Well BidnessMan,just in case you go on break for the holidays, have a very merry Christmas and a fine new year.Hope your stockings get chock full of shares of TRTC stock that will grow into great gobs of cash in the coming year(s).I know mine will :)
Can you say UNREALISTIC BUBBLE?That's what TRTC,as well as a lot of other mj affiliated stocks, were at that time.It was a medical mj bubble and it popped.Welcome to the NOW,when a solid business is actually in play with TRTC.As you stated, with the assets they had at that time, they weren't really much of a business.More of a dream,a fledgling company just getting off the ground.NOW the tide has turned.Legal RECREATIONAL mj is a REALITY and it's coming to a state near you.TRTC has built a pretty fine business over the past few years in anticipation of this new reality.Revs are going up year after year. With California legal rec TRTC will be knocking on the door of 100 million 2018 revs. And don't give me a bunch of bad math about the COGS going up at the same rate as revs, cuz anyone with any business sense knows that just isn't true.A huge chunk of expenses in recent years is part of growing out, acquiring buildings and partnerships and building the companies footprint to what it is NOW.They are NOT ongoing expenses. The American mj market is just beginning.Look at the valuation of the big Canadian companies vs. TRTC.No reason at all for TRTC's valuation to not mirror those #'s in a very short time.TRTC is 10 times the company it was in 2014.
What,ya mean they really didn't want to be the worlds largest producer of lettuce??? I am shocked.LOL
So what you're saying is in 2014 TRTC deficit was 45 mil.Assets at that time were 7.72 mil. Now in 2017 deficit is 90 mil,ASSETS ARE 87 MIL. Total Assets
$386,140 For 2012
$4.04M For 2013
$7.72M For 2014
$9.17M For 2015
$76.18M For 2016
$87.36 Mil(As of Sep. 2017) My conclusions say that TRTC has been re-investing and growing out the business at a really nice pace.Mergers and acquisitions, broadening their footprint.Staying a step ahead of the competition. And the best is definitely yet to come, with legal Nevada rec only a few months old and California rec so close you can taste it.Let us not forget NJ on the near horizon, and more states to follow.TRTC is up and running like Usain Bolt, and ready for this brand new mj economy.I know you don't like it,but the reality is IT IS HAPPENING.
Zen -you refer to the entity as AI.That means "artificial intelligence".I believe the entity is lacking in the second part.IMHO
I totally agree Creepy. These folks get a large chunk of their compensation in the form of stock. They are certainly entitled to sell some on occasion and turn it into cash. The haters want them to hold on and never sell a share. That's not at all a realistic expectation.Executives of companies who get compensated with stock are going to sell some for cash at times, that's a simple reality.Anybody bitching about that just doesn't get it.
Well after all the nonsensical hopes by the "crew" to have TRTC land hard today,it ends up being down barely a pimple. And that's on very large volume (over 21 million )and ,I'm sure,a bunch of "penny profiteers" taking their little gains.I'd call that another good day IMHO for TerraTech. The pressure is building for TRTC to EXPLODE -- "You've got to strike when the moment is right without thinking"--Now I'm gonna have to play that tonight.
I bet there's not too many here that can pick out that lyric.Probably my favorite Floyd album-Animals.Believe it or not I still have my original vinyl from "a couple" of years ago(wow, over 40yrs).
Gotta say ap17, that I feel truly honored to be in such brilliant company of some of the greatest day traders in the history of the universe right here on the TRTC board.Truly some "legendary" company posting for us all to learn our lessons from.LMAO.
It's kind of like the gambler who brags about the $1000 win he got today.Never says a word about losing $200 a day for the last week.Or those who play the "scratch offs".Spend a hundred to win back fifty.I've seen those players, they make me laugh.
Yeah,if a Canadian company can be worth over 3 billion there's no reason at all an American company can't be worth twice that at the very least. What was the valuation of some of these tobacco companies at their peak?I'll bet more people probably indulge in herbal products these days then them nasty ol' cigarettes.
