Scout72; I agree. They will force this down until something major gets announced. CBD oil, solid rev in March and April.
Their is nothing to stop it from sliding. No one is selling and no big buyer's. Just a few guys picking up deals. :)
I will have more room in January to add so I will be happy with this price or less in the new year.
This entire year is about building a company.
upticker50; Kory is doing what we should all do. Leave it to their Lawyers.
We can all see that it is based on the Citron BS.
goblackhawks; Post the numbers to prove all these loses. Their business operation closed out 2018 in the Black. Show me another LP that is in the black.
Jmarco:; So their still looking for a lead plaintiff? Lawsuits are a part of business these days.
Hippd: You are talking cap hit and I am talking revenue. Not by the end of 2019 but in a few years.
upticker50; If you are hopping for 2 or 3 dollar's. Then that should not be that far off. I have much bigger hopes then that. I see this company as having a billion dollar potential. The base for that should be in place by the end of 2019.
Sean's statement about day trading was spot on. Pot stocks will not be going anywhere until they are proving solid revenues. End of 2019?
A lot of the aspects of this industry are being refined on a daily bases. New road blocks arise and companies need to adjust. A lot of the companies have fully funded projects that will not be done until the end of 2019 and beyond. Not much income comes from a fully funded facility. ( in construction)( they will also need time to get the bugs out) Namaste used Shopify as a low cost means to get a foot in the door but now they can see that they must have their own platform. It has got them into a position where they are producing income yet it limits their growth potential. Unless they can find a solid oil supply from a Canadian licensed LP they will be restricted to dried products.
The bright spot is that every company is in the same boat. We have a huge shortage in general because no one is anywhere near their full production potential. Most companies will be slowly ramping up for the next year or so. On top of that as the production levels come up new markets will be opening. This is just the being of a global industry.
Hippd; I think you will find that it is $4.00 per gram Canadian. Organic is bringing as much as $12.00 per gram . If it is high grade. Canadian!
PLYNN; It doesn't hurt to suck up to the president of the US. :)
It sounds like they are working on their own platform. Sometime in 2019. It will be a very big deal to be away from Shopify. Nice to be in full control of their own destiny.
Cannmart can sell oils but shopify restricts the sale to oil that is produced by a licenced LP. I think that stops them from selling the oils from Australia. Just a guess. I asked Kory about oils and shopify and his answer was.
"Cannmart, since it is an LP and is regulated in Canada under the Cannabis act CAN sell CBD. Other in Canada (that are not LP's) or outside Canada can not "
Oil is a huge part of the medical market. I see their frustration but like their approach to solving the issue. It will take a little time. They are not burning through their cash.
Giovanni: Branding is huge and this is an industry that is going global. Finding a way to make your name a household topic. Make it the first thing people search for when they think of pot.
It is one of the reasons that they do the 420. Education.
The café shouldn't be a positive or negative. They are going into it with people who know what they are doing. People who bring the expertise. They are starting with one corporate site. If it is successful then they can continue with other sites and if not they can move on.
It is worth the initial investment. It could be huge towards building a brand.
Scout72: Or dead in the water?
Scout72; what I don't understand is why there has not been info pumped out about where it sits. If there done then that would be worth posting. I can't find updated info.
Upticker50: Validea Market Legends ETF ?
Here's what I find fascinating. If you were to do a search on Namaste a few days back you would easily find negative articles that would mention the pending Class you know what. Now it is just about impossible to find a mention of it. Nothing saying that it is done or anything. Gone like it was never a thing.
Wow, what a corrupt business.
PLEASE READ QUICKLY AS THIS WILL SELF DESTRUCT IN A FEW SECONDS. LOL
Hippd; They should be able to keep things rocking if the government gives them the go on oils and imports from Australia.
Oils are the biggest mover for medical pot.
Once they can sell oils and if they can maintain a supply the numbers might surprise us all.
Scout72; I would not be surprised if it did go sideways until March 2019. This not a stock that people will make quick money on.
The lawsuits need to be barried and then we will see small increases until the numbers are proven.
This is a long term hold.
Scout72; Audited rev don't come until the end of march. I think the next big news will be the right to sell oils. They said on the 420 that they expected to be selling oils by the end of 2018. I have received emails saying that they are stocking oils already. They also announced that they were hoping to be able to import from Australia by the end of this year.
