I think they are understaffed
PHOT is HOT!
Exactly!
Exactly. It took a long time to work on the deal and they finally closed it out. Even the best companies takes time to close an acquisition. Sugarmade made it public that the revenues will be recognized. That message is to us as investors. We just have to be patient and wait. It is a done deal. Whether this quarter or next. It is done.
I am kind of feeling the same way. I hope we both wrong...lol. But, if it is not put on this one, it just gives us more time to load up on cheap stock, which I plan to do.
You have a witness! Growlife is poping!
I think many investors hope so also because they sure are buying right now in anticipation of the financials.
If they are on time
Yes
Growlife is hot!
Most of the volume today looks like buyers expecting good financial news. The stock is slowly inching up.
Low volume is to be expected!
Everyone is waiting to see what the financials bring. Many don’t want to sell for fear of being caught without a line in the water and the stock takes off. Others are wanting to buy but waiting to see if bad financial news comes out so they don’t get caught with a sinking stock. The rest are risk takers.
It's the quiet before the storm!
Now is the best time to be buying. Sugarmade is about to blow!
I would not be too concerned about the losses.
All of the cannabis related companies are reporting losses. It is because it still early in the game and everyone is trying to grow and expand. You have to spend money to make money. Eventually the expansion phase will slow down and companies will start showing profits. Also, companies will start to merge and acquire other companies which will drive revenue and the synergies will reduce cost. In the long run many of these companies will show profit.
For example Tilray just revealed a net quarterly loss of 18.7million. Aurora revealed its loss at 80.2 Canadian dollars which is equivalent to which is equal to 60.4 US dollars.

This is what I like about Sugarmade!
Jimmy Chan says in the press release dated February 6, 2019 that "Additionally, we are in process of vetting other possible acquisitions to further enhanced of the portfolio of hydroponic and cultivation supply products. We are certainly excited about our prospects for the remaining part of this year and into next year." The acquisition of companies to boost revenue is ongoing for Sugarmade. This is the type of company that going after companies to acquire them. To boost revenue. To satisfy the investors. That is what we want as investors. I have invested in other hydroponics companies and they are basically doing nothing. These other companies have a lot less revenue than Sugarmade and are not even talking about acquisitions or anything. Sugarmade has a plan and they are executing that plan. That plan is to build a juggernaut. That benefits us as investors. If you think small and execute you will get small results. If you think big and execute then you will get big results. Sugarmade is thinking big and executing. I think they will get big results.
Everything is in writing. There is no need to be concerned with that. It's all public Jimmy says in a press release that "all BZRTH revenues will be reported through Sugarmade significantly further boosting Sugarmade's revenue base." He also says "Our exercise of our option to fully acquire these businesses will allow us to now realize full revenue recognition, boosting our top line growth rate very significantly. We will retain the entire staff of employees, who we warmly welcome to the Sugarmade family." That is a done deal. No company lawyer is going to let them put out a press release like that without it not being a done deal or else they open themselves up to the SEC and a class action lawsuit. They will be reporting revenue from this acquisitions. It's a done deal.
We have to have multiple focuses. We have to be looking ahead. That's how you stay ahead of the game. Being a prosperous investor is like chess. If you don't want to lose money then you have to look at all the angles. If you want to prosper then you have to consider everything.
Everyone wins if Scott’s buys them. Sugarmade investors win & Sugarmade management that have stocks win because they would probably pay a premium for this cash cow. The stock payout would probably be between $10 to $50 a share. Scott wins because they get a cash cow. Also, Scott’s management might not have the expertise in hydroponics but it’s subsidiaries do. It’s subsidiaries are Hawthorn Hydroponics. All of the hydroponics companies are under Hawthorne. They know hydroponics. The Budlife product has value and Scott’s might want it. So, we don’t know if they are talking. But, as investors we hope that they are or will because this seven cent stock could go to fifty dollars overnight. Most of us would be rich. Sugarmade staff that have stocks would be rich.
SugarMade on the cusp of transforming into a revenue generating entity!
This article explains how Sugarmade is trading at a discount and has a lot of value for investors. It says Sugarmade is on the cusp of transforming into a revenue generating entity. Better buy some more stock. This baby is going to explode!
https://insiderfinancial.com/sugarmade-inc-otcmktssgmd-acquisition-drive
Yes, I think we will be rich if they click on even half or three quarters cylinders because it seems like they are always trying to grow and expand. They are always looking for more revenue producing hydroponics companies to acquire. They are using the same approach as Scott's Miracle Gro. Scott's is buying as many hydroponics companies as will sell to them. I read that there is a concern amongst some in the hydroponics industry that Scott's is trying to corner the hydroponics market. But, Scott's long ago recognized where the money is at in cannabis. It is in the hydroponics equipment and supplies sector. So they went all out to get in the hydroponics space. That is what Sugarmade is doing. They are trying to acquire as many hydroponics revenue generating companies as they can to grow. It is a good approach for the early stages of this industry.
If Sugarmade is cultivating cannabis and selling hydroponics equipment and supplies, then they will be on another level. The Hempistry situation of 23,000 acres is huge. Hopefully they will share more light on where they are with it. If they are on target with that then there is no telling how much revenue they will generate.
Yes, I don't think people fully grasp what legalization of hemp will do. There are so many products that can and will be made from hemp. Hemp will displace some oil & gas products. It will displace some plastics. Rope, paper, clothing, etc. can be made with hemp. That mean that a lot of hemp has to be grown. So a lot of hydroponic supplies will have to be sold. That is a huge market that is just getting started.
Then when marijuana is legalized in the US and Mexico, it is another monster industry that will need hydroponic equipment and supplies. There is no doubt that Sugarmade's revenue will increase significantly from it. We are just getting started.
With the revenue that Sugarmade is projecting there is no big company that would not want to add that revenue to their bottom line. Just look at Canopy Growth 's analyst consensus revenue estimate. It is $192 million for 2019. Do you not think they would not want to add another $100 million to that? Also, the hydroponics sector is a secondary sector that is just getting started. Once all those busines to business sales start coming in, especially after marijuana is legalized on the entire North American continent, revenue from hydroponics will increase significantly. So I think they are a target for acquisition.

