Morning Fekets and MMEG! :)
FYI--Momentous has Sentegrity Advisors as their financial advisors. We've posted this quite a few times over the past few months. Just reposting for anyone who has not seen it.
From the 10k: "On February 10, 2017, the Company entered into an agreement with Sentegrity Advisors to perform advisory and strategic services for the Company for a two-year period".
Sentegrity's clients include Microsoft, Walmart, Pfizer, Morgan Stanley, Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank, Estee Lauder and quite a few more. See here:

I think we're in good hands. :)

Bobby Dale Earnhardt articles/information/videos:
For those who don't know much about Bobby Dale or the Bobby Dale Earnhardt Reality show Momentous is producing, I've got some links here for you and other information. Bobby Dale is looking to become the next NASCAR legend in a long line of Earnhardt NASCAR legends.
Bobby Dale is a fourth-generation NASCAR driver and so has racing in his blood. The Reality TV Show is called "Chasing a Legacy" and is about his NASCAR journey! We're hoping he becomes the next NASCAR legend and it looks like that is where he's headed!
Bobby Dale is the relative of several famous Earnhardt NASCAR drivers. He is the brother of Jeffrey Earnhardt, the oldest son of Kerry Earnhardt, nephew of Dale Earnhardt Jr., the oldest grandson of NASCAR Hall of Fame driver Dale Earnhardt, and the oldest great-grandson of Ralph Earnhardt. Whew! Those are a lot of Earnhardts who raced in NASCAR!
Bobby Dale raced in the ARCA Truck Series from 2013 to 2016 where he won Rookie of the Year in 2013.
As you can see, Bobby Dale is on his way to becoming another NASCAR legend, as he has already raced in two NASCAR Xfinity races, and came in 34th the first time, and 31st the second time. This has been over the past few weeks. Looks like he will be racing Nov. 4th in Texas in the NASCAR Xfinity series.
We are hoping we get some kind of update soon as to the status of the show. As he is just getting started with his NASCAR racing career, I have no idea how long they will film before they release the first show. We also don't know yet where the show will air. I am hoping for some updates about these things in the future.
Those who have been here a very long time got to see a really nice 8 minute preview of the show, which Momentous had on their website for about a month back in March. It was very well done and very interesting. The 8 minute segment had quite a lot packed in it. There was some interesting interviews about the race, Bobby's history, the mechanics, etc.
I suspect the show will be a very good show when they get it done. Unfortunately, they took the preview down and it is no longer on their website. I hope they will give us another preview sneak peak again at some point and post it on their website. I have emailed Kurt about this requesting another clip or to give us the 8 minute preview back.
The Earnhardts are the most famous name in motor sports, and Dale Jr. is worth over 200 million alone. The Earnhardts have millions and millions of fans worldwide. They are obsessed with the Earnhardts. Someone do the math, but think of the cost of one viewing of one show in an entire season of shows and we know the show will generate some pretty nice profits.
Bobby Dale Earnhardt will be entitled to 12% of the net profits from the show, Chasing A Legacy, as his royalty payments.

Here are some PR's, articles, and videos that I have previously posted, but of course, most of the information is still relevant, except of course that The Mako Group is no longer the sponsor, and with the older articles, obviously Bobby Dale has already met the goal of racing in NASCAR as he has already done so and is on his way. Hope you enjoy some of this! :)

Insane volume Friday. More eyes on WWIO since that PR. We will all be watching closely. :)
DewmBoom, I have been on this board for nearly a year. The Island Babies are an incredible group of investors here who are intelligent and who are just great people. I have gotten to know quite a few of them. They know what we have here and what Momentous is building.
News and updates are coming, it's not a matter of if, but when. We have so many things Momentous is working on, that we don't even know what we're going to hear about first. I fell in love with Momentous because of the Bobby Dale show, then they surprised us with the Poolworks, Chimera, and Blackfox acquisitions. Sure, there have been some growing pains, but who cares? I am here for the long haul, to see this vision come to fruition.
Now I am just dying to know what the next acquisition is, what the status of the Bobby Dale show is, Neurofuse, Blackfox growth plan, and Poolworks relaunch. Can you say 2018 will be a great year if ALL these things hit in or before early 2018? I think so!!!! :)
Keep bringing the surprises, Kurt! We've had so much good news this year that I think some of us have gotten a little spoiled and we want our hit of the next news! But we know one thing: it's coming for sure.
MMEG
News is coming all right, achron. Probably several different updates I imagine. Too many irons in the fire. MMEG
I am thinking the same thing. You know I love Bobby Dale! I can't wait to hear any updates about the show. This is going to be so incredible!!!!

