Name change is effective today, the beginning of a new fiscal year. The OTC Company Profile page has been updated.
I love new beginnings!
I just tried to change my sell order and received an error message that symbol wasn't found so I cancelled the order.
Then I tried to Buy and received same error message saying symbol is invalid.
I looked at the name change press release which states symbol will remain ERBB. I suppose from a technical perspective they may be running updates to the name and that process may be preventing us from submitting buy/sell orders.
Just a thought!
I am sure the ticker AMNE is not our American Green. The OTC link I provided goes to a former business titled American Green Group, Inc. No similarities.
Wrong American Green! OTC link: http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/AMNE/profile
My E*Trade looks normal but then I'm not on EST. Will see what happens at 12:01 am.
Can you search for American Green in your symbol lookup?
The truth is easily distorted by people who wish harm on others.
There are better ways to get answers than dumping awful messages on an investor board.
Only a few are attacked with ferocity. Typically they are the sector leaders, and not so much who is first in anything.
Some CEOs have addressed this issue, some have expressed plans to address this issue, some are "getting the heck out of Dodge" and moving to the NASDAQ in the near future.
The Pink Sheet companies are early stage. The former versions of this former shell have little relationship to future plans. ERBB has been changing its mission, name, market position, etc. for a reason. We don't get to see their business plan. Anyone who knows business knows one when they see one on the rise.
Stephen stated reasons for retaining the ridiculous share structure, minimal reporting, etc. Unfortunately, the consequence for turning a blind eye to the repercussions of same is low, and lowering, PPS plus more and more negative comments. This is where I find my greatest disappointment. There are solutions. He can network with fellow industry CEO's for advice and take action.
"Experience, now that is an intangible that TRTC cannot offer that those other growers can ...
Are you aware that the company running the cultivation facility is comprised of people other than TRTC, with the exception of Derek? The name of the company that was awarded Land Use Permits is Medifarm LLC.
Of course, TRTC has master cultivators that can learn anything they may not already have learned over the past decades:)
Enter Oaksterdam University, the cannabis cultivation training institution that Medifarm's President and Chief Executive Director, Salwa Ibrahim, has worked at for years. This is located near Blum, the dispensary that Salwa and Derek own.
https://oaksterdamuniversity.com
Martin Kaufman is Medifarm's Director of QA. He was the assistant to the owner of AgMed in Northern California. I think he might have a few clues and resources to draw upon.
Anytime I can do research for anyone who needs answers, please let me know.
Always happy to help!
See you tomorrow!

I agree with you. People are willing to pay for convenience.
TRTC knows how to position themselves for future success. They've demonstrated that all along.
While it is fun to guess and exciting to be a part of this new economy, no one can accurately estimate revenue in Nevada as there is no existing model, and no expectation that all facilities will use the same cost and production models. The State left the number of cultivation facilities up to local jurisdictions for a reason. No one knows the demand until they get their first financial reports out. The local boards can add as necessary.
I think it is standard news with new technology. I expect each banking institution to offer this front-end service for a fee to their customers, or package it within their checking account offerings.
It's business as usual.
Being first with anything is not what matters. The leader is the one who can sell value-added, how they set themselves above the competition.
We are very close to many answers and I am finally getting excited!
Regarding SoPayMe, I think we need to avoid significant discussion online because these are respected professional people with professional relationships in many geographic areas. Assume positive intent :)
That is the mailing address of the home of the CEO of SoPayMe. Probably should consider it irrelevant. Business office is in Bloomington, MN.

Does anyone know number of shareholders? OTC SH number on Company Profile page is almost two years old :(
All or None - 60 Days - High sell price gives you room to adjust quantities as you watch the PPS action :)
We need all longs to place high sell orders!
RW agrees :)
I just set my sell price to $10.00 and love the proceeds. Why not? E*Trade is a great online tool.
I understand how business plans are created and implemented.
Their recent press release does reference plans for other states outside of the Northeast. Here is an excerpt:
"Edible Garden is actively pursuing additional retail partners to fill out their new 5-acre facility as well as the facilities of their cultivation partners in Florida and the Midwest. In addition the company has been experimenting with new produce in an effort to broaden their offerings to both current and potential retail partners."
Hydroponics and organic farming are expected to be the most profitable agricultural sectors tipped to grow by up to 49.6 per cent in the next five years, according to industry research expert IBISWorld.
Source: http://www.newfarmmachinery.com.au/reviews/2014/5/hydroponics-organic-farming-ibisworld/
"Not only do we want to bring Edible Garden products to supermarkets in every state, we plan to use our Dutch Hydroponic farming methods to provide you with more varieties of sustainable, locally grown produce. We have near-future plans to expand our product lineup to include tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers, eggplant, strawberries and more!"

