No photos, No Proof, just lies!
A good bashing would have included all your DD and Proof. Not just hearsay.
Post those photos and your proof, that would be something I would love to research as I always verify both the Positive and Negative of a stock.
I look forward to your future posts what actual proof.
So your friends with Joe, live near Joe, taking care of his dogs but have been bashing his company for months... hummm... post photos please because right now you just sound like someone on Judge Judy.
... and you pulled this info out of your magic hat?
Link please.
Pennies no.. but cheaper yes. What you seem to have forgotten is even Rubbing Alcohol is hard to find right now. Breweries have been swapping to produce alcohol so that it could be transformed into hand sanitizer.
To issue here isn’t that its hard to make hand sanitizer Its that’s the ingredients (Which ever ones) are very complicated to locate or most prefer the ready made package.
Their filling a need... why the negativity? Purell was selling for 8$ a tiny little bottle at my local stores when they were available.
THE LIST (Requested by many, I decided to post it) Help PCT get noticed for their life saving products.
Everyone should email these contacts. The more they receive the more likely they are to do research.
(This list took me a while to put together, maybe all of you can lookup their Twitter handles or other links/people that should be made aware and keep adding to the list)

Amazing move, A brewery near me did the same... love it when companies adapt to help out. Good for shareholders amazing for the people.
I couldn’t have said it better myself... I’d add that for once it nice to be part of a company that not only will make all of us cash but their actually making a difference unlike most stocks here who pump on news and drop into nothing land afterwards.
PCT is the real deal for investors and people’s safety!
They responded at 12:32am EST They’re working around the clock...I’m ALL IN! This is dedication to the cause.
“ Our primary goal is getting our equipment and solutions to the markets (people!) where they are urgently needed. That does not mean we are ignoring important issues; far from it. ”
They mentioned they are aware of ACE’s link issues.
PCTHealth was always for Annihilyzer, only recently its changed to Annihilare so they must be aware. As they migrated to PCTCorpHeatlh.
Way back machine, to go back in time on websites.
https://web.archive.org/web/2019*/Pcthealth.com
There must be some patent sharing going on, I remember reading something about a 3 year exclusivity way way back when going through the patent purchases that had been negotiated, going from memory I’m sure someone will have a blast looking that one up. I believe Annihilare is also being used on some planes, again just from memory.
Their a small company trying to make it big and the small things will escape them. As investors best help them where we can.
I’ve sent them links to governments webpages asking for companies to submit any and all preventative devices... and sent emails to all health care reps from each state and province.
Every little bit counts.
They recently changed from PctHealth.com to https://pctcorphealth.com/
I dont think all the distributer got the memo. I wrote PCT to advise them, we’ve been chatting back and forth all day.
I believe Annihilare is part of the original company that split years ago. There was an agreement with patents but i cannot remmener what those were.
Exactly.. the current market is quick and volatile. Why leave your hard earned cash in a ticker thats only dropping when you can earn 20% daily on so many stocks popping here and there.
I’ll be back when actual news comes out, there is hope here, just not willing to hang around and watch my stack drop.
So basically a person could use the type of tests given by Arrayit but you shouldn’t rely on the results. Thats what I’m reading here on this FDA document.
There was no link.. assuming it will be posted on Twitter. Guess we shall see Monday.
Lets hope! It’s a little too perfect we all received an auto response an hour after I post.. no responses from emails we should have at least received an auto response. Hummmmm...
Its still there... you can easily check yourself.
I confirm I received the same email just now.
Nope! Called them and Emailed them on Wednesday Morning.
Called them every day this week, their machine just says I’m calling outside hours... seriously, how can they not be answering their company phone in a crisis like this.
At least the email didn’t bounce so that email is active. Tho I would have expected an auto-reply at the very least... but nothing.
This doesn’t feel like the professional company some make it out to be... I pulled out, will sit on the sidelines till some of this gets sorted out.
I guess we’ll all find out on the 23rd.
Only those with less then 10k shares are getting bought out for 10c.
Those who have more we take part in the Reverse and Forward split.
So if i have 30,000 shares after the R/S I’ll have 3 Shares and then F/S to 3000 Shares.
The monetary math on this one eludes me as I’m sure it has to take current stock value into consideration and possibly the valuation of a new company entering this one?
If not the only thing I see happening is the current stock value going up x10 and our shares coconut down by the same amount.
Hopefully someone here can clarify.
Please explain your math... the share value cannot become 009 when their buying out anyone with less the 10k shares at 10c a share.
For those holding under 10000 pre-split.... what happens to those holding more then 10k shares pre-split?
Just wait for news... then everyone will know of multiple companies offering tests not just this one.
Boom Great Find!!!
More pieces of the puzzle coming together!
I read that too... awesome right! There’s a solid company behind this ticker... hopefully they can get the job done and help everyone out in the awefull climate.
They already have FDA approval for the same Blood Card... what dont you understand from this?
Look it up, do your own DD. You dont need to FDA approve the same collection device for every blood bases virus/pathogen.
The collection device for blood is whats at play here for the Covid19, the lab does the testing.
Other devices needed to be approved as they are 2-10 minute on location devices that dont need labs.
Wow.. thats sucks! Time to switch out of TD or always have funds loaded for play time. My trading account has become my new savings account, all my cash is there.
Go big or go home! Hehe.
No FDA needed.. Arrayit is already an FDA approved company for their Allergy tests and from the looks of it, they simply rehashed that test into a Covid19 Blood Card to be sent to labs for quick turnaround testing.
Also “ President Donald Trump on Wednesday invoked rarely used emergency powers to marshal critical medical supplies against the coronavirus pandemic.”
This is a broad statement but many companies will be getting orders to ramp up productions of medical supplies, respirators, saline bags, prevention disinfection products... and most probably testing.
I bought into the dips on the way down... wish I had waited till it got this low but cant complain as we know whats coming next.
Ameritrade, yah I’ve heard they’ve been giving people a lot of grief. Some account are on full margin call, only liquidation is possible, no purchased. Ouch.
Agreed , trials are also down to 30 days and I could be wrong but i believe the newer hospitals have taken it without any trials.
UK only wanted to see if the results were the same as North America. They took the machines not knowing a pandemic was about to happen, its just luck and the perfect storm of PCT and hopefully humanity.
I sure hope they can keep up with demand.
UK Hospital Trials with the Independent UK University Test done in parallel are key to a MAJOR breakout.
Data of the virus as its spreading compiled in a hospital utilizing PCT compared to others without. No other prevention solution will have this data.
Lets not forget “Active negotiations with National Healthcare” — Not discussions, negotiations!
I’m holding, odds here are better then any lotto ticket.
No one knows... and it might not even be feasible unless they find a distributer. Maybe Amazon.
Agreed! With some official news this will go parabolic. It must be havoc getting things done properly right now, the idea is just to get things done. The last thing Arrayit is thinking about right now are shareholders.
Their only mission is to get the product out in professionals hands.
Probably because their main market right now are for professionals and not at home users.
Not sure if they have the capability to individually ship 1 test to each requested household. That remains to be seen.
I feel its more likely they send batches to multiple locations for use by medical professionals. Its possible they team up with a logistic distributer for at home use but thats just speculation.
Everything is being fast tracked due to government regulation being dropped. I think normal procedures are moot at this point.
Plus this looks like they re-hashed their allergy tests to collect blood to be analyzed in a lab, not sure a new patent is needed.
At least he’s smiling on the way down! Wish I could say the same, LOL
We’ll be smiling on the way up!
Basically the same thing except you prick yourself and you dab your blood on the card yourself.
Not much more complicated then a blood glucose test.
They're in active negotiations, contracts are not yet signed tho from the excitement in his voice one could interpret negotiations are going positively.
