Don't need to go to the website! The suspensions are not from not filing since 2015 like inclining. The suspension is for other reasons that are not comparable to BLTA at all. The twisting of the truth is what it is if not able to make the comparison from that company and BLTA for the real reason of suspension!
When is the last time Ticker PAMI filed? Did the SEC suspend this Company too? BLTA is not going to be suspended.... just more twisting of the truth!!!

What is so important to see on the 10K? I would rather them spend the money getting the certification done then waste it on auditors for information that has no bearing yet! We all know they aren't bringing in a profit yet! Plus there are many companies that are not able to produce an audited 10-K excactly on the due date every year! Sometimes it takes additional days or weeks. It is very common for a 10-K delay! Plus the 10-K is actually due today, so the statement is false anyway! Today is the first business day! Just more twisting of the true!!
Averaged down. Know a lot of people that did the same too! For those that did not, no worries the price will get back to those levels and past once things start moving forward again. They have already started, reason we are up 2500% since 6 months ago.
Still wondering how this company tricked everyone though?? Please explain what the trick was? How could they have prevented failing the Mini Evac test without knowing the issues that existed with the slides prior to the tests happening? Should they have purchased those X-ray glasses in the back of the superman comic book????
How is that a trick? What should they have done differently in the Mini Evac? What trick did they play to fail the slide tests in the Mini Evac not knowing the problems that came up during these tests with the slides? The certification process is not easy to pass and it takes a lot of money I agree! Also how does one know loans weren't paid back or new agreed upon terms? Where is the documents showing a lien from CP Capital?? All assumptions! This Company though has never caved in or given up the fight to succeed! If that's a trick then I'm happy they are tricking me! Keep up the tricks if 25 times my money is tricks! And I would say it's up 2500% from 6 months ago is more like it!

By the way what is the trick? Did they not make it to the end of phase 3 in the certification last time? Did they purposely poke holes in the slides you think? Or maybe they unpacked the FAA sealed slide pack from the FAA approved repacking vendor and twisted the slide all up?? Maybe all the airline's that have the same slide issues poked holes in their slides or twists them all up to trick it passagers too!? These airlines are so tricky!!
Not a lot of people understand that it's not required or they just like to twist the truth! Who really cares about those filings anyway? They mean nothing until after the certification process and this company starts bringing in income.
Not sure how they will guarantee that since it's out of their hands once repacked by another vendor. But the good news is that there is only 6 slides on the 767-300 they are leasing. Meaning only 3 slides instead of 5 are needed to deploy this time for the Mini Evac. Better odds now and smaller and straight slides are less complex then some of the other 747-200 slides we had to worry about. I also assume that they will implement the over seeing of the slide repacking process that was implemented after Mini Evac 7.

I have a feeling that they will want to keep that announcement for the SHM and might not execute the lease until they actually need the plane for the certification process. The company stated this in the 8K:

Agreed! I started buying in 2014 @ .025 and have averaged down to .0068 over the last years. Have not sold one share and happy I never gave up hope either!
You will never win in the penny stocks if you are always looking in the past and never look what the future holds! I'm kicking myself that I didn't buy more in the triples! Could have made 30 times my money if I would have! I have realized that now and with the recent news out, I'm starting to accumulate more at these crazy low prices!
I'm part of the "We" and never sold a single share! "We" is the true investor here that believe in this company! We will make lots of money on this stock that is true... just not capitalizing on it until after the certification! If you look at the whales holdings you will see that they haven't sold either! The reason it's all blacked out on only the FAA stuff is because the slide issue is the only reason! There would be no reason to hide supportive reasoning of denial. And many other inspectors from the FAA didn't think the slide issue was as big of a deal as one inspector did!! Until proof of otherwise stated... the fact that they denied certification is ridiculous!! The FAA is such a joke!!
So what was the other stuff besides the slide issue?? That's the only reason I know of!! Please tell us the other reason why the FAA denied certification??? And what was such a secret to hide all info on only the FAA's side of documentation??!

I don't understand how slide failure oversight is way down the list?? That's the reason the FAA denied Baltia to continue with the certification process! If it was so important during certification that they denied an airline to continue certification, surely it should be even more important when the general public is traveling aboard right???
I sure hope FAA personnel aren't doing unethical things!!! That would be terms for termination IMO!!

The FAA obviously didn't want the public to know the truth! That's why 90% of everything sent to us was blacked out from FAA documents! It's ok though, the Indianapolis FSDO might have Ethics and Morals!! Let us hope!!
The FAA's mission is to keep airlines from killing people.
Oh but the application might have opinions in it so it will be all blacked out with Exeption 5's!! This is the government... they don't want you to see it they get around it!!

How does one know that this application wasn't already reapplied months ago and funds already in place for the requirements? DOT website does not show all the summited documents publicly. This has been shown fact in years past! DOT website has big delays on the ones that are too! These government employees don't work fast to show the public what's going on!
I think it depends on if the one inspector that screwed them over last time is still going to be at the Evac tests this time!
