Can someone throw me a link to BizRight LLC products.
Does BizRight LLC = Zen hydro?
Happy Thanksgiving all.
This week or next week. In 6 months it won't matter.
However.... In the short term.... Really wishing I had taken my profits at .10 and averaged down below .08
Without some more Solid news..... Do we think it'll end up drifting back down? I'm averaged at .09 would like to sell at .10 and average in lower.
My only regret is not buying more at .03
Hydrofarm speculation does me no good. I need to hear it from Jimmy who it is and if the deal has gone through.
Regardless of which company they merge with, PPS will skyrocket.
If it comes back that it didn't go through, I bet we see .03s within 2 days
I'm patiently and nervously waiting for word.
I have plans to show up to the vote. Should be interesting.
They have been playing it slow and steady the whole time.
What would be the benefit of having the proxy vote, then being delinquent on filing?
I don't think there's a lot of secrecy. There's a lot of waiting on our part though, which doesn't mean inaction on the companies part.
They have a plan. They are putting pieces in place and raising capital. It all takes time and isn't easy as a small company.
Patients is still key here.
NR?
The Stix are kinda up on Amazon. But not really.
Looks like the Paper has been there for awhile. 1 review from 2014.
Trader Jon. You have been pretty accurate with your assessments and predictions of this stock so far. How high do you think it will bounce up before falling again, and how low do you think it'll fall to?
Can someone expand on this?
I showed my Stix to my neighbor and told him a little about Sugarmade. What was the first thing he asked? "When are they going to make Marijuana Stix?"
Received my Stix yesterday as planned.
I plan on buying some hamburger meat this week, but I have some chicken patties in the freezer right now. So I threw in a stick, cooked it up and it was delicious!
I cant wait to cook up a fat sriracha and garlic butter burger!
Sugarmade shouod get themselves involved here.

Mine is expected tomorrow.
Not a bad turn around. I do live only 20 minutes away though.
I got a tracking number today. It has not been shipped though.
I placed an order yesterday to see how long it'll take. Will update when it arrives.
They are going to tell you to contact the company behind Sriracha Stix, and going to give you the Sriracha Stix website.
I know because I have already tried.
Caligrown website is up.
Anyone else see the caligrown website as being offline?
Are there people who want this to go down? And are working to make sure it does?
Who benefits from it?
I need to hurry and make timeto visit their office. I'm only about 20 minutes away; it would be nice to meet them and ask questions in person.
Just received this from Caligrownsupplies.com

This is getting hard to watch. I'm about to set an alert, walk away and hope for the best.
So a 20% drop today was from someone making a large sale?
Same problem here. I can register and log in. However as soon as I start to view products again, it seems as though I am logged out.
Also, the ticker on top gets in the way of the account button when viewing in Mobile on a phone.
I have to agree with both of you.
We are buying based on future potential, so lowering prices are a good thing.
However, reading the charts would have stopped many of us at buying in at higher points, maximizing our total earnings. With Ironguts insights, I wouldn't have bought in 10. Luckily we have had opportunities to lower our average pps.
It is a penny stock though, and chart reading is less reliable because the market is more volitile.
Seriously?
You mean... No buzz and excitement for a product that isn't even on the market yet. That has had no real advertising or marketing campaign, and isn't in stores yet?
I'll take your shares at .05 right now.
All the pieces are coming together.
Just placed my final order for 36k more shares. Hoping it fills at .055
The stix were created to solve the problem left by dry rub. Dry rub doesn't penetrate the surface, giving sun optimal seasoning throughout the meat.
On the topic of Dilution.
This is a young growing company. Emphasis on growing. They have to raise capital and the best way to do that is to raise Equity capital, which means dilution.
That is ok.
They are not raising capital for the sole purpose of staying alive. That would be bad.
What im saying is that dilution is not inherently bad. It depends on the circumstances.
Nothing about SGMDs circumstances gives me worry at the moment. I just see a young growing company making good moves.
SGMD got it last bump with the rest of the Marijuana market.
SGMD is down now with the Marojuana market.
Sriracha Stix haven't had a chance to affect price (except to keep it from totally tanking) , because of lack of exposure and the fact that they aren't on the market yet.
When the Marijuana market recovers, so too will SGMD.
When Sriracha Stix launch, Share price will respond.
No catalyst right no = no movement = buying opportunity.
So, lets say if it is a dilution spiral, can the sp recover. If so, how
Please let me know where I am wrong here.
Wouldn't it only = dilution if the notes were convertable? If so, we wouldn't see the dilution until it was converted.
Also, if it is being used to pay other debt, which is convertible, then it is in fact preventing dilution.
Best case is the new debt is not convertible and it is used to pay off concertible notes.
Good news!
and the
Price lowers....
What are we missing?
Good. I'd like a lower buy in point.