DeLAY: There’s A New Earnhardt In Town
ANDY DELAY OCTOBER 27, 2017 0 COMMENTS
Gordon, Johnson, Harvick and Busch are all names that even the casual NASCAR fan recognizes, but there’s one name that stands out above them all: Earnhardt.
The last name Earnhardt transcends our sport.
Ask most any American who Dale Earnhardt Jr. is and they will most likely tell you that they have at least heard of him.
Heck, I’m sure that more people will be able to tell you who drives the No. 88 car in NASCAR than can tell you who the 45th President of the United States is. The name is simply iconic.
And quite frankly, that’s both a blessing and a curse.
NASCAR has to be shaking in their boots right now. They lose Dale Jr. at the end of the 2017 season. He’s the perennial fan favorite and has won the Most Popular Driver Award 14 times … in a row.
On the flip side of the coin, the folks at NBC Sports have to be elated, as Earnhardt will join their commentary team for the 2018 season.
But what will NASCAR do? NASCAR built it’s sport around Dale Earnhardt Sr.’s rough-and-tumble, and many times controversial, driving style in the 1990s.
When Dale Sr. was killed on the last lap of the 2001 Daytona 500, NASCAR and its fans turned to Dale Jr. to fill the void left by Senior’s death. The sport hasn’t been without an Earnhardt since 1975.
With all that said, you might think I’m going to say 2018 looks bleak for NASCAR, right?
Wrong. NASCAR won’t be without an Earnhardt next year.
Many of you may know that Jeffrey Earnhardt has been competing in NASCAR’s premier series for the last few years. Jeffrey is the second son of Kerry Earnhardt, as well as Dale Jr.’s nephew. He plans to return to the No. 33 Circle Sport Racing seat for next year.
The problem is: Jeffrey has the magical Earnhardt name, but far from showing any magic behind the wheel.
Oh, what is NASCAR to do?
The answer is a ‘Who’, and his name is Bobby Dale Earnhardt.
Who is Bobby Dale Earnhardt you ask? Bobby is Kerry Earnhardt’s first-born son and Dale Sr.’s grandson. He’s Dale Jr.’s nephew too, right? Yes … but he is definitely Dale Sr.’s grandson.
Bobby Dale is the Earnhardt fans have been waiting for since 2001. He started his racing career on … lawn mowers.
Yes, I’m dead serious.
These crazy things race at speeds well above 75 miles per hour on local short tracks, and drivers have to pretty much be half crazy to even attempt to beat and bang on these things like they do.
Bobby Dale won the 2013 ARCA Truck Series Rookie of the Year Award, and this season has made two starts to-date in the NASCAR XFINITY Series. He debuted in the Virginia 529 College Savings 250 at Richmond Int’l Raceway, where he finished 34th in the No. 40 MBM Motorsports Chevrolet, and followed that with a 31st-place showing at Kansas Speedway in the Kansas Lottery 300.
But wait, there’s more.
Believe it or not, Bobby Dale is making his racing career happen without a dime of family help or influence. He’s just like his grandfather in many ways. He works a regular day job, just like you and I do during the week, and he also turns wrenches on the car at the track — a skill that’s rare for a driver these days.
MBM Motorsports may not be a NASCAR powerhouse, but they are giving a driver who has talent before a last name a fair shot at his dream.
Bobby Dale has fought for his chance and brought nothing more than tenacity, blood, sweat and tears to the table.
What’s spooky is Bobby Dale not only resembles his grandfather, he drives like him, and he is quietly making his way into the sport exactly the same way.
So, as we bid Dale Jr. a fond farewell, let’s welcome a new Earnhardt … Bobby Dale Earnhardt.
He’s fixin’ to put on quite a show.

That is what I want to hear!! It is going to be a SPECTACULAR show!!! I bet we get an update soon. I'm so anxious to get the show on the road!
MMEG
That is so weird Marxbys. I had a feeling the articles about Bobby Dale would start revving up now that he's had two races and Dale Jr. is retired! So wonderful that he's on his way!
MMEG
You're welcome Tony. You know, unfortunately we don't know what is happening in terms of what you are talking about--what I mean is, until we hear from Momentous, we don't know for sure. I am assuming they have a plan, and that whatever they are doing is part of that plan. Their plan obviously involves the next few years.
MMEG
I love it! Same here Tony. Will be worth the wait. The longs know it. MMEG
I'm very curious to see what the next PR tells us. More details should be coming. They also say this is the first acquisition in their new business model and they have further acquisitions under negotiation and expect to close these subsequent acquisitions over the next few months.
So if they do what they just announced, we should be getting ongoing steady PR's over time. I am very interested in finding out what the other acquisitions are going to be. With such a change in direction for the company, they obviously have a plan. Looks to me they really want to hit the tourism/entertainment industries, and plan to develop some other properties as well. I am wondering if they will all be tourism/entertainment/restaurant related. Could be a nice niche market for them.
WOWIO
Just getting started on the DD here, Buzzie. If they do what it looks like they are going to do, then we're in for a nice ride as time goes on. :)

I love it when you talk Poolworks and Blackfox, Pirate! Going to be monsters starting in 2018. :)

Monster volume.
It certainly would be a catalyst as MMEG does not belong at this pps. Hopefully the dilution ending coincides with the news next week and we'll be on our way. :)
Well I don't know about Zuckerberg sponsoring the Bobby Dale Earnhardt show (that would be pure speculation), but Mark Zuckerberg sure got the ride of his life when Dale Jr. zipped him around the track a few times. Zuckerberg is a known NASCAR fan.
I know I wouldn't turn down a ride from Dale Jr. or Bobby Dale for that matter! Although I wouldn't be "terrified". LOL
