Did you ever here back from Andrew in IR?
Getting interesting on L2 as we have almost half a million bid @ .051. Of course there is over a million shares on the ask between. 054 and .057.
I have no clue but of course I would love for it to break .06. Could it happen? Sure, but I'm just basing my opinion on the past 3 or 4 runs where we get to this pt and then the ask gets very stacked here and eventually we head back down.
Looks like she's about ready to head back down. Ask is starting to stack up in the mid to upper .05's. How many times have we seen this now? Can't effectively breakout from this channel without any material news.
Awesome write up brand0nnn and I for one will be definitely interested in what you hear back from Andrew.
For now no ASCM and really OTCX has been a non-factor. Let's see how long it lasts though before they turn off the faucet.
Looks like a lot of people want out of here in the mid .05's
When are they going to start redeeming their outstanding convertible notes that Alan mentioned in Jan?
Man this stock has become extremely predictable, especially if you are watching L2. Will continue now to hover around the 50 dma or slightly below. Wash rinse & repeat until something fundamentally changes.
Yeah Craig I can't imagine ENDV didn't submit into the FDA innovative challenge. They twitted about it on Aug 29th and it fits in perfectly with what they are aiming at doing. So applications were due by the end of this month and we will find out if they were selected in Nov.
Yep Crozz you pretty much hit the nail on the head. I've been here a long time, watched the historic run to .93, although I wasn't invested, and decided to get in on the drop back to .08. Had to watch as it dropped below a penny without averaging down along the way. There was absolutely nobody on IHUB when this stock was tanking from its highs of .93, and I called Steve to talk to him for the first time and he was kinda shocked how I even knew about ENDV. So yeah this is a long-term play if your looking for a blockbuster return, or flip it like most have been doing between now .03 and .06. I have avg down now a few times, with my avg cost around .042. I agree that Sofpulse could be the catalyst but that won't be til next year.
Yeah I remember the uproar and Alan responding shortly thereafter. But he also updated us in Jan when I don't think there was a pressing need, so I thought maybe we would get an update every 6 months or so. But yes I agree and I'm hopeful we could get 1 or 2 of the catalysts you mentioned by the end of the year, but I'm not counting on it by any means. The play here definitely seems to be buy in the low .03's and sell around .05 if you want to flip, or accumulate until something bigger happens. Mann continues to accumulate shares at any price level, which is still a positive sign at this juncture. I haven't had any contact with Andrew like I did with Steve. Just saying the rapport isn't there.
Need a shareholder update just to see where some things stand as there has been virtually nothing except the distribution agreements over the last 6 months or so. Would be ideal to have some sorta upcoming catalyst, like we had before the results of the pre-clinical heart trial, but I'm afraid there might not be anything there until next year. Looks like this will be a flippers and mm dream, bouncing from .03 to .06 until something else changes.
Yep we couldn't break .06 and no news so very predictable we are headed back down. Stock is just lingering now between 8-20 mil mc.
Yeah I hear ya. Can't count on them to drop news though while we have momentum, since that has never really happened before. We still had good vol today, and more buys then sales. I believe tomorrow and the rest of the week will be crucial to see where we are headed. Close in the upper .05's tomorrow would be a very bullish signal.
Slight pull back today but let's see if she bounces higher tomorrow. Very critical to do so in my opinion, otherwise we will probably start drifting lower unfortunately if there is no news.
Phenomenal day and week actually. Never seen this kind of vol for this long. Hopefully there is a reason behind it and not just a p&d. I actually loved the dip 2 days ago and then the bounce higher over the last 2 days.
If we get some sort of joint venture or some other type of financing, which the latter would be really hard to get considering where the share price is at, would definitely be huge for us. The heart pre-clinical trial was a huge milestone for ENDV, and we could only muster to get to .13 after all was said and done. We've had other results too since then and nothing really moved the stock much either. Now the brain study that they just had their first patient enrolled 2.5 months ago, if we get positive data back from there I think that would be huge also. Study takes about 3 months to complete, but we have no idea if they will update us before they have all 48 patients enrolled.
Well if you go back to the last run in May, I don't believe we broke the 3 mil vol any single day when we ran from .03 to .06 in less than 2 weeks. WABR single handedly doubled this stock by placing large bids and getting aggressive with their buying. The O/S was well over 300 mil shares at that time. I can see your pt but I think each case or scenario is different. But your right I do believe we need a major milestone/catalyst to exit these price ranges for good.
