So either the cfo is lying, sport is lying or the 3q results are a few days away then.
Well that's the thing. If its good news I don't think you'd wait to announce it.
As long as we can get some news soon.
So its confirmed that there is 2 rexista submissions and the one with fast track is without poddras

Anyone think they would tell us what's the number assigned to us by the fda for our generics so that we could better estimate the approval time?
How did u get in touch.
They haven't replied to my email.
We should make post 12867 a sticky
A little bounce. Hopefully this is the bottom.
Any news that causes a spike right now would be greatly appreciated. I'd love to take advantage of the carnage out there.
I emailed the investor one as well asking about par and focilian
I emailed investor relations today.
With the way fda moves... My magic 8 ball says not bloody likely.
Looks like I pulled a tonypro. Only thing I'm getting for my birthday is a better buying opportunity with no money :/
Picked up another few hundred at 2.94 on tsx
I'm going to pull my best tonypro impersonation and claim someone told me news was coming either today or tomorrow. Why you ask? For no reason other than its my birthday tomorrow and I've spent enough time in this stock that it owes me a present!
Yes. Palliative care type scenarios sure.
How do we know our numbers are between 201593 and 202161?
Saw that.. Not quiet sure I'm ok with that. We'll see how that works out.
I'm Wondering if 60 months + is more the average now.
So I was going through the July anda approvals trying to get an idea how long they all took.
Little difficult because its hard to find the submission dates so take these with a grain of salt.
Looks like Teva's Axert took 115 months...
Barr's Pataday took 93 months.
Lupin's Prandimet took 62
Sandoz Zyvox took 53 months and was approved a while ago but was delayed due to patents.
couple others were like the Sandoz. Like Perrigo's Prilosec which looks like it was approved in 2006 but delayed due to patent issues
http://perrigo.investorroom.com/2006-12-18-Perrigo-Announces-Issue-of-Approvable-Letter-by-FDA-for-Dexcels-OTC-Omeprazole
Cant find a file date.
So it seems like a lot of the approvals coming through now are ones that were approved before and having expiring patents...
Anyone have a good source of days anda's were accepted by the fda? I'd be curious about getting an updated average because Julys approvals don't look reassuring.
Have another buy order on tsx at 2.79... will see if it gets filled.
I'm going to guess its the pain side with rexista?
If ipci hits $30 we will go to my villa in greece
Well got filled at 3.10.. I might add a bit more tomorrow.
I'm trying to remember but isn't par developing their own focillian xr? And if so I wonder if their gaf factor about their ipci one is running on empty.
Wouldn't it be nice if FDA gave us two approvals at the same time :/ Double digits for sure.
Either way I'd love to average down on the nasdaq side but I'd get hammered on the exchange rate now that its not worth it.
Yeah after reading that link I think the 40% stake is the big news... Would be nice if someone bought a big stake of IPCI
Just put a buy order at 3.10 on the tsx. We'll see how much gets filled today.
What news did they get. If that happened I'd retire tomorrow lol
Average was 4 years. It's gone up every year so who knows what were at.
Lawsuit would likely take longer than just doing the bioequalilvancy... Better to just do it and get it overwith at this point.
I'll be waiting till mid next week if I'm going to add more.. I'll see where this goes at this point. I'm tired of my ass getting stretched by the FDA
Could be part of the CFO's contract to buy shares on the open market :/
Funny how ipci.ca pops up just before he leaves....
"the stocks days to cover will be 4 "
Does this mean om Aug 2nd the shorts have to cover?
Easy tony lol
Wondering if FDA os waiting for both to expire and to issue both at same time
Don't disagree with you. But I think its as a result of a problem that was present prior to dea involvement. Ether way this product should help we can all agree
