is a disgrace----misled and robbed many sharholders

saw a couple of reverse splits go thru this week and both
had a letter d added to the ticker----still wondering why

this ticker did not

this ticker is a mess from many angles---I guess we all will
have to be patient and await the outcome----which hopefully
will work out for the best for all

Friday 12/21 my TD account showed only the old cusip when
I logged in---later in the day my account showed the reduced
number of shares but no price adjustment----

interesting----TD charged me a $38 fee for the processing
of the cusip change---that tells me there was a r/s that
took effect and should result in a letter D being added

your explanation makes some sense---this situation
is all very confusing---some rules were definitely
not followed regarding reverse splits, such as adding
a letter D to the end of the ticker and adjusting
the share price when you adjusted the share count

so a MM or Broker or both sold me shares that do not exist?

Usually when a stock does a r/s the letter D is added
to the end of the ticker----I had my pre split shares adjusted
as well by TD---however the price was not adjusted---was
able to purchase on Monday 12/24 and sold a few on Friday
without a problem---still awaiting adjustments like all
involved here--hopefully we all get a nice late Christmas
present to start the new year!

Also, if a r/s has been completed why is a letter D
not added to the ticker??

I do not understand how a reverse split can happen without
all involved being notified before it goes into effect.

sold a few I purchased on Monday---nice to see I was able to
trade---hopefully we all will be rewarded for the pre split mess
