My gut instinct tells me that if Yost and team have it to this stage then it is ready to go! 3rd party scrutiny shouldn't be a problem. Yost has a rep and a record of successes and we are a part of it. Lifeloc made it to 30 or 40 bucks for a alcohol breathalyzer. First THC breathalyzer should do that and then some. glta and dyodd
#Cannabis Stock News: Nutritional High (CSE: $EAT) (CSE: EAT.CN) (OTCQB: $SPLIF) Announces Closing of Oregon… https://t.co/ksDRKcKa7H
— InvestorIdeas.com (@InvestorIdeas) March 27, 2017
I've got a feeling that this might be the last straw investors are going to put up with before bailing completely. This might be the turning point judging from post from Nutritional Jim on the SH board. Nobody knows for sure if it is Jim Frazier posting to a chat line but I am inclined to think it is. According to that chat we should have more products out in the next 2-3 weeks. This would be construed by some to be "material info" and worthy of official news release. One more misleading nr and I will likely take what I can and bail and I have been a long time supporter and shareholder. glta and dyodd
Latest news release from nh was called out after googlers had reason for scrutiny. Shareholders were right and nr was released admitting so. The latest nr was one that I believe. Investors have lots of tools and connections to follow up on companies they are invested in. We don't have a LivWell agreement and apparently no vapes on any shelves. glta and dyodd
Another lawsuit has queered the deal on the Jimi label which was sketchy imho from the get-go. NH knew that! Why else would they let that nugget lay in the mud this whole time? Posner wasting money! LivWell doesn't know anything about the FLI brand product they are supposed to be selling as of a couple of hours ago but in all fairness it is recent and might not have filtered through the system yet. The preclusion clause for NH receiving proceeds for manufacturing by Palo Verde has me concerned about what the royalties and fees for expertise will amount to for shareholders of NH! Unless they conquer the world with their product development it seems to me that there won't be any money for shareholders. Probably just enough to keep management sloppin' at the trough. I hope they can write some better deals for California and Nevada. glta and dyodd
http://thecse.com/sites/default/files/170317_NHII_CO_Sales_v3_bl.pdf
We have a product. A vape being distributed by LivWell in Colorado. This is good and bad news for the fact that while we have a product being developed by Palo Verde we can't participate in the profits generated by the manufacture of such products which leaves us with ???? Rent, rent on equipment, maybe something for the use of our recipes, labels, consulting expertise????
I hope California and Nevada aren't as hogtied in their regulations for licensing so as to leave the guys who made the company out of the loop in the value added process of manufacturing.
Denying profits is very un-american. glta and dyodd
The shareprice is being held back because there aren't any material facts that need to be reported. That in combination with the spectre of the cheap warrants coming into play and that we seem to have an insider hell bent on dumping shares and moving on. The news about oil being manufactured may be true but generating any revenue from it is another thing. It may be ready from a company point of view but not an inspectors. When we get some money in our hands from a product that we produced and sold that would be a material fact and worthy of an official news release. The business plan of this company was great in its simplicity but some of management is trying to grow this beyond their competence imo and possibly dooming it for failure from burnrate. glta and dyodd
I hear ya! but government is no stranger to red tape and time delay. Our government is afraid to make decisions that could come back to haunt them so doing nothing would sometimes be the path of least resistance or introducing a swab as an indication of actually doing something. The thc breathalyzer is a well thought out concept that would eliminate a lot of backlash from law enforcement and the legal community as its acceptance would be the norm much like the blood alcohol breathalyzer. Governments want this, employers want this and nobody wants it to fail but the guys it targets imo. A thc breathalyzer is just step one! I am not a scientific guy but after marijuana there is cocaine, bath salts and god knows what else the chemists can make for the high crowd. This stock is pretty stable considering the kicking that a lot of others are getting and a couple of positive reviews from the right authority could skyrocket this. I can see 20-40 dollars just on exuberance and irrationality and the fact that Lifeloc flirted with that in its heyday. glta and dyodd
Blair just threw water on the Canadian effort at rec legalization. The task force has shown concern about this new vice until there is a tool in place to monitor pot impairment. Government never gets things done in a timely fashion so whatever date you had hoped for you can probably back off for a year. The importance deemed by the task force and the political pressure to go rec could result in an inferior product like a swab being legislated in as the go-to tool for law enforcement. That would give them the tool they need to waylay drivers for more scrutiny by drug recognition experts. The lawyers would have a field day with it but the task force would think they have done something positive prior to unleashing crazed pot users on the roads. The thc breathalyzer with its 2 hour window is the ideal solution but hard to develop which is why the blood alcohol breathalyzer guys stayed away from it. Pot is just the tip of the iceberg as there are lots of other drugs need a breathalyzer too. Lots of room to grow on a thc breathalyzer. I still think we have the proper team with Yost and the U of F. glta and dyodd
my suspicion is that they are all hitting for the insiders.
