Happy Thanksgiving all. I know it may not seem so at the moment, but WHAM is still hard at work putting this together...Especially Theodore! Its my opinion we will all be very thankful to be WHAM shareholders at some future date. Keep up the good work Theodore.

The wheel is turning:) However slowly, but it is turning...and there is a pot of gold at the end of this rainbow!
Tough crowd...Look at this - 10/2015 - Letters With Regards to Adequate Current Information
Just been hanging out in the weeds waiting for things to develop...
New job consumes all my time, but things will break here soon enough. Still holding nearly 600k shares, so for all the disgruntled holders (can't blame you all, it's been a crappy ride as of late) please don't let certain folks here make up your minds for you. I have only sold 20k shares over the past year...needed extra money for another opportunity (if ya'll don't believe me, well sorry, but it's true).
Good things come to those that wait. Could take a month, possibly first quarter...my life goes on either way and I'll take my payday here to the bank when the time is right!
GLTA,
TG
I'll save the BOOM time stuff until boom time has officially arrived:)
There are also all kinds of key players in the transportation business "Chevrolet, Ford, Dodge, Mercedes, Honda, Toyota, VW, etc." but non of these compete with American Airlines! They'll all provide transportation to get you from point A to B, but in two totally different and unrelated ways. Apples and Oranges...
Non of the companies you mentioned are in the "mobile" encryption business. Nice try though:)
I'm pretty sure I read somewhere either the companies website, here or somewhere that they can sell to small businesses. I think businesses with less than 50 employees (don't quote me about the number, but I know they can do small business), which is a substantial number of businesses!
LOL...We'll see soon enough won't we? Wouldn't you think though that if I'm getting this, then it would be safe to say others will soon too? I don't know what the beta plans are, but that makes sense to me.
If it works as advertised or is possibly more than advertised, then what do you think those using beta will do? Maybe buy more shares...Tell family and friends about it, show them it, let them use it, who in turn might buy shares...
Hmmmmm...I'm not a rocket scientist, but I did stay at a Holiday Inn last night, and I would think that if this is all it's cracked up to be the money will come back with deeper pockets taking larger positions...That's just one mans opinion and you're certainly entitled to keep yours:)
Haha! Great to hear from you again. We'll see what they are okay with me sharing and then you'll have your answers, but you should know already that one of the top factors the company has always stated is that there are "no" latency issues with this technology!
So your 8 minutes reference sounds like something you should direct towards Silent Circle. From what I understand they have major latency issues, but there is still enough demand for their far inferior product that they have several hundred thousand subscribers. You don't need the majority of the population to make this a huge success!
No offense, but you clearly haven't done much research here and it looks like we'll all know more, much more, soon:)
Good day to you sir and keep your chin up it's going to be a beautiful close to the month imo.
They'll regret it soon. I'm getting SEGO on my phone within the next few days! Trust me, if it's everything that the company has said it is, then I'll be screaming it from the roof tops. I guess I was either the first, or one of the first ones, to sign up for Beta and, well...membership has it's privileges:)
Can not wait to get service!!! This is awesome!
People selling here are crazy imo, but to each his own! Their loss, huge loss, is someone else's gain, HUGE gain, imo!!!
YeeeeeeeHaaaaaaaw is all I can to think to say. I will update the board immediately after I have the phone! I can assure you the company is not dead! I'm keeping the faith:)
BOOM time is UPONUS:)
I'm banking on 4th quarter/years end for this to get really rolling (i.e. full launch) and by next summer it will be steam rolling:) That said, I still feel that what develops this summer will get this share price heading north long before the official launch...
I have to suspect that whomever is going to pony up a gajillion million dollars will have a strong tech background and development will start moving significantly faster than a cash strapped start up can make it go at this stage. I feel like management has done an excellent job with what they had to work with and this extra cash speeds things along nicely imo. We started from ZERO and now we're talking about a possible $35,000,000 infusion...wooohooo!
Yes, and it's for a no joke $35,000,000...WOW! IMO, you don't take a start up company and file a reg D for that kind of money unless you've already been talking with people that have that kind of money! Look at the minimum buy in ($10,000), this is the real deal here. It seems like the engagement of Mr. Cardenas is already paying off big time!
