Food for thought? 1) Annual Report due 3/31/13 (90 days past 12/31/12). 2) 1st quarter earnings due 5/15/13 (45 days past 3/31/13). 3) Robert Rico's 10 mil share sale per the SEC Filing (approx. date of sale 5/30/13). What better time for Bob to sell some shares than after Company News (at least 5 possible events in the near future) & the Company's 2013 1st Quarter Earnings Report. Who could blame him for taking some profit? Lets all get rich!! Good things are happening for all involved!