Deja vu! Pittcon and breathec didn't do any better than blo did back in the day when it was dastardly devastated at pittcon. But not being ready has its pitfalls. I feel sorry for the investors of breathtec because I think this has lots of potential, just poorly handled by the promoters. I am still trying to free up some money to buy some so I guess I had a silver lining with the sp getting cheaper. PP's, warrants and options are tough to follow and vaguely written and soon forgotten until they come and bite ya. This has got 100 dollar bill written all over it when it gets working. glta and dyodd
maybe we can do it better and it will catch on. just makes sense to me with the whole waking world headed to the coffee shop, half of them probably hung-over that need a little boost besides the caffeine. I forgot about that but have an inkling now that you reminded me. glta and dyodd
rumour is that there is a new flavor Hemplify in the works. Lemon-lime. makes sense that they might spin that out after the margherita flavour. Rumour is they are working on a coffee creamer. that's genius imo. I hope they get on that 'cause there are a lot of coffee drinkers out there that drink coffee at least once a day, if not all day long.
As long as it is good pr. something to the effect of we have sold some oil, or our mipps line is in the testing stage in anticipation of running off some chocolates or vapes or gummies for sale in Colorado. We haven't heard much from Jim Frazier lately. I wonder if he is still on the job or cutting ties to do his own mipps in Florida. I did read a nr from somewhere that suggested that NH still might be in the consulting game with T.WEED. If that is the case I hope we get something besides an honourable mention if they are going to school on us. Something monetary! glta and dyodd
the malhi bullrun boys are well aware of the pot biz. they amalgamated Finore with Kush so have both sides of the market covered. BLO to detect and Kush to deliver THC. Israeli firm SciVac has come to life lately. I will have to take a harder look at Israel companies who seem to be very progressive. I am trying to free up some play dough for Breathec. I wish I had dumped some of my pot stocks which are all taking a kicking. glta and dyodd
Shouldn't really affect Cannabix. While we get jumbled in with marijuana stocks we are really a marijuana detection safety device and should be moving separate from the Cannabis stocks. Trump appears to have bigger fish to fry and seems to be more focused on crime than marijuana being used for medicine. I'm sure marijuana is low on his to-do list and I expect that he would be in favour of a THC breathalyzer and the promise it brings. glta and dyodd
EAT and TNY share some personnel. EAT is all over the board trying to be something really big imho but short on coming up with anything to bolster shareprice. TNY moves independently and aren't getting caught up in the inspiration like EAT has. TNY has taken the fast track route of developing and marketing products of which they have two flavours of Hemplify for sale to consumers at present and several other products in the pipeline. While there have been synergies proposed by various investment people of TNY buying oils from EAT and sharing facilities, I hope TNY keeps up their pace independently from EAT who are long on ambition but short on results. TNY has their finger on the pulse imho and are moving nicely towards success. glta and dyodd
It's hard to remember you came to drain the swamp when you're up to your asz in alligators. Cannabix tech and team most likely to succeed imho. glta and dyodd
That's about what I looked like when I left the bar yesterday. I'm trying to re-arrange some stuff to get some dry powder for some shares of Breathtec but what I've got is making nice moves too. glta and dyodd
Geodcan is looking!