Very creative how they are putting all this together...Oh man, this is finally starting to come together. News of the money hitting the bank and POP goes the share price. I think it will take a bit more explaining for most shareholders to understand what is going on here, but once people start to see the big picture this stock is going to fly!
Agree with P2P and with only a puny 5% stake that was never going to be as big as many had hoped, including myself...I would have considered this a loss if Wham had a larger stake, let's say 30+%, but no harm no foul...get the company's shares back in the treasury and let's make history with SEGO!
I'm also starving for some R3 news...I suspect that's coming soon??? Construction division will have its day, just not tooday:)
This is awesome news. I knew big things were around the corner with the hiring of Gus Cardenas! This money, or at least a large chunk of it, should be raised quickly imo. Gus has a solid background in lending/financing and that will be a huge factor here!
I had a feeling we were going to heat up here going into summer:)
Yeah, no kidding. This is what happens when they over promise and under deliver...Nobody wants to pay all the money to buy shares in the company, because traders/investors are now in "prove it mode."
Everything I've heard is that the deals still on, but there were some minor things to get cleared up. At first I didn't care about R3, because it just didn't interest me and I really didn't think it would be all that big a division, but the more I researched it and eventually found out how successful Sid's dad is in this arena, I realized this is probably going to be a nice revenue producer for the company in the future.
If my research has led me down the right path, then they are working this deal with "the" largest Golf Apparel manufacturer in Australia, which is looking to expand globally...I like the sound of global expansion.
I know there is a lot going on behind the scenes with several things they are working on, but as a shareholder it would be nice to see something finally done and out of the planning stage!
I'm sort of over the updates at this stage and wanting something with substance to be released. I'm still 100% confident this will be done, but the wait is frustrating to say the least!!!
Trust me, I get it...no buyers! IMO, the company has created trust issues with the general public. They over promised and under delivered! About that simple. However, I know there is a lot of cool (for lack of a better word) stuff going on behind the scenes and when this all plays out trust will be restored and profits shall follow.
Nothing pleases traders/investors more than new product launches with an exciting story and the forward looking projections of massive profits. Oh yeah, real revenues are pleasing too:) Coming soon.
It's the wait that's the hard part!
And an $11 trade brings us up 250% and restores all $7,000,000 in market cap. So let's recap today's action...A total of about $38 caused a total of a $14,000,000 market cap swing, first causing the stock to dip 60% and then recovering with a sharp 250% surge back up...
Wow! We really need to get this rolling soon. $14,000,000 intraday swings are gonna' be tough to stomach:) Unless of course it's swinging up!
Really? A $27 trade drops us 60%...Let's get this show on the road already so we can get a tighter spread here. This is crazy! That was a $7,000,000 market cap hit so some fool can play games...What a joke!
I'm sure we'll see it long before then...I hope...No. I'm sure of it...I think? Haha:)
To me it sounds like they've got everything in order and I'm feeling like a lot is going to develop over the summer. The S1 is one of the things I'm expecting in the not too distant future (i.e. this summer).
The question is in what order do they do things. Meaning, do they raise money first, launch first, file the S1 first, etc.
To relate this to a childs development I'd say that at the beginning of the year the company was an infant, currently toddlers, with the Beta launch and/or other major development (i.e. raise capital) we move to preteen, official launch we move to young adult and when the revenues start rolling in, then we are full blown adults that can rent cars and get discounts on auto insurance...
When the net profits are in the black, then we've moved to a mature adult that qualifies for discounts on Denny's Grand Slam breakfasts:)
I'd say by years end we are young adults transitioning into full blown adulthood! In other words, we'll have officially launched and revenues will have started to trickle in (more than trickle, but not the 100mm+ many, including myself, are eventually expecting).
Yeah, I'm cautiously optimistic about that myself:)
I just found this out, but thought it might be useful to you and or others looking here...The UPONUS patent is good for 25 years from the 2001 filing date per USPTO:
Patent #7,382,878 - System and method for data encryption
That's the full patent and you'll find the Document Identifier is US 20030016820 A1...The A1 is what classifies it as a Utility Patent - USPTO Kind Codes
And here is what the USPTO says about the types of patents
From what I'm seeing it appears this is only a commercial application and speaks nothing to consumers communicating. Also there does not appear to be anything stating what is encrypted.