Yep and Walmart likes to stay current with trends. Maybe someday there will be a Zazzz machine near the prescription counter :)
I want the CEO's of companies I invest in to address malicious attacks on their character and illegal and coordinated naked short selling because it directly impacts the share price that impacts my portfolio and the company's ability to raise money.
TRTC hired someone to handle this for them. That legal expert has no role in day-to-day business operations so there is no negative impact.
As for Amy, you can be a part of the change you want to see happen by using professional channels of communication. TRTC wants to hear from its investors through their contact forms. No one on this board can help you overcome your hostility toward Amy. Go directly to Amy and talk it out?

Hi Sybil!
Do you know the peeps behind the negative commentary at www.pumpsanddumps.com titled "Derek Peterson Goes Potty"? The site displays a photo of a baby with a joint in its mouth with the above caption on it.
MyECheck has a media/press strategy that will commence in July to coincide with the launch of our payment apps.
Reference their Facebook page. June 13 posting.
Slow news day, eh?
Walmart has market research experts that can provide their vendors with analytics that demonstrate product success. Criminy, can they have more than a week in a region of stores to get some decent metrics? Why beat down a business relationship that is just beginning?
I know millionaires that consider Walmart their main supplier for all items they carry. Initially, I was shocked that they would lower their standards. Now I shop there, too, for the same reasons. We love fresh basil. This is a win-win for us.
Reference the Booker-Paul Amendment to S. 2437 if anyone chooses a different approach than the link provided.
I submitted my requests. Thanks for the advocacy and link :)
Hi Sybil...
Have you been following the proposed changes SEC Chair MaryJo White has advanced? Here is an excerpt:
"...the SEC has been working on a pilot program to allow wider tick sizes for the stocks of smaller companies. Many think that allowing small cap stocks to trade in increments other than a penny will increase trading in those stocks. White said the Commission will soon complete its review for the terms of the pilot."
She believes this change could benefit the retail investor as well as Market Maker (those pesky peeps that trip you up so often).
She is proposing a Market Structure Advisory Committee that could take suggestions for better trade environments. Have you advanced your concerns to people that have the power to effect change?
Looks like a normal day in TRTC land. Volume typically hangs around .5 to 1 million and jumps as high as 10 million on positive news.
I love knowing I can enjoy my life without hyper focusing on volume and PPS :)
A contract of sale is an exchange of goods, services or property to be exchanged from seller (or vendor) to buyer (or purchaser) for an agreed upon value in money. It is a specific type of legal contract.
There are examples of completed contracts between EG and Walmart on this board.
Since you know how to spell Walmart, the brand name under Wal-Mart Stores, Inc., and have a long history of integrity on this board, I will trust what you write.
Thanks and keep us posted :)
LOL!
I suppose Mr. Moran would have voted against the Gaming Commission's Motion if he didn't have to recuse himself.
And...
The Motion may have happened after submission of the applications and GB Sciences retention of Moran III.
However, once the Control Board set the tone, the Moore's should have backed out, and Moran III should have ensured that happened.
"Jane Tobman Moore, who is listed as an 8 percent owner of GB Sciences Nevada LLC. Moore’s husband, Barry Moore, owns a restricted gaming license for several taverns, including Shuck’s Gaming and Oyster Bar and Beano’s Casino."
Jane Moore is not on the GB Sciences Nevada LLC Disclosure Form. Barry R. Moore is on it.
I don't think this was an oversight since Jane's brother-in-law, John Moran, a Nevada Gaming Commissioner, is a partner in the Moran Law Firm along with his son, J.T. Moran, who represented GB Sciences at their hearings.
It was excellent and well within the rules. Appeal to the admins.
Ditto and thank you for the real world post :)
Press Strategy Quote from Facebook Page:
"MyECheck has a media/press strategy that will commence in July to coincide with the launch of our payment apps."
A Bigger Picture
"Finally, the SEC has been working on a pilot program to allow wider tick sizes for the stocks of smaller companies. Many think that allowing small cap stocks to trade in increments other than a penny will increase trading in those stocks. White said the Commission will soon complete its review for the terms of the pilot."