I'm going to pretty much agree with everything you said but my pt about our base was .03 was pretty solid for a long time until news hit about available shares increasing to 2.5 bil and then we dipped below .02 briefly. Of course I realize we are in a long downward channel, but just looking at the 50 & 200 dma over the past year, I don't think we have stayed above the 200 for more than a day or 2.
I tend to disagree as you go back and look at the chart and see where we made runs and where they stopped over the past year. The 200 dma has offered major resistance in the past and to me will be very interesting to see if we have finally broken through that resistance area. And I understand this is the OTC and the heavy influence from mm's as they control the movement, but I do find the 50 & 200 dma very useful.
Great day here and another huge vol day @ 10 mil shares. We bounced higher off of yesterday's pullback and finished strongly above .0423 the 200 dma. Very important to maintain above this avg for as long as possible, and build a new base. We will see if the momentum can continue tomorrow and next week, and hopefully we break through that .05 wall!
Let's see if ASCM takes control of the bid/ask again late in the day and tries to short this back down. Sure looks like they are trying again to me.
I agree Craig. A lot of unanswered questions and hopefully we get some information soon. Seems something might be happening behind the scenes but who knows.
Volume has been unbelievable the last couple of weeks here. Need to break and hold above the 200 dma in my opinion. We haven't done that since the HUGE run from .01 to .13. If you look at the chart and see everytime we broke the 200 dma we almost immediately dropped back down. In any sustained run you will always have pull backs like we did yesterday, but the upward trajectory must continue. Definitely need to close in the mid to high
04's today imo.
How was ASCM allowed to do what they did this afternoon? Was anybody watching L2 late in the day? Simultaneously lowering the bid and ask at the same time, and never showing more than 10k on either one. They made a fortune shorting this from .05 all the way down to .035. I mean there was absolutely no support on the bid whatsoever, and they just basically let ASCM do whatever they want. But we all knew this was coming with the massive run up on no news.
Yeah I agree. The last major run from .01 to .13, there was a lot people pumping this up on here. I've been here for 2 yrs and watched the run from .08 to .93, although I was invested at the time. But yeah I just haven't seen this sustained vol like we've seen the past few days. Even the last run from .03 to .06 was all WABR and not near the vol.
I definitely understand that. Just funny because either way, whether up/down a lot like we've seen, there is usually way more chatter here.
Did everyone leave or lose interest or a combination of both....lol Funny to have this run the past few days and the board dead silent.
Major resistance now around .05. Let's see how this plays out from here.
Well before these articles there was accumulation taking place in the low .02's. With L2 quotes you could see it happening. I'm with you either way whatever is taking place it's nice to see.
Vol is insane here. Definitely being pumped up for whatever reason but I will take it.
I have seen it before and I think we ended up way down if I recall. So I'm not reading anything into it really. Could be games being played by mm. Hopefully we end up higher today but only time will tell.
The X factor for me is Mann continuing to buy shares, even though I know most people are sick of the endless Form 4's. It's completely understandable why he could never sell down here, as there would be a massive sell-off, but there is only 1 reason why he continues to accumulate at these levels is because he believes in the company's long term future.
Yep let's hope. Obviously share price was the lowest it's been so maybe needed more shares to convert based on price.
Latest #'s are from the most recent filing with a record date of Aug 24th. The one before that is from Aug 13th and the 10/Q. Which shows just over 6 mil.
Looks like we had around 6 million shares added over the past 2 weeks, which is an average of 3 million per week, a lot higher than usual.
Vol has been phenomenal the past couple weeks. That is also very encouraging imo.
Nice to see the BID support coming back. CANT is @ 750k at .035. They have been steadily increasing their bid over the past week or so. Not sure how much longer it will last but it's definitely nice to see.
I can't imagine the stock went up based on that paid article, as Craig pointed out in the past these have done absolutely nothing in the past. One of the largest vol days we have had here in a long time if not ever. CSTI seems to be the new WABR but not nearly as aggressive. They have been slowly but surely creeping up that BID, and at the end of the day I think we had nearly 1.5 mil @ .03. Hard to break the 50 & 200 dma in 1 day, so we'll see what the rest of the week looks like. We will need some real news eventually to sustain any sort of run/momentum.
