for what it's worth to all those naysayers, I have been watching stocks for the last month that have as much or less going for them like PHMB does, and they all are doing nicely now except one or two. Whatever you feel about this stock going nowhere, I feel differently. There are only few reasons 9 bill was sold in 1 week a while back, and that is either it's the once every 4 years wash and rine, or someone is trying to buy a shell, or the company sold them to make money for something coming up quickly. At .0001, do the math. Thats a mill right there, and some were sold for 2's during that run. So, lets say if it was the company, they netted about 1.5+ mill during that run. Whats going on now could be the negatiations with the monies made during that time. Either way, the only downside would b the wash and rinse, but I do not feel thats happening here. It's your money, do what you want, my 25 mill shares are here for a while anyway wating to see what happens............

How can anyone see sub .0001 transactions

So wait. Soneone bought up almost all your ones, that means it's going dark??? If they didn't , I would say you have a point.... not the other way around....

Swwc, what does a penny stock and revs/market cap have in common? Most of the time kothin. But it still makes money for all of us losers out here. All you should be concerned with is the stock price going up after you buy it.....

well now we are 1 x 2, and over 700 mill at 2. Will this take forever to get past those 2's?? I have seen that quantity up for a week now. Only seems to get bigger, and to me, that's not a good thing.............or is it?

Something is wrong here this morning. I put up a few mill for sale at the BID this morning to see what would happen, left it there for 60 secs, and nothing.... thats real unusual for this stock

I know I am going to get a million different opinions on this comment, but last week we were 216k x .0003, and now we are 85k x .0003. Are we now going to be going through the same thing or worse with 2's and 1'2?? This could take months if that was the case..............

mark, to be honest, think about this.........buys a ship or a ship line. This is supposed to be an entertainments ship, not really a cargo ship. Fun ships almost always use travel agents of some sort for booking. They also need limo service for pampering those who feel they deserve it. To me, all this makes sense,.............the water thing is throwing me off some I will admit........

buddy, why would anyone want to r/s a .04 stock instead if a deserving .0004 stock?? usually a .04 gets forward split...

no doubt someone has a plan for this stock, and it's going to be something better than a pump and dump............

Cassandra, the more dilution thing may actually be part of the big plan here. They will probably do a r/s down the road at some point to bring the share price up to the .20 cert price. The trick is to get out before the reverse. I can see the company trying to raise the stock price due to growth(which I would rather have), but the backup plan would be the r/s. So, at least 5 months of the company trying to make things happen would be what I am thinking, then the dreaded r/s is they run out of gas.

if they do r/s, they probably could care less about what people think, so you never know......I have the same mind set that this will go up sooner than later, so I am staying put here. I started buying as high as 8 all the way down to 4, so I am here for to see this one out......

you can bet, for those in a selling mode, that Monday will be a slightly lower pps day than I would have wanted in anticipation of all those wanting the free shares only. Then, mid week or by weeks end, the share price will start correcting in a happy directon.........JMHO of course....

hoggy, like I have stated before, maybe the company needed some quick money for expansion and threw this deal out there and maybe crunched the numbers that selling billions of shares all between .0003 and .0008 would make them x amount, and then they would have to put x amount aside to cover this deal(the gifted shares). That 300,000 for ever bill sold at .0003, and you know mot of everything was sold much higher. and if the shares we bought from them are priced at .00001 to them, them they made out like bandits from the 6-10 bill sold in the last month or so.
JMHO.but it make financial sense to me............

I would have said someone is waiting for alot of people to dump shares on Monday so that they can be bought for cheap. Like I said last week, this will go up soon, probably by mid week....

well, not that I tried to buy anymore in the last few days, but how do you know there are no more 1's for sale? And if there isn't, why are we not showing 1 x 2 during the day, which we didn't?

Not so sure to me. This chart looks very similar to what was going on about feb.20 of this year. I HOPE it goes up starting today, and it will go up, but I wouldn't be suprised if we languished for another few more days, especially with expected dumpage on monday...

my take on all this is sorta like this.............. PVEC needed funding for things they need to go further with thier goals. They offered this gift of C shares to entice people to buy, like me.... You know these shares are owned by them at .00001 or .000001, so all these shares being sold from .0003 to .0006 the last couple days have been very proftable for them and I am sure this gifting of shares will be a very small writeoffconsdering the larger picture here. The funds generated from the last couple days if trading alone will be very profitable for them and help give shape to thier future. I could be very wrong, but I do not see the stock exploding from here, BUT........ I do see it increasing daily in the next few days, probably starting the beginning of next week when all this hoopla is over with............ JMHO and GLTA..........
