man I'd almost pay .0036 a share just so I could say I was a part of the great swamp swindle but I got plenty at a penny. yeaaaaaaa
could you make this stuff up?
some one should write a book.
the question remains where do we go from here.
will they open the books to the shareholders and try to get the train back on the tracks. they seemed to have had plenty of work before all this guano hit the fan. can they get it back and keep it running.
or will they slink off and look for a new scam?
or will the g-men put them all in the slammer.
stay tuned.
same bat channel
same bat time.
make mine a cuervo la familia reserve. straight up and keep them coming.
chillar baby:
"So, now it's Riley & VP who created the level III pfd to basically screw the common shareholders, created the buyback and bounced the divi checks, bounced paychecks to employees, stiffed creditors, didn't pay insurance premiums, paid themselves HUGE weekly salaries, lied about the pit litigation and told everyone it was exactly the oposite of the way it really was. ETC ETC ETC."
this is exactly how they would do it. I have seen it done with my own eyes. got burned in the fire personally by some boys in the NJ garbage business. this happens on a regular basis.
doubt the justice dept will even look at it as they are too busy chasing big fraud.
the question now is whether PA and his boys pulled enough out that they will let it fold and run away or they might try for another run and authorize some more shares and rise from the ashes like a phoen..... well you get the drift.
if they just did the work they had and kept an eye on the store we could of all got rich. but noooooooooooooo.
I think he's in an internet cafe somewhere sipping a pina and humming JB tunes and flipping his millions of PBLS shares along with the rest of the flippers. Good thing I needed a write off this year. back to the day job. back to playing small ball on the real stock exchanges. ahhhhhhhhhhhhh
this is starting to look like MBAH. run away. run away. (man banging coconuts together in the backround)
we are the knights of PBLS
ahhhhhhh crap
it's just a bloody white haired old man. can't hurt us at all.
yes but he's got big teeth.
geman: talk is cheap just like the share price of our beloved PBLS.
it'll do one of four things.
go up
go down
stay where it is.
or go away all together.
everything else is mental gymnastics.
breath in breath out move on.
okay I am all better now.
thanks bagwa.
goodnite boys and girls. tomorrow the sun will most likely rise in the east and the tides will rise and fall.
go yankees.
sorry roach. I owe you a DP. I take mine hot in the winter with a little barbados rum and some lemon. good for the head. might even get an extra six pack at costco this weekend if i can cash in a few million shares of PBLS. hey are we having fun yet.
sorry superbee. got a little hot there. the BS levels get to be pretty high. hopefully we can keep the flight in the air and stay above it all.
Dear Mr. Irish:
I would greatly appreciate it if you would be so kind as to enlighten us all to what ever inside information that you have so often aluded to in your recent posts. May you have a nice evening and may all your investments bring you fabulous riches.
Thank-you and Goodluck to you.
Ninertango is with you level at 14.5 but the right engine seems to be on fire.
Bagwa is this where I reach inside myself and find the peace that Master Chen says exists with the Tao.
got to laugh or I would cry.
questions/thoughts for the board.
if the pit is dead, we still have contracts to deliver material and a strong regional need for material.
my guess is we make a deal with Furr/Mitchell or we find another pit. but then again maybe not.
kmoex. who knows ? everyone around the world needs cement. still may be a local market we can play in.
all those extra shares. no partners. okay sounds like we need the money to operate anyway. not a great thing for the share price but it keeps the lights on and the machines working.
if they are in fact working.
management. man if this is a scam. nice one boys. but the SEC and the FBI still call a fraud a fraud. Just ask Jim Plant of CKYS. my guess is they are over their heads.
recent shiz/fmi visit. either they played you or used you as shills or your in on the action or innoncent bagholders like the rest of us. I don't have a clue. I wasn't even there and I am one pissed hombre. If and when I go down there and they pull this crap on me I will get my pound of flesh. I have been trying to make contact with the company on a profesional level and can't get anyone to call me back. Never gonna make any money if they don't return phone calls.
as shareholders we need to get a conduit into HQ. we may not have any control but we have a position and a right to know what is going on. good or bad.
okay I've got to go make a living although my acct. is green today for some reason. oh it'll never last. glad I have a day job.
anyone interested in forming some kind of shareholders group and trying to communicate with the company. They seem to be receptive when someone walks in the door but we need to find a way to see if they are blowing smoke up our bums.
sorry pnew trying to be polite.
we may only need a small lever to see behind the curtain but it never hurts to be able to have tac. air support as a back up in case we need to call down the wrath of the gods of war and the SEC if need be. we may never need it but it doesn't hurt to have a plan B.
I am not looking for a CKYS ending here. I think these guys have all the parts they need to make money and a market that wants the stuff we sell. now we just need to execute. If they want us to leave them alone all they have to do is keep us in the loop. I don't think that is asking too much.
just a stupid question.
if there are buyers on the opposite side of all those trades the last few days someone is vacuuming up a lot of shares. I took a little because I need some serious conseling but soneone is taking millions of shares.
PBLS never boring.
I think rally is really a country and western song writer at heart.
me I am starting on some good ole river delta blues.
just have to look at my trading acct. balance to feel the pain.
saw:
they question is what do we use as a lever to move the transparency rock.
While the board and shiz and fmi and some others have shone some light on these guys we still have no offical and verifiable info from the company.