A little bit of a news release firmed up the shareprice in a heartbeat. This THC breathalyzer only needs to do one thing. Police already have a alcohol breathalyzer. My common sense tells me that they already have knowledge of how thc is going to work in our device and that we are closer to 3rd party testing. Using tobacco to test our device is a crock. Don't eat that Elmer 'cause it's bs. I have seen several hand held prototypes and that black box was a quick promo effort put together from Radio Shack purchases to stimulate our market shareprice. Anything happening now is going to be at the approval of Yost. When he says it is ready to go, it will be ready for all the 3rd party scrutiny they can throw at it. Cannabix will bring it home first because it only has to do one thing. Breathtec is the futuristic model and will take longer because it is going to be scrutinized by the medical profession for 17? diseases. The mass spectrometry is proven technology it just has to be mineraturized. When this gets to third party testing it will be a done deal and the shareprice has got 20 bagger written all over it. I keep hearing yipping or yelping from Hound supporters which isn't going to do the average investor any good if they do have a device because it isn't a publicly traded company and they only seem to pop up with comments when Cannabix announces advances. Society needs a thc breathalyzer as legal use is becoming the reality in more and more places. I still like $37 as a shareprice when this pops based solely on the fact that Lifeloc got there with a alcohol breathalyzer and some swabs. If the legislators drop the practical standard and accept swabs as proof of evidence this could devastate our efforts and shareprice. Somebody is going to come up with a working device and I like our chances with the Yost group who have an amazing record of achievement. glta and dyodd
News seems to get teased out with twitter, instagram before an e-mail. all good though, loved the latest news. this company is alive and well/active. I wish I had more shares. I might exercise the private placement warrants and hold on to the shares for the long term. glta and dyodd
www.drinktinley.com new and updated, good read and presentation. better than a news release. glta and dyodd
They are promoters and I like to think that this company has had their wings clipped by the Yost group. Yost has a rep and a success rate that is amazing and if they lose him because he won't play the promotional game with the Bullrun House, then this is doomed. It will be ready when Yost says it is ready for 3rd party scrutiny. Malhi and his circle of investors have a lot of irons in the fire and it is quite possible that Yost is controlling things now. Hooking up with him was a stroke of luck imo and adds a great deal of legitimacy to this device. glta and dyodd
Tinley is getting a little shareprice appreciation today on no news. up 10% last I looked. Lots of news in the future waiting to happen. The shot, Tinley 27 sales for pharma market and Hemplify flying out the doors. Lucky Vitamin apparently has Hemplify on back order. glta and dyodd
They had a promo gig in London Ont by the broker helping to sling the chit. People who went said it went well. I was hoping it would do something for the shareprice and it did, it tanked off another couple of cents. They were asking for questions from shareholders and I wanted to know if we have oil that can be sold and where to buy it, but didn't get a clear answer. I think not! They reported to them that attended the meeting that they still have $6 million so they can churn along for awhile. In the meantime the stockprice dwindles. Possibly and exodus to Tinley who really have products on the shelves for consumers to buy. glta and dyodd
I'm surprised Jeff still has time to respond. I got a good feeling about our future prospects. This could be another "Real Thing". glta and dyodd
response to e-mail to Jeff
Hi George,
Good to hear from you. We’re thrilled to be one of the few brands out of hundreds of new brands to be chosen by one of the top distributors in the USA’s largest health drink market. They’ve already placed Hemplify in many new stores and we’ll be sure to keep the market abreast of their overall progress. We did tastings of ’27 and the ready-to-drink margarita this past weekend at the AlphaNorth conference (“virgin” versions only because it was outside California) and they were well received (see our twitter feed). It will still take a bit more work to scale, but we have some great sources of THC as well as some great distribution options to rapidly place in many dispensaries, so I think we’re in line with what’s been communicated to the market. I prefer to continue to use contract bottlers just like mainstream drink companies (and Hemplify), because there’s so much unused bottling capacity in the industry in Cali, but we have options for getting our own facility too if necessary. I don’t think it’s fair to give guidance on inventory or the timing of news releases to investors outside of public press releases, so I always tell people that if they like what we’re doing they should get positioned now so that they can participate in stock response as news comes out. Thanks again for all your support!