Roger that ap17.Although I did sell some in 2016 for a bit o'profit,I'm now absolutely in a hold tight mode for the foreseeable future.Currently up over 50% but I expect MUCH,MUCH bigger things for the future of TRTC.Definitely holding for DOLLARS.This new American mj market is going to be epic, and I will be riding this train.GLTU.
According to the TRTC "snow chart" forecast, I received six more inches of the white stuff last nite. That translates to TRTC stock price rising by six more cents by end of week.Possible early drop this morning after some profit takers scoop up their pennies, followed by another nice rise in pps. She'll be over .30 by weekend on it's way to .40 by new year. The snows of Buffalo have spoken--Grizz
And that is why I think that the fear mongers who talk of an r/s are all wet.It seems to me that TRTC could easily handle a pps of $1,$2 and even $3 or higher with their share count as is.A 2-3 billion dollar valuation for TRTC after Cali goes legal,in less than 3 weeks,is not unreasonable at all IMO.
So you don't think that any high school kids are interested in smoking weed?A big LOL to that.If you're a parent of a high schooler you best get your head out of the sand.
Any r/s talk you hear concerning TRTC is strictly a fairy tale at this point in time.TRTC has said absolutely nothing to make one think that an r/s is in the works.Fear mongering by some DOES NOT EQUAL REALITY.GLTU.
Another perfectly timed move on your part(of course). You are the greatest trader of TRTC stock,in the history of the world. Please send photo so I can bow before it.
And the R/S happened; and Nevada will never go legal;and the fed crackdown put all weed insiders in jail;and Cali rec won't happen;and TRTC will go bankrupt;Do you see the pattern of foolishness?
Wow ,the "insider selloff" just pushed the price over .27,Thank You "Insiders"."Many fools be posting foolishness"-from the book of Ching-Chow.
Price rising on really good volume ,so far.Looks like the secret is out.Ho,ho,ho.
And that has been the TRTC recipe for growth from the beginning.Too bad some have their vision clouded b-cuz they bought at the wrong time.TRTC is a winner,IMHO of course.
The answer is 16.The question is either how many cents is TRTC going up before eom, OR how many inches of snow fell at my house yesterday. The correct answer is BOTH.Hope ya'll got to see at least the highlights of the Buf-Ind game yesterday.Check it out http://www.msn.com/en-us/sports/nflvideos/colts-vs-bills-highlights-week-14/vi-BBGxaUL?ocid=U348DHP
And I believe him.I read it on the internet so it MUST be true.LOL.
I think their shorts are feeling a little bunched up right now :)
TRTC is poised to start rolling with Cali rec 3 weeks away. It's very easy to be a "Monday morning quarterback" and talk of how much more you could've made investing in something other than TRTC.Highly skeptical of those folks. If I made that much money,I'd have a hobby other than ripping on stocks I don't like.
Ditryin -I am a true believer in a very green future for TRTC.They are one of the truly legit companies as far as I'm concerned.I've watched the pps bounce up and down for a few years, and listened to the rants from people who have timed it poorly, but I am most definitely long on the company.TRTC has legit operations up and running and selling a lot of product while building out a nice business in multiple states with more on the way, unlike a lot of these tickers that are selling shares around "ideas".Do some research on TRTC,some really good info at the top of this page including the stickies.Sift through some old posts from Bidnessman, briarpatch,Industry participant, and a handful of others who have posted some really good stuff re:the operations of TRTC.I think TRTC has excellent long term viability.Industry just getting off the ground.I have more in TRTC than I have in everything else combined,so I've put my money where my mouth is.Be cautious of repetitive ranters.Good luck to you.
There will be NO crackdown on mj,neither med nor rec.The genie is out of the bottle and there is NO PUTTING IT BACK IN.Too many states involved now making TOO MUCH MONEY for the feds to shut down anything.Lots of political support right now and it grows more everyday.Any fed action to try and shut it down now would probably cause a civil war at this point. Not gonna happen, even with the screwballs in charge at this time.
Looks like those baby seals clubbed back today.Oh the humanity.........
