I think that was a "hypothetical" statement, and not a real shareholder/investor statement by anybody who attended the meeting. Follow the thread back and it appears that more taxes please was posting something he would imagine someone at the meeting might say, not an actual quote
StormyMonday is under no obligation whatsoever to post anything about the meeting. To imply that something is wrong just because he has not posted is erroneous IMO
Lucky you. You're wrong.
It makes sense, especially in this pinkie market, to be skeptical of ALL stocks. If they turn out to be legit and run, excellent! It doesn't negate being skeptical prior to proof. That is called the Scientific Method, and divorces emotion from trading. Skeptics won't have "lost" if ONMC runs. This is not a zero sum game. It is logical to be skeptical until one has proof. To proceed on faith in this market leads to failure more often than not. You aren't being smarter by believing in ONMC right now, you are just relying on faith and have a larger capacity for risk. It's not us against them, or anything like that. That is a common misperception. If you want an "enemy", pick the market makers and system manipulators. Of course, by "skeptics", I do not mean those that may be here spreading misinformation. I mean only those who are looking for the truth to be revealed.
For context, help DID come, however:
Iroquois Water Ltd. was experiencing desperate cash flow problems and without Cott Beverage Corp.’s investment, it would have gone into bankruptcy within 3 to 6 months. This would have lead to the unemployment of 40 to 75 employees (depending on the season) and the related burden on the community and hardship on the families involved and the company’s suppliers.
The high speed water bottling project rejuvenated an existing company, retained existing employment, created lasting new employment, strengthened and diversified the local economy, developed an export market, and became a role model for other reserves on how to create an effective public/private partnership.

Nasdaq's approval?? Oh crap! I thought we were waiting for NASCAR's approval! Damn. My DD sucks! lol
Absolutely! I was very tempted to ask the company for an NDA and a little more info. This one has that much potential IMO
LOL Hopefully he will be at liberty to give us a little information about how the meeting goes. Probably will be restricted a bit though
Wow. Is the volume traded really only 12K???
Just for the record, based on the posts I have seen from walkerjent, he can hardly be described as consistently negative, much less libelous or slanderous. I cannot speak to his private phone conversations regarding the company, but to get a reaction from the corporate IR like that, simply for asking questions is not a good reflection on Mr. Weiss IMO. Many people have skeptical questions, and one of the first responses that get posted is "Call IR yourself". So this is what happens when they do? I realize Mr. Weiss has a lot on his plate, but that is just sad IMO.
Hope so, doog. Hope so.
Yup. Agreed 100%
They have been wrong nearly every time. All the more reason not to take their word on timeframes, especially ones they have no control over!
Who is to say what the "normal" timeframe is? It would all depend on Nasdaq queue length, staffing levels, vacations, etc. Could be tomorrow, could be next month
I personally don't feel desperate at all. I have been very conservative in my position here. I may miss a ton of money, but if it doesn't work out, I won't lose much either. Pennies and pinkies can go either direction really fast. Been on both sides of that action, and hopefully have learned to moderate both position and attachment to any one stock:

If the contract news is as large as rumored, a few tenths of a penny will make absolutely no difference and the HOD of .078 would be passed by within seconds.
Not everybody sees things the same way. That's what makes a market
There are branding considerations, of course, and the elimination of potential investor confusion, for those who want to invest in AquaGold, but find an OmniNetMedia.com name on their brokerage reports and quotations.
Stormy...Please see PM. Thanks.
Slow day, no volume....It's just a waiting game.
And if Colombia and Venezuela start to really go at it, watch out!
Not enough information to make a speculation
Doesn't matter. All eyes, right now, are on the lookout for the symbol change and contract news, not whether private investors are meeting with the company.
Which set up do you think applies, Ken? Thanks
Thanks, Ken. I was going to ask you about the status and what your classification might be at this point in time. Thanks for keeping an eye on us!
At least a dime. lol
Indeed! I will be back to that one soon I hope.
Nice job on SGCP guys. Looking strong.
Chart comments:
Approaching the 50 DMA, a crossing over of which, with volume, would be a very good signal
Accumulation/Distribution line looking healthier
Bollinger Bands continue to tighten, foreshadowing a significant move, in either direction as of now. I personally watch the midline of these to determine likely direction of move. If the midline was trending downward but has leveled dramatically,or started to turn up, the move is most likely north. If the midline had been tranding upward and has stalled or turned downward, the move is likely to be south. I think ONMC is going to be in the former category, as the midline is starting to turn up slightly. More confirmation is needed.
ADX has successfully crossed over, green up over red, which is very good and something I have been waiting for. We need a positive divergence of these two lines, with green heading up and above the red in a significant way. Hopefully this trend will continue
Money Flow Index has turned down a bit and needs to bounce back. If there is news, this line will move north in a hurry
Just looking for a little green finish today, to keep the chart looking healthy.
Which is why we are already here, no?
I really hope this thing works out for all you folks with really large positions. I may end up with a big case of shares envy, but until concrete information comes out, and I can see how this is going to trade, I have to keep reminding myself that this is still just a pinkie situation with a lot of hype/potential associated with it. I have been on the wrong end of a good number of those before, and therefore, am not willing to throw more cash at this thing. Best of luck to all, but remember that greed kills.
That phrase first appeared in 2007, with the Shang Hai show, and they just never changed it, in any of their PR's, I believe, though I would have to go back and double check. My take has been that they just needed to take that phrase out of their forward looking statements because it was out of date
Absolutely. Build a higher base
Gotta break the 50 DMA at .08 to be really bullish
Yep. Everybody complains about them, but everybody seems to do it
Showing good strength and volume here, and the chart is improving daily.
Agreed about "third party" validation, but I was talking about "third hand" information, i.e., some message board poster's speculation, which was requested by his first "can somebody explain to me" post. Nothing wrong with it really, but calling the source will usually get you better information.
Why would you prefer third hand information vs. firsthand? Doesn't sound like very good DD to me, but suit yourself. But as far as indirect info goes, here you go. You can follow the thread back to see my own concerns about the topic:
