January 5, 2011 at 1:36 pm
in october you were giving an evaluation for kblb longer term at 2.50,,why would they sell at a 1.00..seems like the possibilities are endless? and, worth more than a 1.00..
. kaos989 January 5, 2011 at 4:40 pm
Joe,
Can you offer any insight as to why YESD’s stock did not go up with the good news?
. Robert January 6, 2011 at 5:14 am
Joe, I am new to all this….what happens to the stock in a buyout?
. SLewey January 6, 2011 at 6:54 am
Joe,
I am with ric. What happened to the 2.5 pps and why would they sell when the possibilities are endless?
. Joe January 6, 2011 at 9:19 am
Slewey – I am not saying that the company is not worth $2.50. What I am saying is that I think Kim Thompson would be willing to take $1.00 per share for the company and move on to other business. I have talked to him at great length about two other biotech plays he has in his head. Having $300 mm in his pocket in cash would let him move forward on these. but I am just guessing on what he would do. Joe
. Joe January 6, 2011 at 9:20 am
In a cash buy out the buyer would buy your shares and you would get a check. In a stock buyout you would get shares in the company that buys. Joe
. Red January 6, 2011 at 9:50 am
Joe,
I own both KBLB and BMGP shares hoping that both companies are going to produce break through products based on good science and great partners. That said are we going to get an update on Biomagnetics anytime soon?
Thanks,
Red
. Joe January 6, 2011 at 9:59 am
Red – I am hoping the do a conf call next week. Pushing hard for it. Joe
. SLewey January 6, 2011 at 10:47 am
Thanks Joe,
Lets hope He holds out for more than $1.00.
. anthony January 6, 2011 at 3:17 pm
Joe, what other biotech plays do you speak of in reference to Kim?
What happened? Did they take out the stop/loss orders? WOW what a drop !!!
Best to all ... Red
Nice ... finally some news we can use !!!
Hard to believe we are not trending up to the mid-.20's in anticipation of some blockbuster news!? Still holding my pile long and strong !!!
git 'er dun Kim !!!

You are welcome Champ ... you get the tentative MU_Redskin1 seal of approval, after I make some calls tomorrow. I don't want shareholders or myself to have yellow cake all over their faces again.
Sh+t happens.
All the best,
Red
AS soon as GM acknowledges this then it will be legit.
Show me a General Motors PR ... not a KOKOPELLI "pump" PR ... or screen shot of a wishful e-mail ....
So there are no "hidden" dangers here at all ...
This deal is "golden" the company is worth " + $1.00 " and no skeletons the CEO of the Solar Co. is clean?
This is a fad play ... going nowhere but in the QUICK traders pockets ...
see the pattern?
MARKET CAPITALIZATION per Intro Message

After all the monkey business I'm holding. Somebody obviously used our alleged agreement and changed the names to protect the fraudsters in the TVC case. This could be another ploy for the MM's or hucksters to buy our shares back ultra cheap or cover and then run it back up again somehow.
Well if this was a huge scam then it was a lengthy, well orchestrated fraud. Somebody had to start that rumor back in the spring and then follow through with a phony Merger and Acquistion document as icing on the cake. If a scam this was one hell of a conspiracy and fraud perpetrated on our shareholders. Sad really.
I wonder if the last CEO and board members had shares to unload?
360 days until the tax loss deadline 12/31/2011 ... ;^(
Maybe I'll start thumbing through the Chinese yellow pages looking for a suitor ... lol

Seeking Alpha HDY article

Here's an excerpt from the article:
4 Stock Ideas for This Market
This week, I started with the Momentum Small Caps preset search in MyStockFinder (http://MyStockFinder.com), but added Micro along with Small Caps. Here are four intriguing stock ideas worth investigating. Each has been on quite a roll and carries a Strong Buy in the Sabrient Ratings Algorithm.
AXT, Inc. (AXTI) – Techology
Hyperdynamics (HDY) – Energy
ADA-ES, Inc. (ADES) – Basic Industries
Casella Waste Systems (CWST) – Capital Goods

Hey Randy what do you think about this prediction?
Harry Boxer on his site recommends HDY based on the chart pattern. Listen to the second prediction of HDY going to $6.50 short term. I think that is possible with the next round of news but question is where will we settle and base?
Observations are welcomed by all ,,,

That's why we humble shareholders look to MODS.
I think the MM's are trying to shake people out before we get some news ... hucksters !!! ;^)
Just a little more patience ... those who are doing this deal aren't wasting their time and efforts for nothing?!?
I think most of us have DD'ed this stock to death and now we are mostly day dreaming ! All we can do is watch the newswires now ... and schnitzel more shares as the situation warrants ;^)
All the best,
Red
I just bought a half million at .007 and the MM never flinched !
Does anybody know right off the top of their head how many shares Greg L. the CEO owns? tia

IMO I think some of the next news that we hear is that of a cooperative production venture with a silk manufacturing company. It makes sense to me that we would joint venture with an established silk producer with access to the world silk market.
I'm not saying that we will be producing silk tomorrow, but a letter of intent can be signed which would pave the way towards first production after the terms have been agreed upon and the logistics have been worked through to securely produce the first batches of monster fabric for marketing purposes. Obviously orders would be fulfilled on a first ordered first served basis with our partner's "best" clients.
We should be at least a buck a share at this point going higher with each new article about the miracle spider fabric !!! ;^)
Obviously my opinion ...
Best to all,
Red
Where did RAINMAKER go? Wasn't he high on this stock and R/M?
Has he weighed in on the current situation lately?
