I'm surprised too. Like curious said, the extraction and science side of things is where the premium margins lie. Any stoner can throw a seed into the ground but a pharma play can be huge. They have got to clarify some details on this. Unfortunately I have a lot going on today in the office.
Maybe I will call the lab today during my lunch break and see what I can find out, but no promises. I've already checked out the building on Google Earth, its basically an industrial park (hence #5 in the address).
Some immediate questions I have...
1. What is the license / certification process to begin selling the medicine?
2. Anything to do with the 4M shares Mike transferred?
3. Is this a Biocell product to be clarified next week? Or is this North American Bio Extracts?
4. Terms of the deal: is this simply a split of revenues? Or did we pay the lab in cash and/or shares for exclusivity?
We need some clarification but this could be gigantic.
Watch the CNN specials about parents moving to Colorado simply to give their children access to medicine. High CBD / Low THC medicine is in high demand and changes people's lives. Great development for the company.
FINALLY NEWS!!!

Looks like a possible double beanbag and long candlestick.
Does anyone else think it's weird that some of our iHub posts are getting Tweeted by Marijuanacharts (@mjcharts)? Do we know the iHub ID of this person?

Because he reports to Nicky, the Chairman.
My assumption is a license means you pay a royalty of a couple % on your revenue to the owner of the technology.
Owning the patent means other companies pay the % to you.
I am not a lawyer not have I read the agreements so I could easily be wrong.
The thing I didn't realize that SFP pointed out is Nicky is giving himself more shares to dump into the public market. LOL.
I love that Affinor fans think it's a victory that the courts allow them to compete.
Since there are anti trust laws at the Federal level, anyone can compete against another company as long as you are not infringing upon their patents and/or IP.
I'm far from a lawyer but this has been mentioned several times on the other board and it makes me laugh.
In other news I'm allowed to compete against Google.
Seems Nicky sues everyone he works with. What a stand up guy!
IMO, this is just another fluff PR. Notice how it says something like "pending approval from the patent office"? Umm...yeah...pretty sure this deal is going kaput, like half of his other deals.
First, keep in mind that Affinor and VDL cannot unilaterally cancel the license agreement we have with VDL.
Second, an excerpt from the most recent PR from Abattis (keep in mind that we have exclusive access to all of TerraSphere's technology):
"As a former employee of TerraSphere, Mr. Brusatore is the named inventor on the TerraSphere's patents and we believe that there is a high likelihood that any technology later developed by VDL and/or Mr. Brusatore may be encumbered by TerraSphere's patents," said Mr. Withrow. "The fact of the matter is that VDL has no issued patents on its technology and is currently incapable of stopping Abattis from moving forward.
Looks like the market did not like this dilution!
Further clue that GrowthStar LED may be growing our first crop:
Following the Facebook link from curious, the caption in the 3rd photo sounded familiar. It reads "nothing goes to waste, everything is dried and weighed".
Read this paragraph from way back in March last year (link provided).
BioCell currently houses 13 proprietary formulations that can be out-licensed, as well as a series of key domain names and mobile apps that will speed the roll out of their products, including bioceuticals and services. A key component of the ATTBF strategy is to also collect LP waste streams (leaves and stems) and use their proprietary processing techniques to create a batter that is then turned into standardized wet and dry ingredients, as well as a bulk sale material for tea (stems). This strategic component has premium economic upside and long-term growth potential, giving the company capacity to generate saleable products and nutraceuticals from what is generally discarded by the cultivation industry. Ultimately, these products could provide upside similar to other companies in the medical space, like GW Pharmaceuticals plc (NASDAQ: GWPH).