Los Angeles paves way for regulated marijuana market on ‘historic day’ “Let’s don’t be a part of history. Let’s make history,” Council President Herb Wesson said moments before 12 council members voted to pass three ordinances to fully regulate both the adult-use and medical cannabis sectors in the nation’s second-largest city.

Agree with taking pets over humans for the most part.I can always count on "Jack Daniels",my 9 yr old shepherd/husky mix, to brighten my day no matter how miserable it is.Just don't tell my wife.
The treatment and addition of cbd/mj for pets is another absolutely huge market still to be tapped.People love their pets (myself included) and spend incredible amounts of money to feed and care for them. Many paryicular breeds, and older dogs suffer from arthritis, hip displaysia, and other ailments for which cbd's could be very beneficial. As the mj/cbd industry gains momentum you'll see more products coming to market for the mega-billion dollar pet industry.TRTC should be working on IVXX for Fido.
My guess is that the areas surrounding mj dispensaries are probably some of the safest spots in town, due to extra security.
Apparently there's not much more to argue AGAINST TRTC. The anti TRTC crowd is really reaching for a new argument, stating crime stats in cities now.All big cities have crime. That's a fact.
Army now forgiving of past marijuana use to attract recruits

One big problem is that cigarettes contain all sorts of crap other than tobacco.Lots of different chemicals are added, not good at all.MJ is MJ,NO ADDITIVES necessary. Also cig smokers smoke a pack or two per day,I'd challenge anybody to smoke 20,30,40 joints a day.
Kind of like the last flailings of a lunker fish that put up a hearty fight and is now being gafted to the boat.
280E repeal possible as part of GOP tax package
Published 22 hours ago
The Republican tax reform bill currently being debated in the U.S. Senate may end up including a repeal of 280E for state-licensed marijuana companies if a last-minute bipartisan amendment makes it into the legislation.
The amendment – offered by Republican U.S. Sen. Cory Gardner of Colorado – would essentially exempt cannabis companies from 280E as long as they’re in full compliance with state laws.
It’s a version of the Small Business Tax Equity Act, which was originally sponsored in the House by Florida Republican Carlos Curbelo and in the Senate by Oregon Democrat Ron Wyden.
The 280E provision of the federal tax code has long been the financial bane of marijuana companies that have been trying to play by the rules while also turning a profit.
The provision prevents MJ companies from taking standard federal tax deductions that are allowed for every other legal industry, so cannabis businesses typically end up paying a 70%-90% federal tax rate.
A number of pro-marijuana industry groups were hard at work Thursday lobbying senators to support the amendment, as the upper chamber went into what will likely be the final days of debate on the tax bill before a final vote.
“To help this amendment succeed, senators need to hear from you!” the National Cannabis Industry Association (NCIA) wrote in an email blast to its members.
Neal Levine, chairman of the marijuana industry organization the New Federalism Fund – which has been working almost exclusively on a 280E repeal for the MJ industry – said the amendment “has a real chance to pass,” in large part because of bipartisan support from members of Congress.
By contrast, NCIA’s director of government relations, Michael Correia, said he was “hopeful” about the amendment’s chance and said it would be a heavy lift politically to get enough votes.
“It’ll be a challenge to see if we can get 51 senators to support this,” Correia said.
Americans for Tax Reform, headed by the conservative anti-tax crusader Grover Norquist, is also throwing its support behind Gardner’s amendment and is lobbying senators to back the measure, sources told Marijuana Business Daily.
You are absolutely correct on that .That is one huge part of having no profit--FOR NOW.It wouldn't be worth showing profit to pay the gov't.Re-invest the money, grow the business. The time will come soon enough to start showing profits with a well established footprint, after the tax laws change. And it IS gonna happen soon,no doubt.
Of course they do AP.You know, sitting by their 100k pool in the yard of their 5mm house, drinking cocktails mixed with the blood of endangered species.
WOW over 4 million traded in the first 1/2 hour.THE TIME HAS COME.TRTC is on the radar.Movin' on up.