Best,
Jef

i shot off an e-mail to Jeff to see if I can spur a news release. We are due. Shareholders have more questions than answers. No news is like bad news for shareprice.
Yea, saw it and it is a nice looking line of products. I think the oil is happening but selling it isn't clear if it is happening. I am sure an inspection would be required for the first couple of runs and that means waiting on some government official and lab time I would imagine. My figuring is that we are waiting on a manufacturing line to be delivered or manufactured and then there will be set up time, tinkering time to tweak it and the same government scrutiny to clear it for public consumption. Maybe I am wrong. I saw a couple of tv documentaries showing hippy looking people hand dipping chocolates at the head shops which bolstered my idea of supporting a company like Nutritional High for safety and dosage consistency in a factory like setting. Not sure why we aren't capitalizing on the Hendrix name. Lots of twists and turns from our management delivering unexpected news and not the news we are looking for. I think when we see a couple of products that we made for sale somewhere that we have arrived and the shareprice will follow. glta and dyodd
I hope the stock option grant announced is tempered with some good news for shareholders. Don't forget the shareholders! glta and dyodd
Not the news I was looking for but a part of the greater plan. Halt has been lifted after the Nevada acquisition and I am happy that we are going after our own growing potential. If this all comes together before we run out of money, we'll all be rich. I really want to see some FLI for sale soon. That will be an accomplishment! glta and dyodd
Some of my lotto picks have resulted in lotto type results but I am staying with them. I believe that Cannabix and Breathtec will do the same in time if they are first to post. I am in Cannabix at about .17c but see no reason we can't match Lifeloc's high shareprice with a working THC breathalzyer. The need is there for both THC detection and quick non-invasive disease detection. The potential for both is great. I'm keeping my investment as is but will continue to watch Breathtec for news. Lifeloc hit $37 and dropped to under $10 and is currently in the $20 range the last time I looked. They were the ones that got matching funds from the State of Colorado to the tune of $250k to get moving on a thc breathalyzer. A non-invasive breathtec device will provide immediate results for patients and save a ton on money and lives too. I believe the THC breathalzyer will get over regulatory hurdles sooner and that is jmho. Breathtec could morph into the holy grail of being able to detect disease and drugs of all kinds. glta and dyodd
Bomb???? How about let's light this rocket up! I don't want to be negative but no news is bad news and it shows in the ask volume. If they don't do a nr about oil extraction in Colorado that implies that there is a hang-up. Great plan if we can do it!
I am in total agreement with you on the greenrush prospects. Not all, but some are going to make massive gains. I am all-in with 3 pot stocks which is why I haven't got any breathtec. They have all done well and could have been a traders delight much like Cannabix but alas my style is buy and hold. Cannabix and Breathtec are one and the same walking the same path for different purposes and one of them will get there first or maybe a dark horse contender will be first. Really there is plenty for all as a THC breathalyzer is just step one leading to an all types of drug breathalyzer. Breathtec won't be a straight path either but even getting a device to detect one major disease, cheaply and quickly will be welcomed and of course there are other diseases and illnesses that can be targeted. Being able to detect 16 or 17 would be amazing. glta and dyodd
could you clarify your comment about no dna concern with swab collection. are you saying that dna isn't collected when you swab or that you anticipate the government will sacrifice established legal precedence for the sake of being allowed to use swabs?
Police in Canada are reaching for some kind of test analysis for drug impaired drivers. They are trying out swabs albeit with a need for consent and more along the concept of proving that they have a "user" detained for further testing by special drug detection trained officers. Police desperation may have considerable impact in the legislation for drugged driving as this issue is a main point that the marijuana task force is compiling in anticipation of rec use for thc by adults. The THC breathalyzer proposed by Cannabix is well thought out as far as drivers' rights are concerned. The 2 hour window will not run roughshod over drivers legal rights. I think Cannabix can do it! Time will tell! glta and dyodd
Tinley 27 demo-ing virgin Tinley and Hemplify. See Twitter for pics etc. My guess is we are just waiting for the ok from government inspectors to be able to launch in dispensaries with the real Tinley27 with pharma dosages of THC and maybe include CBD too. glta and dyodd
