Ok, you go on and have fun with that... Lol..
At SOME POINT, they'll have to do some kind of pr, NO?
I noticed on their Twitter account, people seemed to be really pestering them for an update...
Someone here explained yesterday that Gilead does not use Inspyr's patent. But the patents Inspyr owns *could* be used to make a drug similar to Remdesivir...
Ok.. Something is coming down the pike for this company. It seems we have enough evidence to draw that conclusion at least...
Have you heard when the phase three trials will begin?
Nice find..
Did you guys hear about Gilead buying Forty-Seven inc.? $95.50 per share. Pretty sweet. Gilead is sitting on a lot of cash. They can afford to buy out companies if it's something they really want ... I'm not saying anyone would pay that much for Inspyr, but the stuff Inspyr has may inspyr someone to pony up...
https://finance.yahoo.com/news/gilead-completes-acquisition-forty-seven-123200005.html
I skipped over the part where it said '18 months' my bad. ..
According to this article I found from Sept. 2018, Inspyr no longer controls the adenosine antagonists discussed in this forum... Could anyone here she's any more light on this...?
https://markets.businessinsider.com/news/stocks/inspyr-to-license-oncology-related-compounds-to-ridgeway-therapeutics-inc-1027539438
WESTLAKE VILLAGE, Calif., Sept. 17, 2018 Inspyr Therapeutics announced today that it has entered into an agreement with Ridgeway Therapeutics Inc. in which Ridgeway will license and assume control of certain assets relating to Inspyr's oncology development programs, including intellectual property rights relating to adenosine antagonists owned by Inspyr.
I took screenshots of all that shit too...
Crazy.
Obvious to anyone with eyes. They want those shares. Don't give them up.
Manipulation shows demand for shares
It’s fake & illegal
^^^THIS^^^
The drug, Mipsagargin is for use in tumors, which is potentially huge in and of itself. But as to it's applicability to covid-19, they have not specified. So that is speculation.
Don't let them steal your shares, folks. Hold onto them. This will go higher..
It's highly possible, but the company hasn't made any announcements about it.. I hope they do..
I agree with you, but could you fix this sentence?
THIS WILL REDUCE INFLAMMATION AND VIRUS OR ANY TUMORS For people to BREATHE
I'm having hard time understanding your meaning here...
I don't believe Mipsagargin is hype. Phase 2 trials have been completed and it's moving onto phase 3.. This alone, aside from the other key points make this a valuable stock. But hey, if you want to sell your shares for a few pennies, whatever...
I've learned a lot about this company today. This stock is definitely way undervalued. Just their intellectual property and patents alone make this company valuable. They do have the know how to create something for Covid-19, are they going to? We don't know that yet.
Because of their patent updates and Sabby management owning a 40% stake, it appears there may be something big on the horizon here...?
Thank you so much for that. This helps my understanding immensely.
So the adenosine receptor based compounds *could* be used to produce a drug to help Covid patients... Got it. Gilead doesn't necessarily need Inspyr's expertise with this..
I thought so, please help us understand. I'm not the only one who doesn't quite get it... Thanks in advance..
With regards to your first question, I think we, here on ihub are trying to sort out what Inspyr's relationship to Gilead is. With regards to your last post, the government is trying work as swiftly as possible to bring a therapeutic drug that works with as little side effects as possible to Covid-19 patients who need it.
Gilead's Remdesivir has already been shown to work in many critically ill patients.
Now, how does Inspyr Therapeutics play in to Gilead's production of Remdesivir?
My understanding was that Inspyr owns the patent to the active ingredient in Remdesivir, and Gilead needs Inspyr for this?? Am I way off here?
I am still working on getting that nailed down. Maybe dunwifit can help???
RIGHT??! Wow, that would be fricking amazing!
If you heard the press conference, he basically eluded to Gilead Sciences being in London right now to evaluate Boris Johnson for treatment with Remdesivir...
Go listen to the first 6 minutes of the press conference.
He says there are two companies there right now to see the prime minister in the ICU.
He then says one of those companies developed adrug for Ebola!!! He must be referring to Gilead and Remdesivir!
I want to hear from Inspyr that they've entered into a partnership with Gilead...
I'm trying not to get too worked up right now, bit can you guys imagine if they used Remdesivir to treat Boris Johnson...?
...And it worked...????
OMG...
I think you are wrong. Trump said the company that is in London now developed a drug for Ebola. That can only be Gilead. Unless Lenz had an Ebola drug, they aren't the company in London now.
Listen very carefully to the beginning of the press conference. Trump mentions 2 companies that are in London now on account of Boris Johnson being in the ICU.
He says they are great wonderful therapeutics companies, one developed a drug for Ebola.
Later in the press conference he mentions GILEAD!!!
You guys, I think they might be getting ready to give Remdesivir to Boris Johnson. Do you have any idea how f***ing huge this would be???!!?
What I want to know is, does Gilead NEED Inspyr Therapeutics for this key ingredient?

Oh shit man, you have to listen to Trump's press conference..
Ok, this is what I'm trying to figure out. You said Inspyr owns a patent on an adenosine analog, but is THE adenosine analog used in Remdesivir???
I am trying to understand the science here, and confirm that Inspyr holds the patent to this ingredient...
Does anyone know what the active ingredient in Remdesivir is? And can I verify that Inspyr holds the patent to this?
He did more than say that, he just mentioned Gilead...
So, is the dual A2A/A2B antagonist the active ingredient in Remdesivir?? Or are these compounds just used in the development of the active ingredient? What is the active ingredient in Remdesivir?? I'm trying to understand... If anyone knows...
Can you imagine if they cured Boris Johnson with Remdesivir?? Ho Lee cow!!!
The link you posted says the patent application was filed by CV Therapeutics. Who is CV therapeutics? How do we verify that Inspyr holds the patent for adenosine antagonist...?
I think I read on this board that the results of the Chinese trials of Remdesivir will be available soon?
Thank you...
