I honestly have no problem believing that the new CEO Mr Buhr may have given dates, technically these guys dont even really exist yet and I can imagine he may not have realized he was doing something wrong. Most that have called have been getting beginning to middle as a range and as of yesterday we learned all calls are now being directed to the newly named director, Jeff Michel and he isnt saying "anything". Private company going public there will be glitches. Knowing everything that we believe we know, the only way you can describe if the price falls is a "gift"

I totally agree DRAG soon to be Hitec it's going to be great he has ownership in RDH Environmental which is also an arm of the largest retreader east of the Mississippi RDH and also he is the owner of the installation arm of the company if all or part of these holdings are wrapped up into a hitec the immediate valuation is going to soar not to mention forward looking events and contracts

Its going to be a great week once these filings are done then the PR machine will kick in

Imagine Hitec owning 1000's of these units all over the world. Like the Chilean mine Harvey traveled to and said there were 5 miles of old OTR tires.

That is one thing that is for sure there is no dilution. I think it is going to turn out to be a solid investment. I hope part of the plan is to own and operate as a franchise type thing. All points back to Hitec.

I don't think it will because I think enough people have done DD and have a good feeling about it. Anyone that owns now is aware of the situation and kows that NEWS is coming maybe Monday maybe the following Monday. If this becomes 1 tenth of what I think it will ... well we will see. It's not public. So far a lot of great DD but not official. It's the rumor phase with some pretty solid evidence to back it up. That's why I think it goes straight up when this finalizes.

The low volume is mind boggling, there cant be many people that know.

It is trash SWER do you get compensated from them. You seem to show up a few days before SWER publishes a new "blockbuster" like on VTEQ.
