I called again. You can still buy on Friday so like I mentioned Friday close is the deadline, not Thursday close.

Monday 9:30am starts the liquidating (sell orders) only allowed and NO BUY orders allowed on Non Pink Sheets stocks.

There is some confusion with their wording of Thursday. But I confirmed with them that Friday is still OK to Buy.

Thurs close, Friday open or close don't matter. Just 1 day is all we are off or on by. Seems like we are getting different answers from different agents.

Just called TD Ameritrade myself. As of this Friday close is the deadline. So same as starting Monday. So you are both are correct depending on the agent's point of view you both spoke to. No one is bashing.

The regulatory SEC deadline I confirmed with them is Sept 28th, 2021.

APTY is going to miss TD Ameritrade deadline for now.