If they could get an equipment supply agreement with a huge producer that would be big money year after year. I am sure they are thinking about that. You just never know one of these big players may just buy Sugarmade so that they get all of their equipment needs plus supply others. Jim Cramer predicts big players will buy smaller players. It may happen.
Jim Cramer's Thoughts on Marijuana Stocks 2019
His predictions are 1) Legalization for North America 2) CBD on the rise 3) Handful of major operators will scoop up smaller operators 4) More marketing to make cannabis brands a household names with celebrity endorsement 5) As marijuana stock prices get higher and higher, Wall Street will start giving credit to marijuana adjacent companies. Companies that focus on artificial cannabinoids. 6) When there is a pullback in the cannabis stock market consider adding more of one of the big boys to your portfolio.
I would like to also add when there is a pullback in the cannabis stock market also consider adding more of Sugarmade to your portfolio because hydroponics is where the money will be.

HYDROPONICS is where the WEALTH is!!!
There is no doubt the big money to be made in this cannabis boom is going to be in hydroponics. Investors who realize this are going to be tremendously wealthy. The Cannabis Industry can be likened to politics. In politics there are the politicians who are the face, out front before the public, but the real power is behind the scenes. There are those behind the scene in politics who choose and make the candidates. They are the real power brokers. They are the real power.
In the cannabis industry, hydroponics is the real power behind the scenes that will make this boom happen. That is where the wealth is at. Companies NEED hydroponics to grow their products. Hydroponics is vital to the cannabis industry. Sure there is money to be made in selling cannabis related products to the consumer. There is no doubt about that. But, there is WEALTH to be made in hydroponics. If you want to be truly wealthy then invest in Sugarmade and hydroponics. That is where the wealth is at.
There are several phases to this cannabis boom. The first phase is the front companies, out in public, the Tilrays, the Auroras, the Canaopy Growths, etc. They are the face of the cannabis industry selling basically to the public. You will see their share price soar.
The next phase is the power brokers of hydroponics. The companies behind the scenes making it happen. At this point their share price is a bargain because uninformed investors are not clued in on where the real wealth is at. I say wealth because there is a difference. You can merely make money, be rich or you can be Bill Gates wealthy. Which one do you choose? Investing in hydroponics can make you truly wealthy if you can recognize where the wealth is at. We are in this phase. This phase is where the front companies, who sell to the public, need to buy equipment to grow. They need this because for the foreseeable future they will struggle to meet the cannabis demand. So, they NEED to buy hydroponics equipment and supplies to try to meet the demand. So companies selling hydroponics equipment will prosper. They will prosper because they are selling to businesses mainly. It is a mainly a business to business transaction. There are higher profit margins in B2B sales. Would you rather sell a $10 CBD oil or $ 10,000 hydroponics equipment? The answer is obvious. Institutional investors have not sank all their money yet in hydroponics companies That's is why hydroponics companies share price is still a bargain. But, it is coming and once Institutional Investors do start investing big then the price per share of hydroponics companies will skyrocket. So recognize where we are in these phases and buy the cheap shares in the hydroponics space because soon the share prices are going to be higher than Tilray and Canopy Growth. It can make you truly wealthy!

The money is in Growlife and Hydroponics
Huge news for GrowLife
They have introduced legislation AGAIN to legalize marijuana on the Federal level in the US. When marijuana is finally legalized on the Federal level in the US all marijuana related stocks will pop with upward momentum. That’s good news for Growlife because yes, they can make money off of companies that deal strictly from hemp products. But with marijuana fully legalized they can have another BIG revenue stream coming in. These marijuana companies are right now operating off of strictly cash. When marijuana is made legal then they can access the banking system and get loans to buy equipment and also have tax deductions for their hydroponics equipment. That means huge sales for Growlife. Revenue will increase big and it will reflect in the stock price. Also consider that Mexico is going to legalize marijuana in 2019. They will need hydroponics equipment and supplies. GrowLife will be in to meet demand. There is no doubt that GrowLife revenue will increase dramatically from these events. So be ready!