SEGO encrypts consumers calls, text, files, videos, etc. with no latency issues.
From CNET (which they claim is from McAfee):
Just talked to Israel yesterday and I'm not holding my breath, but I am certain they are moving forward unlike before (they were moving forward before, but with larger obstacles in the way)...At this stage it seems like we're talking minor bumps in the road if anything. Israel is not quitting on anything at this stage of the game!
Before we had no UPONUS deal, no communications division, no development, no Josh Neyer, no Gus Cardenas, no Strategia, no other members who shall remain nameless (but they are there), no S1 (still not here, but months closer) and quite frankly no definitive plan of attack.
Well, now all that is done and/or near completion and the specialists they've engaged have not only made significant progress with development, but have helped them to create a more concise plan to produce, market and launch what I still firmly believe will be a wildly successful mobile encryption application/communications network.
I know you are probably a bit disheartened, can't blame you...I was too for a while, but now we're here...The delays sucked and the flip flopping on we'll do this, next week is it, blah blah blah.
Very frustrating and then to have the long silence on top of it - arrrrrrrrgggggggg - Now though we've got the talent, the plan and soon to be a great product. We are much closer to our dreams becoming a reality! SEGO, like Rome, wasn't built in a day.
I don't know if they would go the traditional satellite route as that is extremely expensive...Like a billion dollars to build one and get it into space, but they may decide to lease one...possibly anyway. That or they can do like Republic does and rely on WiFi for most services and for calls out of range bounce the signal off of a Sprint sat or something to that effect.
Nowadays WiFi is everywhere and this is a much less expensive alternative...For instance, Chevy's and others, offer hot spots in your vehicle, most have it at home (or can easily get it) and most businesses/work places have it...People spend 95% of their day in one of those places, so coverage throughout the day shouldn't be a huge issue.
More rural places may not benefit as much, but major metro areas should have quality service, for the most part, at a fraction of the cost!
Here's a snippet from Republics Website
From the SEGO Website (SEGO Website):
Also when you look at Wham's pricing when compared to, again, Republic Wireless, they are nearly identical:
Republic Wireless
Again, I'm not saying RW is part of the plan, but just found a lot of this to be very interesting and a bit coincidental.
See Wham's Feb 6th 2015 PR
With the engagement of Mr. Cardenas it got me thinking about possibilities in this arena. The guy has got 8 years of experience working in a field that supports exactly something like this. His title per LinkedIn:
I ran across that the other day and was reading into it...I'm sure with all the advisers/consultants they have on board they've probably looked at multiple different ways to raise cash...That one looks pretty good, they could raise a nice chunk of change and it seems fairly quick...as mentioned in that article a "mini IPO."
From their update today:
I'd love to see Wham create a telco division with something similar to Republic Wireless...Maybe just buy them out, slap encryption on each account and BAM...instant success:)
Did you see this on his linkedin page:
$WFMC *News* Mobile Encryption beta version to be released to the public "soon". Full launch in 3rd and 4th quarters. Full release:
Wham Inc Engages High Level Strategic Advisor to Launch SEGO Corporation, Secure Encrypted Communications
This encryption is supposed to be best in class! Here are the patents:
3 Patents for UPONUS Wham, Inc (WFMC) has exclusive licensing rights for their consumer application in the US...This is what is being developed and beta will be launching soon! This is a game changer.
Stock currently trades at .12 and the float is only 17 million with roughly 100 million OS. One downside at this point is liquidity, but once this officially launches and "The Most Secure Phone on the Planet" (as they state) is in the hands of consumers I can't imagine how this does not become more liquid with a steep increase in price!
They have some serious players on board like Josh Neyer (currently the Sr. Director Data Center Infrastructure for TransUnion), Ric Gruber, Jr (Strategia Marketing - Co-Founder and Attorney licensed in California & Illinois with a LLM in Information Technology & Privacy Law) and most recently Gus Cardenas (Principal SCS1-Strategic Consulting Services), it looks like they are getting ready to rock and roll with this.
Wham, Inc is projecting revenues as such:
Year 1 - $5 million+
Year 2 - $55 million+
Year 3 - $114 million+
With all the hacking and identity theft, along with government snooping, this product will be hitting the market at the perfect time and it is simply way better than the competition!
