...never mind.
Me too Og, mine usually go the other way too. The doggone thing though I bought some more the other day at .82 so I averaged about .86. Woke up late the next day and it was 1.50 and by the time I could sign on and hit the market order it went at 1.67 and I thought I was freakin slick.
Been watching it all the way to 3 bucks now ha ha.
Yes they are and the conference starts tomorrow in New Delhi.

I don't remember seeing this, sorry if it was already posted.
In the article you find that only about 8.3 million people are registered. I might add that it matters not how many people are registered since every call must be checked against the DNC database. What matters is the amount and enforcement of the fines. Once the fine is large enough, then Teleblock makes is an easy sell.
Here's more on the India DNC situation:
http://www.zdnetasia.com/blogs/insideindia/0,3800011235,63002728,00.htm
It would appear that the methodology they have employed to date has not worked for the Indian DNC list. I imagine COPI is changing that as we type.
TMA 15 min
Wonder if that gap will fill? Daily pincer lookin pretty good.
lol, that's a good thing for you! It will come.
You can't have my shares bud. Give it up.
I think this is a little short attack! Nobody in their right mind is selling this close to imminent outstanding earnings.
434,150 short as of Feb 29. It's all good, the more the merrier!
Yes, it is an interesting valuation, but most of all I think it's also realistic and by no means a best case scenario.
As a side note, I discovered about two weeks ago that if you type in your calculation into the google search bar it also acts as a calculator. Pretty cool!
I have no doubts COPI will trade above .11. Will be interesting to see where between .11 and 1.60 it will go.
4800000 / 130000000 = 0.0369230769
That's a very conservative 1.5 million revenue estimate Cargo.
6 billion call counts times .002 is 12 million dollars. Even if that 6 billion in call counts were for the entire year, we would see an average of 3 million per quarter.
At 40 percent margin, that would put them at 4,800,000. I used 40 percent because I just don't know what additional expenses they've had with the growth that they have experienced.
Since their growth has been more exponential than straight line, I would guess Q1 is much, much higher.
think you are right mason. No bottom to the mess in sight. I'm just hanging onto my COPI and working in my flowerbeds today if it doesn't rain.
What better place could you want to be right now than in COPI. With a market cap of only 6 million and partners like Paetec and Verisign among others this is the best value I know of.
Today is going to be a good day for COPI investors. I think .07 today.
Funny thing though releasing that on Sunday night though. And to close it before the market opens on Monday? That's $3.1 billion changed hands there alone. Amazing. I can see the DOW down 500 points.
"The $236 million price tag makes Bear a company worth less than the cost of its building, located on Madison Avenue in Midtown Manhattan, which was valued for approximately $1 billion, according to current real estate market estimates.
The discount is also largely because of the huge transaction costs JPMorgan said it will have to incur in order to acquire Bear. JPMorgan said those costs could be in the neighborhood of more than $6 billion, mostly related to litigation, the cost of reducing the balance sheet, accounting measures and the costs related to merging the two companies.
Despite the huge discount price tag of Bear Stearns, JPMorgan will be acquiring several strong businesses, most notably Bear's prime brokerage and global clearing businesses. JPMorgan said it expects that Bear will provide, once fully integrated, $1 billion in earnings for the firm."
Then you have the FED cutting rates on Sunday plus terms? That's pretty effing drastic in and of itself.
"SAN FRANCISCO -- The Federal Reserve on Sunday cut the rate on direct loans to commercial banks by a quarter-point and said it will allow primary dealers to borrow at the rate in exchange for a broad range of investment-grade collateral. In a statement, the central bank also extended the maximum term of discount-window loans to 90 days from 30 days."
No kidding Og, no kidding. No bottom here right now in anything.
Not going to be pretty this week. Freto I think your 10,500 is coming.
Bear Stearns
$2 a share buyout from JPMorgan

Good grief is all I can say.
LOL, I'm sorry!
What if there are 14 billion calls? What the heck can a fella do then?
What if they were profitable last quarter? They just won't put out fluff PRs, what's a guy to do?
INDIA
This is from August 2007 but it is very interesting.
http://economictimes.indiatimes.com/Infotech/Do-not-call_registry_to_hit_small_telemarketers/articleshow/2316224.cms
Apart from Infovision, IBM Daksh, Intelenet, MphasiS BPO are the largest players in the domestic call centre business. Barring the 10-odd large players, about 1,000-1,200 small and regional call centres exist across the country employing 10-15 people each. The domestic outbound telemarketing industry grew at an estimated 40% last year. This year, however, experts expect the industry growth to slow down to 25%.
“There is a lot of consolidation expected in the next few months. We plan to takeover assets (and resources) with clients of some of these call centres in the next few months,” says Mr Gupta of Infovision. “The challenge before large MNCs in verticals such as banking, insurance, travel, retail and FMCG is servicing a growing customer base.
Large domestic BPOs bring in the process expertise. They also have the ability to manage scale and ramp up in terms of numbers and location in very little time,” says Sparsh COO Radhika Balasubramanian. Intelenet, recently, acquired a controlling stake in Sparsh.
According to estimates, about 20,000 people work in the outbound telemarketing industry in India and each of them handle about 100-120 calls per day. In all, about 20 lakh outbound calls are made each working day of the year, which are expected to reduce to 15-16 lakh calls. Most of these calls were, however, directed to only 5% of the 232 million telecom subscribers in the country, primarily in metros."
-----------------------------------------------
Industry growth to slow to only 25 percent this year. I'm sad!
Is everybody excited? I freakin am.
6,000,000,000 calls times .0023 per call is $13,800,000 in revenue at the minimum!
10,000,000,000 calls is $23,000,000 in revenue!
If the market cap of COPI just equaled revenues we would be at 17 cents!
Pinch me and wake me up when this gets to 50 cents!
"Best info. available"?
Where are the additional shares coming from? Maybe I gave him more credit than due. Maybe he is selling shares from the A/S.
Yes you seem to be right. Rudy selling shares would fit right in with his fluff PRs about building and fortitude and the ACUP 9000 for 1 RS.
As far as the drink goes, the proof is in the pudding. It was a failure when GBVS tried to do it and there is absolutely NOTHING substantial to indicate anything else now. Polls and focus groups mean squat for sales and earnings.
If this was on the up and up, why not tell the RUNU investors the extent of GBVS's valuation of their notes receivable from Rudy right up front? I guess that it's because the conversion rate is probably so horrendous it would crash the PPS. Could be I'm wrong. I imagine the public will only see the one filing in GBVS 10-Q about what the conversion rate "WAS".
Think about why there was a 9000 for 1 RS anyway. The details of the conversion were worked out before the RS was even filed. GBVS can only have 20 percent of the outstanding which I take to mean that since there are about 35 million and change "outstanding" that GBVS could have no more than 7 million shares to sell.
Let's figure that there are now 42 million and change outstanding or shortly to be outstanding. That puts the market cap here at a ridiculous $27,300,000. Thats a lot to pay for focus groups and poll results don't you think? It was down 20 percent on 60,000 Friday.
Then Rudy has indicated that he needs to float shares too! Where does the merry-go-round stop? 150 million? 220 million?
It's a shameful scam wrapped up in 30 years of folklore about 2 meaningless plays in a football game. Nothing more.
Read the GBVS PR from Feb 19, 2008.
"The consummation of this transaction is important for Global Beverage Solutions because it should allow us to convert approximately $2.0 million of notes receivable issued to us by Rudy Beverage into shares of common stock of Rudy Nutrition," said Jerry Pearring, president and chief executive officer of Global Beverage Solutions.
In January 2007, Rudy Beverage was sold by Global Beverage Solutions to an entity affiliated with Rudy Beverage's management and, in connection with such sale, Global Beverage Solutions obtained the right to convert approximately $2.0 million of notes receivable issued to it by Rudy Beverage into shares of common stock of any publicly traded company that subsequently acquired Rudy Beverage. Pursuant to the terms of the sale agreement, Global Beverage Solutions is entitled to convert such notes receivable into shares of common stock of Rudy Nutrition based upon the market value of Rudy Nutrition's common stock, subject to the limitation that Rudy Nutrition is not obligated to issue more than 20% of its outstanding common stock on a fully diluted basis to Global Beverage Solutions."
Can't play Freto, back on dialup after a failed WISP radio so scans just take forever. Hopefully be back up an runnin late next week. Good luck everyone.
LOL. Gave you a people mark for that.
The best purpose RUNU will serve for most is a tax write off if you hold it for a year. That's what I'm doing.
Do you know of another reason for a 1 for 9000 RS for other than selling shares? By his own admission, the float went to 43,300 before GBVS started diluting the heck out of it. Where is the PR that states how many millions of shares GBVS got for their $2 million bucks that Rudy couldn't pay? So Rudy foisted his failed beverage debacle debt on the public so investors could pay it.
Actually that is not the "story" as you call it. The "story" is in the PRs that they have so blatantly issued upon the unsuspecting public. Anyone who has traded more than half a dozen penny stocks in their life should realize that the vague and blatant crap that they put out in their PRs is NOTHING more than a rehash of Rudy's 2 trick play 30 odd years ago.
The guy couldn't play football any better than he can make a freakin drink and investors should know it.
Hey gang. Still here but just had to go back to dialup temporarily since my wireless antenna went out so my posts are limited. First WISP I had went belly up, the second WISP is sending another radio. My freakin luck.
So far out in the woods I wish a T1 was an option and I could resell to my neighbors but alas the expense. Maybe when COPI takes off I could do it. Good close today it looks like. GLTA.
I say he uplists to nasdaq, takes coke and pepsi down, then runs for NY governor.
Just when you think this is going down. lol.
I'm hanging in there for that 47 bucks or one year, whichever comes first.
"The TeleBlock® database resides on VeriSign®’s redundantly located Advanced Transaction Look-Up And Signaling (ATLAS™) system, “Do-Not-Call Platform”, which is accessible via both SS7 and IP technologies. SS7 versus IP type query depends on the participating telephone carrier’s network structure. "
Verisign is now listed on the COPI website.
I don't remember seeing that before.

LOMA - I apologize if this has already been posted, but it's good.
http://www.loma.org/new.asp
That's all right. Notice bid is now .048x.052 vs .047x.051 a few minutes ago. It's all good.
Guys will this not be our first ever 10-K? I never could find one for last year, only 10-Qs.
BRLC looks like it's tryin to move. 300k on the bid l2.
No way am I buying back in. Once a crook always a crook. And in my opinion after doing the research on Rudy, he's always been a crook and the problem is everyone got sick of listening to him relive the same old 10 seconds over and over again for the last 30 years and quit paying to hear it. That's why he came up with this scam.
Notice how the volume is going up? May trade over a million shares today if it keeps going. That's a lot considering the float is supposedly 43,300.