Do we know who the Canada producer is???
The money will help to fund Marley Natural, which will sell Bob Marley-branded strains of Jamaican cannabis for recreational users.
It will also fund a cannabis producer with a 60,000 sq ft facility in Canada and an online service called Leafly where users review strains and sellers of the drug. Leafly already has four million visitors a month.
HAHAHAHAHAHA! That's it...I'm no longer following this board.
Good luck to you guys, I really hope Wham Inc makes you all millionaires
It was 100% about Colorado, nothing at all which pertains to Abattis other than the banking problem. These businesses operate sorely on cash, for contractors, license fees, payroll...everything. Its definitely a problem for them.
They need some IPS.
It's so his buddy can be paid for 3 jobs instead of just one. LOL.

The video has more rows, or sets of rows. It ascends on on side, descends on the other, then there is another row that ascends and descends.
I am still a little skeptical but again, I'm not going anywhere so I can wait for company to update us.
I wonder if GrowthStar LED is the "Eighth Wonder of the World".
Are each of these ads generating $6.00? I recall this was the amount at one time. An ad costs $6.00 and about a dozen UTRM shareholders might see the ad.
I think the only investment worse than UTRM is an advertisement with them.
Ahh! Thanks. This is funny...I saw the Tweet and even tweeted back at him. But all the links here in iHub were just the first ones of Basil. Going into Twitter and seeing the other photo...I think you're right.
Further DD: curious said the third photo was wicked and tells him a lot. I should have known.
I don't think the one BioCube pic, which has a "vertical" component to it, looks much like the other photos or video at all. But I guess that doesn't matter. I'm not going anywhere so I'll find out eventually. The Tweets of Mike holding an LED is a closer fit, IMO.
I am not sure how the conclusion can be drawn. I haven't understood all along. Hope you're all right.
It's because 0.0002 > 0.0000
Good post, this is a comprehensive list of all of the reasons to invest in Affinor.
We all know they are are going to be in the red. Revenues will be tiny and there will not be any profits.
Uh...the American Way is to sue people. Hate to say it.
Abattis will not lose the VDL. A "material breach" is going to be hard to prove.
What this does for our wallet is a long term thing, that is the biggest difference between This board and Abattis's.
Sorry, we don't PR LOI's and cancel them 2 months later.
And NO, I don't know how long it's going to take. Nobody does, not Nicky or Anyone else.
My thoughts are that your DD virtually guarantees it will be a BILLION dollar company with a $10.00 share price because the CEO says so.
I'm not selling my shares for anything less than $29.99. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity.
Ina month or two or four or eight, we'll know for sure. Your posts are hilarious.
This whole thing exists because Nicky offered them a bunch of cash and shares. Remember?
The trades today are pretty funny. Way up, way down, small volume. Same as the past 6 months. I am really interested to see what happens here when something huge like an MMPR or CSL hits.
Thanks for the correction, I just want all investors to know the kind of person they are investing in.
Pretty sure the Native deal and the Washington lab deals are going to fall through, like so many other deals Nicky enters into. Get out now, while you still can! LOL, HTH.
If you had read the emails in the court case you would be laughing your arse off at Nicky's recent PR. He clearly WAS conspiring to commit a crime. It's crystal clear in the emails...

Probably no later than Thursday.
From Seeking Alpha:
"This firm appears to spend a fair amount of money on PR releases. There is no compelling reason to invest in this firm."
Has anyone tried calling this chick to heckle her? That would be fun.
Maybe I can open up a conference line for all to listen in? JK. LOL, HTH.
The HC gag was more related to advertising. You can't put out a website that says "Try our Bubba Kush, you'll be stuck in the couch for 3 hours!".
I think they're being tight lipped because there probably is no update. Wouldn't they PR a "ready to build" from Experion? (Or similarly big news).
They jumped all over Nicky's last PR, so they do care about shareholders. Just not sure why we haven't heard a peep.
I want to know about CSL.
If this was going to happen there would be more than 11,500 shares traded, IMO.
Good luck, I will be watching. Hope you get rich, but to suggest this stock is a 100-bagger is ridiculous.
This is a big issue and no doubt the reason Nicky and Herbal Analytics conspired to steal information from other legitimate companies. The market is large and it's very important to growth of this young industry.
