From drop down menu, click on cordycepin, read article (read total website) about cordyceps militaris, and article of "Blocks Lung Injuries" and "Kills Breast Cancer(s)".
Great articles and company. Could be what Dr. Doki is after??

Here is some interesting information. "Double Dummy" RM.
The New York Stock Exchange did a reverse merger with the acquisition of Archipelago Holdings March 2006, and the new company's name was called "NYSE Group Inc..
Then NYSE Group Inc. merged with a company called "EURONEXT" (European Stock Exchange) in April 2007 via a "Double Dummy" reverse merger to form the "First Global Securities Exchange".
Keep in mind that all RM's are not all bad. Shell must be squeaky clean. Not tarnished by shareholder law suits or pump and dump schemes. RM's don't always end up on the NASDAQ, but if the new owners keep the shareholders updated with plenty of PR's that include transitional information, quality business acquisition(s), and on time 8-10k's, these could assist the new company in achieving NASDAQ status.
(IMO) CLSI has most, if not all the above requirements supported by a rather large share structure that could assist in making this work, provided the new management can/will work its magic. (Dr. Doki has shown that he can structure a very savvy contract with Hyperion) In addition, some believe that Reverse Shell Mergers may become the preferred IPO approach.
GO - CLSI
SHEMN CORP. USOTC - (SHNC). Possible next acquision? Bio Technology?
(IMO), It is meant to look sloppy. Someone or others, want this to drag out to induce old and new shareholders to sell out. But in most cases, it won't work. Most have held for almost 20 years. They really have nothing to lose. They may feel they lost years ago, and hang on for whatever reasons. "Everything to gain (maybe), nothing to lose". Wolfson's tried for years.
Just my opinions. GO-LONGS

That may have been true while they were selling to Dr. Doki, but since the deal has finished there is no gag-order. (I hope you know what I mean).
In addition, you speaking for them, lacks conviction. Some individuals here on this board have been around since the Raging-Bull board days, and shareholders since Stan & Liz acquired CLSI. Which means they have followed this stock and know it's past history and the owners to a large degree. It has been educational to say the least.
I'm sure you are a fine person, but at least respect the past stock owners as well and, let Stan or Liz stand on their own two feet and post like the rest of us. Please don't speak for them. After all, they are both common shareholders like the rest of us now.
Anyway, like I said, I'm sure you are a fine person. From one shareholder to another, lets just post for ourselves and what we know. Good luck!

A lot of companies will lease/sell the old company name as terms of the sale contract. Name recognition for one, royalty payments, or just anything they can leverage out to help themselves and the next company out.
All I was saying was the problem with the old Clancy was they kinda left us in the dark and spoke through other people/maybe? But it's all good here. On to better days.

The name Clancy Systems + International could be sold, or if not taken, can be purchased and trademarked! Makes no difference to me. Now that you mentioned it "is a fact", that is part of the problem, nobody has gave us an update.
GO-CLSI
Got It! But I think the name: "Clancy Systems International" could be used provided, no one else has the rights to it.
As far as the post before yours, Don't you mean: Buy Low - Sell High??? Interesting perspective!
GO-CLSI
My understanding, was the new company would keep the same name: ClSI symbol and the International included in the name. That was what posted a while ago after Tony left I think. Time will tell.

Thanks for the info. Could you please post your information? Not sure where your References are posted. So far, not here on Investor Hub. Thanks.

Its going to be exciting to see what other companies Dr. Doki acquires!

Don't know much about the "flashing Stop Sign". If you put in "CL, BRK.B as well as others, that flashing sign is going off like a caution light. I personally don't pay any attention to it. That's my opinion to that issue. To each their own.

Well, I don't believe it was Dr. Doki selling. Proof appears in the way he structured the stock deal (won't give the kitchen sink away). Very smart man (IMO). Longs should be able to pick up shares cheap for now (IMO). Interesting how the stock went to 0.11 on no news. And with news??? Go Longs-(CLSI).
I agree with you, but I believe there are too many shares available, too easily!
More longs needed to mop up the over supply. That is why (5) million plus shares came out to stall the price rise yesterday, as well as, when the prior PR came out (3) plus million shares came out) identifying Dr. Doki's as the new owner of CLSI (IMO).
Help keep shares up and out of the way! (IMO)
(IMO), Still to many weak shareholders and flippers. NEED MORE LONGS!
GO-CLSI!
Acquired company. Hum--- Maybe the start of:
On-line: Public schooling (eliminate physical buildings and buses)?
On-line: Doctors & nursing visits like the Coronavirus has currently executed.
On-line: More company personal working from anywhere but a physical building location.
Maybe this is the beginning of a whole human/medical/business/schooling economic conversion.
This virus or any future pandemic could be reduced or eliminated by moving more sectors/industries towards the internet. Therefore reducing human to human contact where large groups consolidate. New models have to be devised and prepared for "anything global" like we are going through. Seems to me, this new acquired company may already have a toe-hold with the US Government (USMCA), or could assist them in their planning models as our government has been talking about for the past few weeks in the form of daily briefing updates on the Coronavirus. They claim they have been collecting information from around the world with this new virus situation to develop a new model for a future response. Where is all that data going? CLSI had good timing on this press release. Any relation??? Lets hope so.
Maybe our CLSI has finally found it's palace? (IMO) GO-CLSI.
Yes Gov. I have seen your past posts. It appears that Dr. Doki may now have (2) possible strategic business entry paths for CLSI. Yours and Maxis suggestions. One path (Gov's) is a business model pathway that identifies a slow progression which accumulates a group of companies, and/or purchases shares in others for dividends that results in the Birkshire model.
The second business model is what Maxis suggests. This could be a slow or a fast business model which accumulates specific company departments and trained professional(s) to rapidly form a specific company, then rapidly is deployed as market ready to compete in current industry challenges. Hence, the Coronavirus we are witnessing today. Either way, CLSI (IMO) will be moving towards competing as one of these models. The ball in in Dr. Doki's court. (IMO) He might be able to make it happen. Only time will tell.
It also appears that Dr. Doki is an Indian from India. I believe he is Hundu (not sure) and I personally know many Indians who are extremely intelligent with respect to the medical and business industries.
Additionally, the up coming US-INDIA trade deals could possibly aid CLSI due to the fact that CLSI is International (Not sure, just my opinion) and it is a known fact that Hindu Indians are some of the most wealthy individuals. Indian family and community are valuable resources and assets Indians covet through networking. (That may be why you see many family members named in Dr. Doki's businesses).
Anyway, I believe these two directions could be possible. I'm trying to nail this company down to a fork in the road so to speak, and not lose sight of what could really be the correct direction. If anyone else has an opinion, or can add support, please feel free to jump in.
Quite impressive with the number of companies. Dr. Doki could be using the Birkshire model(s)? (Not claiming this), but one never knows until after the fact. Many big name companies today started the same way. My glass is half full. GO-CLSI!
Point(s) well expressed and taken Max! Please keep us posted with your observations. Everyone else also welcome. Pro CLSI!
Possible DD-(USOTC-RLBY/CLSI)
RLBY is 98% owned by, Dr. Doki. USOTC currently trades at 0.18-0.22. (USOTC 8k (12/19/2019) hired Eric D. Young who is experienced in online payment systems, mergers, and law. CLSI owns Remit-an (on-line payment system) as well. IMO, several things could be going on here. Might be worth a closer look. Not sure.
