I suppose that is better than a vp. Good news regardless. Still, the mystery remains. My moneys on its not titan.
What do uou mean "NOW" we know? I posted insider confirmation that verb was not building their own robot two weeks ago!
Good info, thanks!
No insider info just found this on bloomberg. Sorry. But it appears legit.
Something else I noticed on bloomerg just for fun. They showed an enterprise value to an acquirer at $568.75M as of now. At 324.9M shares outstanding that would be $1.75 per share to the holder. Food for thought.
After hours trade at $.46 per share...
The house just passed the tax reform bill. I'd expect to see a market rally the remainder of the day, not that it would affect titxf, but you never know.
The surgeons arent thinking of it in terms of market share. (At least not openly but im sure Advincula is). Gaining market share is contingent on their acceptance which is contingent on them being inpressed with the technology. So i think it fits!
Titxf 4th highest traded on TSX yesterday...

Thanks thats an excellent clinical analysis.
Burke made it sound as if his transition into single port was inevitable. And sport helped ease him into it. Makes me think robotic surgeons en masse may have already accepted single port robotic technology as their next frontier?
Maybe im just a fool but I love the puffs. Its puff and warm fuzzies that sells robots. We need to build the hype...opposite of how trixie mismanaged their disaster. We need to seduce the sh!t out of the surgical community.
My takeaway is positive - the nuance here is that single port is a viable option. Not only that but it may be the natural progression for most robotic surgery...?Burke made it sound like single port was an inevitability about which he's been skeptical and SPORT showed him it's not only possible but more desireable than multiport. Am I just buying into the hype?
BOOM
I'd clarify you are speaking about investing and at this point what we doing is more like speculating, given the high risk.
Your logic is solid and I do not disagree, for investing. In circumstances that allow for such, I would say wait. But we do not have the luxuries of a cash-flowing firm. They can afford to be wrong about having a higher PPS in 6 months, against which to make the offering. They can pay the bills with their revenues. We are a r&d firm hobbling along, we had to shut the lights off last year because we ran out of money. The rules are a bit different because of where we are.
This offering may suggest otherwise, but All Mc's other actions signal he is indeed confident about the future. And based on his outcomes thus far I have no reason to doubt he will continue to deliver.
Ha, gives credibility to what we all have known. It appears trixie saught surgeon feedback after they went to market. And they hate it, big surprise. Its a turd. Titan has built the sport aroind surgeon's demands and preferences. Big difference.
You need to make sure you are approved with your broker for options trading. Typically requires an application. If its open to the US on yhe markets tou should then be able to buy
Rat on my brutha! In Mc we trust
Yes the warrant exercise that everyone seems to be taking for granted is indeed an uncertainty. I see this move as building strength, filling the coffers now, and getting the dilution unpleasantries out of the way. I contend this is a smart move becuase its an ounce of prevention. Hold our nose and take the medecine now...sure beats living in an iron lung later.
I think honey needs his thorazine...
I second this. Based on my research, the added interest/momentum as of late may buoy sp against this offering, perhaps a consideration in MC's algorithm.
Just reviewing all the overnight offerings since end of 2015...always drop on share price following. Any reason to believe it will not happen this time? Likely to rebound shortly thereafter? Now we are on a solid course and mich closer to FDA than at any point before.
...and if anything, Mc has been ahead of schedule. I wouldnt be surprised if this raise is geared toward hastening submission, to be done early...Q2 2018? McNally always talks about "delighting" surgeons. I think he wants to delight investors too but it doesnt make good PR to say that aloud.
Agreed. We knew this was needeed at some point and we dont know that the share price will indeed effect the cash flows from all needed outstanding warrants so I see this as a hedge against that uncertainty. I take stock that Mc knows what he is doing and is consious of investor's value. This is still a long game, and its probably better to get ahead of the funding needs while there is demand. Longs should not be upset by this at all. Sit back, load up in the dip, pour a finger of Laphroaig and take it easy.
Tempus fugit my friend! In McNally we trust!
I dont disagree with your assessment. We have yuge potential ahead of us. The market has to catch up but its obvious the OTC doesn not help with traditional valuations especially with r&d companies. My last analysis showed $980M market cap within a few years after we commercialize or about $4 ps at the time. But, thats mechanical. I would adjust that figure up because of investor excitement driving up demand. How's that for a non-answer?
I think the $1 by Dec 31 sentiment is a bit overly optimistic. I HOPE this is the case but don't expect it. With all the PR bumps we can expect based on the milestones McNally spoke of yesterday, if each bump averages 10%, say we have 5-6 in the next 6 months, combined with excitement from a bullish trend, I predict we see $1 mid 2018. Obviously there will be pullbacks but overall we have great momentum and I don't see McNally easing off the accelerator!
Agreed...good time to load up...seems titan is immune from investor conference style good news but PR blasts boost SP. Makes sense - the only people paying attention to meetings like yesterday's are investors like us, not the public at large. But the public gets a taste of the PR blasts.
can you offer any clues as to the publication or content of the article?
If nicholson was the only placement, perhaps. But their whole model isnt just adopting the highest and best. Theyre for hire for research so im not sure that perception is accurate. Surgeons love sport, that will carry it foward. I'm Not worried.
Hot Dog broke $.50 just now!
Thanks ErikS. I interpret that as a good indication to buy now while the base is built within the short term...?
Question for the technical folks - based on support levels etc..., does this appear to be a good point to enter? Someone said there would be a pullback on any jump from news today...possible to dip vack into the low .40s or high .30s? or once we hit .50 is there no looking back?
Tomtom, don't worry - McNally already signed a sourcing agreement with a liquid metal producer for the terminators we are going to manufacture alongside SPORT. We can probably just use the same vendor for SPORT's liquid metal!
Ok sure we'll take an order where do we send the check?
VancouverRisk - I'm in a similar boat. I've been investing in mutual funds for retirement since I started my career in 2007. In 2014 I started picking stocks/mutual funds with fun money, strategy being a base of dividend aristocrats (~45%) and a pool of mid-caps with a solid foundation and a promising horizon. I did well with NVDA and FIZZ, and sold that portfolio to move into TITXF earlier this year when it was around $0.25. I thought it was at rock bottom at the time. I've owned a small amount of TITXF since 2014, but This the first time I've bet big on a penny stock.
It seems to me that going alone holds the most potential for future returns; the growth would be organic and with a steep glidepath. But, given Titan's current structure as a R&D company, some sort of partnership may be necessary to survive once in market. If not, we will have to raise significant capital to build a company with manufacturing, finance, logistics, customer service, HR, sales departments. This may be possible once exposed to a wider swath of exchanges. But given McNally's history taking products from r&d to buyout, this seems the more likely future.
Originally I thought perhaps this was leaked and its part of whats to come monday. But they are quoting information from titans site in 2016...so probably not. Bummer.
Boom! 0.473 on the open!
Giddyup!
Coincidence?
From work I have class until 9:45pm monday so I cant listen live but i believe it was to be available recorder for a couple days. I may try to listen in on my drive home if possible and report back if no one else has.
