Why do you keep saying he chose the cheap route? What other route do think he should have taken? Any other route would have involved him ignoring the guidance he was receiving from the FDA. The FDA was going to screw Nasrat over no matter what route he went. Anyone can accept that fact or not. Every other route you imply is based strictly on assumptions and speculation.
As long as we don't get it on a Friday after close, we can probably feel pretty good.
maybe Jerry is a snowflake
Is that a reference to this
bold prediction?
We'll probably get BE results this week or early next week.
better start praying again
I think he was referring to official FDA material of what was said at Nasrat's meetings with the FDA.
You certainly implied agreement that Nasrat "intentionally hid" the TMax results. If you think someone "intentionally hid" something, then that implies it was done so nefariously. If you don't think Nasrat was nefarious, then why make such a big deal about it or even discuss it all, much less passionately several times? You are welcome to state explicitly that you don't think Nasrat was nefarious or inappropriate in withholding the TMax results.
Your implying Nasrat "hid" the TMax info nefariously and that he should have released that info. However, if the FDA told him it was no big deal, then that's not hiding it. CEOs are responsible for informing shareholders of all material events and news. The TMax info wouldn't be material information if the FDA said it would just be a labeling issue. There's a big difference between hiding something and simply not releasing all immaterial details.
FDA can approve at any time they choose. However, we have the following to do:
will be as accurate as the midnight Thursday forecast
it will be as accurate as recent predictions
Like I said, it's not moving. However the trend is up. Come back when we lose this month's gains.
Stock market is closed.
What do you disagree with specifically?
or he knows the BE result are good and must prepare for the next round. We have one more round of tests, and they must be financed.
We're still where we were when the week started which is pretty good. Wake me up when we lose all of last week's gains.
Most people were saying the same thing last year. Hard to guarantee something so dependent on everyone staying injury free.
That sounds great in theory, but that's not how our CEO or any CEO ever does it. Nasrat is doing this in preparation of the next round of SequestOx trials.
We already knew from the last call that more financing was required for the next round of trials. The financing isn't a surprise.
No, not if they were bought today.
Here's a reminder of what Nasrat and Ward said after the Epic buyout last year:
comments regarding partnership status
what does that have to do with the question you were asked relevant to SequestOx?
Nasrat specifically said SequestOx would not be made prior to approval because it doesn't have a long shelf life and bc the stuff used isn't cheap. That was before the previous application; he may change his position some.
sorry. Here you go
latest 8-k from this morning
there's a link right above the threads in the alerts.
Please remediate is a little more and cite those specific laws. Are they actual laws or just SEC rules and regulations?
in every CC Nasrat has dropped at least one or two big hints. In the last CC, he seemed to drop a big hint that there is a partnership to be finalized pretty soon after positive results are announced.
If only there were some way for shareholders not to be included in a "clear disaster for us shareholders".
I agree definitely "more sleaze"
sorry shorts
between 7 and 12 months from now.
I have seen no comment where anyone claimed those words were published. If someone claimed they were, please cite the post. Should be easy if it was "posted out here many times". People making analogous comparisons is not the same as claiming something was published.
A clear path forward = green light = analogy.
Can you post a link where anyone said those words were part of a published communication?
Do you have a quote from the FDA that states Elite didn't get guidance to move forward with SequestOx?