There is also a large offering in the works (no toxic financing in the past, all offerings have been private and issuance of restricted shares to date) and this will help to fund the final developmental stages of the project and to aggressively market the product out the gate.
If you are tired of the OTC scams and want to invest in a real company with a real product, a top notch management team that really does care about shareholder value, a stable and tight share structure with potentially explosive share price appreciation in the not too distant future, then I welcome you to take a close look at Wham, Inc (WFMC).

This one could change your future! GLTA...

It will most definitely be going up! That was a powerful PR!!! There was a lot said there even though it was not a flashy PR. There are several things that catch my eye, but this really stands out:
News out! Let take a look inside and see what we've got...
Hey TLD, good to hear from you. I'm really happy you were able to pick up more in the .065's. You should be in really good shape with those soon...my opinion of course...
As frustrating as all that job stuff was, I at least was always confident that my investment here was not dead...simply put on hold. Here we are though a few months later with much progress being made and I'm hoping a nice update due soon.
I know you know this, but for others, this is a real company working on a really big project and everyday brings us one day closer to the SEGO launch, which will obviously have a positive impact on the price of WFMC shares. Things are looking up!
GLTY
Nice job! Already 60%...on paper anyway. All we need is a spark to bring the volume back and we jump right back up. It seems that dip to .065 might have cleared out our big seller, hopefully anyway.
I'd rather someone with that many shares go ahead and clear them all off his/her books at these levels before we make our big push...Think it will help us all longer term. Short term it sucks, but long term we'll be glad when they're not crushing a run with significant news.
Eager to see what the company brings us in the coming days!
Came and went...frustrating, I know! I suspect/hope our next update will be able to answer your question as I am limited in what I can say about the filing...Quick jump to .20 from here is all I know now:)
I've never said I was satisfied, quite frankly, I was extremely disappointed and frustrated...I had my letter of resignation all drawn up and even cleaned out the bulk of my office (not kidding, I was ready to go!). Disappointed is an understatement...pissed might be a better word.
But, once I looked at the totality of all that was being put together here and the complexity involved I knew from my own experiences with unrelated, but similar projects that delays are inevitable.
Doesn't matter if it's Apple, Microsoft, IBM or whoever, when you're building large scale networks and so forth there are ALWAYS delays! Especially true for a company working with a shoe string budget. I might add that that money was raised via restricted share private offerings and not the likes of an Asher or some other toxic source of financing.
At this point however, it appears the major hurdles have been overcome and going forward I expect only minor hiccups. I've never lost faith in the company/management or what they are doing and know that SEGO is going to shake things up...BIG time!
We'll start to make our push past .20 soon and I'm guessing new all time highs by the end of July...Exciting, isn't it? :)
Yes sir! I'm hoping we'll have lots to talk about once these updates come out and hopefully the board sees fit to get us more regular and consistent updates as to the progress...SEGO is going to be a game changer and us shareholders would love to publicly hear about the progress...
Earlier in the year I had my suspicions that there could be some delays, as there always are delays with projects this large, but still remained optimistic...Mehhh, my timing was off, but now we are a full 6 months closer to completion and I can't help but get excited at the near term prospects!!!
Should be a lot of fun through summer heading into years end...
Oh there'll be a push alright... My guess is new all time highs in the near future. I have 600k shares here and am not going anywhere until those are worth over a million bucks (not kidding either:)! Gotta' plan for my early retirement:)
I only checked out for awhile, well quite frankly, because there wasn't a whole lot to talk about for the last few months. I have never lost touch with the company in that time and feel real good about where they are at right now. A lot of work has gone into the app/network and there have been some key hires brought in.
This has been a much larger project than originally anticipated, but they seem to be progressing nicely at this point. We'll see what the updates bring.
If anyone liked this stock 6 months ago, then they should LOVE it now, because we are now 6 months closer to the end! Pay day is on it's way imo!
BOOM time is UPONUS:)
GLTA and please do your own due diligence...
I saw you on another board yesterday and wondered if you'd left here...Glad to see you are still here and I'm hoping with this upcoming update we have plenty of really good stuff to talk about here...Go WFMC!
No more negativity here! It won't be tolerated:) Go Wham!