The market for oils is bigger then dried product. Especially in the medical field.
You can't believe anything these investors say. They trash and pump for their own gain. Citron is probably invested in APH. If they were shorting it then they would be doing the opposite.
They were shorting Namaste. The tactics that are used these days are immoral.
As of December 3/18 shortdata showed about 7.5 mil shorts for the TSX. I will bet that you are only seeing about 20% of the daily volume being shorts covering. There is probably still six mil yet to cover. This will go sideways for a while yet.
Old rodgerdodger could lose that 100.000 real fast if he can't cover his shorts. :)
Who here is going to sell him their shares for peanuts?
Drew5 ; They say we will be selling oils bu the end of the year. I received an email from Kory and Hanna saying that they were building inventory. Just need final go from Goverment.
I think we will see very little movement until March and April. People want to see audited numbers.
We are looking at a new industry that will be worth hundreds of billions and people are worried about a little competition. LOL
I think Canopy is starting to panic about being a one trick pony. They need to focus on producing a high grade product before they start selling Vapes. No product no sales.
MHR20; It is well worth doing one in a choice area. If it works then franchise it. They are working with people who have the experience. This would be an adult only cafe and could become a huge hit.
Habs is a nickname for the Montreal Canadians hockey club. Nucks would be more accurate but is also a nickname for the Vancouver Canucks.
Just call us Canadian's.
Hippd; Why do you keep saying restuarant?
Cafe is more of a coffie shop. Snacks and treats with drinks .
Think Starbucks. A place to go and have infused drinks and eatable's.
Their talking about franchising. Someone else's money. They will probably do a couple of main outlets and then franchise from there on. Teaming up with people who know the industry.
Watching the price today is laughable. The big investors are really trying to push this down. This industry is just starting and in Canada alone they are suggesting that it could be 75 billion. Just Canada. Namaste is one of the few company's who's business operation is in the black. They will be showing profit in the new year. Pot sales are just coming on line.
I think we will see big money take this market over in the new year.
getitgogone; At least it doesn't say coming soon. I think they will be adding as they go and as a member you will see things more accurately.
I received an email from them that said " by the end of 2018 they intend to have the largest selection of legal cannabis on line"
They have also said that they should be selling oils very soon.
Scout72; It looks like 8 this morning. It did show the 91 until I hit shop. I can't enter as a member so I am not sure what they see. It will all be clear soon.
It is just nice to see it go live.
Buds2go.ca looks live. Just eight products.
It looks like buds2go.ca ia on line.
Scout72: My target to sell is two to three years from now. Is that patient enough? I know there is a real lack of product in Canada plus dealing with the Government, slows every thing down. Vape sales could easily take this company over the 100 mil mark but pot will take it to the bil mark.
Next year we will see oils and hopefully eatables.
It would be huge if buds2go opens this week. I am not upset with the vape sales. I just see limits to how far vapes will take them. If they get a strong foot hold into the pot sales then the sky is the limit.
Scout72: I don't bash or pump. I am solidly invested in this company because I believe they are headed in the right direction. However I feel that they will need to be much more than a Vape company. Cannmart needs to produce in a big way. Pot sales is what will make them huge rather then just successful.
Hopefully buds2go will be a GO this week.
I think it is how they worded the PR. They have basically come out and said that Cannmart had minimal sales for November. I know it takes things a while to get rolling. They should have just said that they broke 2.6 mil and left it at that. If that was my PR team I would kick their ***.
Needcash4parts: I won't be surprised if one of those lawsuits goes ahead. I am not suggesting that it has any merit. I just won't be surprised if someone gives it a shot. That is why companies have lawyers.
I think this is the week that buds2go.ca becomes live. Just a feeling.
December should also see them get their license to sell oils. My guess is either this Friday or the next. Will they get their Rec license with it? They were applied for at the same time.
My point is that we could see a fair amount of very important news releases through December.
Will we get an unaudited report for the end of November? Numbers for Cannmart? Updates for NamasteMD and Uppy?
WE ARE PUMPING THIS NOW RIGHT?
This thing should be around $5. Way under valued.
Erpy; They add inventory, add oils , get final from government for buds2go.
Continue to add suppliers. Maybe import from outside of Canada. Add a Rec license.( in the application mode)
Add the UK , plus other countries. Maybe even the US.
Limitless.