I don't think it should be our responsibilty to have to be detectives. As shareholders we put out the money and should get a look behind the curtain. I realize as a pink we will not get a NYSE type of quality view of the operations but they should throw us a bone. Heck if they are still selling shares either in to the market or using them to purchase other companies at some point it is in their and our best interest to see the share prices get a bid under it.
rip at these prices that would be about 100,000 shares an hour.
maybe more if you want them to speak swamp and english. LOL
put in a call to bestjets yesterday. still waiting for a return call from them from Steve. also I tried the number from the web site for Roger Humiston but they said the number was out of service.
I think we need to get a shareholder rep in front of these guys in the form of a bunch of us hiring a lawyer locally to represent our interests. what do you all think.
only kidding only messing around
get out the rope
I go to work for a few hours and you guys let it go to hades in a hand basket. not sure who has what. I know I have a lot of shares that ain't worth crap but I'll bet that whatever happens that this sees a penny plus again.
If Riley's money is in a trust then he don't have it. the trust has it. either he controls the purse strings or he doesn't.
thanks shiz fmi and ren. a good job well rewarded. LOL
at this rate with the pps pnew will be lynched by the end of october and the swamp boys will have run off with all our money while we look for more rope for roach. LOL are we having fun yet?
sky: starting to sound like an unhappy ex-employee.
if you know something speak up.
lots of owners have remorse after selling a business, it happens all the time. some of the other stuff I agree with you. aviation is a very tough place to make money. start with a lot of money and work your way down from the top. do the boys down south have a grip on everything. not by a long shot based on what they let us see but then everyone who comes away after seeing the op and talking with the boys runs to the punch bowl for another fix of that sweet company koolaid so go figure. starting to be time for some real intel to come out from the HQ. IMHO
Rally:
let's hope you're right.
try not to have too much koolaid so early in the day. lol
okay swamp boys what do we have for today.
we used to call it the crisis du jour.
that lear 31 S/N 017 is gonna take a million or more to put it up to date, not that we are ever gonna make a lot of money with lear 25's. just not a huge market for these aircraft. very small and tight inside. fast and fun to fly from what I am told but rich guys are looking for Gulfstreams or Challengers.
aviation is not where PBLS is gonna make money. it just beats flying Southwest. the money is in the gravel and concrete.
sell winthorpe sell
get those people back in there
turn those machines back on.
Shiz: did you meet Mike O'Riley ?
Shiz: Thanks for the intel. we appreciate your efforts and taking the time. let me be the among the first to provide an atta boy.
did they offer you any koolaid. lol
well it sounds like the foundation is being laid now we see if they can execute. if they do we should all benefit. if not it's just another stinky pinky. any intel on divys and when the new partners are gonna hit the ask.
whirl:
not looking to start rumors. just doing my DD. See page 40 of this book and then tell me it is not the same guy.
the book can be found on google books.
Dirty Dealing: Drug Smuggling on the Mexican Border and the Assassination of a Federal Judge
written by a guy named cartwright.
company doesn't supply us with bumpkus for info so we have to go digging. I am just reporting on what I found. He may be the greatest guy in the world and hopefully make us all rich but I've been burned before. you draw your own conclusions.
Ren
do a search on google books for vincent promuto, it makes for some interesting reading.
let me know when you want to start a legal fund for us shareholders.
Shiz
are you still scheduled to visit our beloved PBLS.
Who would i call to make a date to visit pit and HQ and look these guys in the eye.
I can't say i understand these guys, but I've seen this before with pinkies and in real life. For what ever reason it is easier to shell out a good company and make a few bucks on the backs of shareholders and other bagholders than it is to just do the work and push the stuff out the door. Some days it looks like they are making all the right moves. if they would just follow through we could all get rich and they could get stinking rich.
Ren:
it is good news but not verified. remember "trust but verify".
I am in NY or I would drive by the pit. Would be great if we could get some eyes on the site. Also need to know that the money is going to PBLS. I would bet that PBLS makes a deal with Furr to redo the lease on the pit. PBLS has the contracts and Furr/Mitchell have the pit. Sometimes you don't want to be in business with someone but if the situation works then you find a way to live with it.
Just got off the phone with the pit. They said that they are up and running and material is going out 6 days a week and they have had no disruption to operations. The guy I talked to said they have been going balls to the wall for months now.
Murphy Sand and Gravel Pit
42435 Honey Island SWamp R
Pearl River, LA 70452
(985)863-2404
this is the number and address if anyone else wants to follow up.
Blue:
I can call and ask but we get a lot of unverifible quotes from the company as it is. What we need is some direct eyes on the site to say trucks are rolling (number one) and the payments are going to PBLS (tough one to confirm)
but I'll try a little phone reconn. Just too far away to get eyes on the target.
I guess that sheriff was guarding the gate for a reason. It's nice that someone answers the phone at Murphy but are we selling any material is the question.
any follow up on the felon on the BOD thing.
is this gonna be the like episode # 85 on the sapranos. "Tony goes hunting for gumbo in the land of jumbalaya."
stay tuned folks.
they're just trying to figure out how to screw us longs.
last sale ?
can anyone confirm that there have been no sales since 1100 am. TIA
why does the "aggregate" have to go to poland. they can be buying it and then reselling to twenty different locations to satisfy multiple contracts they have with multiple end users of the product. komex may just be a middleman / broker. Dry bulk shippers send materials all over the world and there is a huge demand for dry bulk ships at the moment. maybe we should buy a shipyard and some boats. wait should we give PA anymore ideas on buying more things.
thanks vista
I thought that might be the case.
learning all the time
maybe we can learn something "soon" about ole PBLS
