No money from Scanbuy. I guess they can go and do whatever they want.
I didn't realize the Neomedia/Scanbuy suit had been settled in Dec 2014. We don't know the terms and are kept in the dark, of course. I assume it wasn't good for us, because we haven't resumed the infringement cases that were put on hold because of the suit.(Starbucks, etc)
Not wrong, just a few months premature. I can see $9 by Friday.
I stated the "close the doors" opinion to her by telephone, not email.
I sent an email to several of the CEOs(Chip Hoffman being the first CEO I sent it to, so you know how long ago that was) asking just that: "Close the doors until you have a plan that will work, to avoid hurting shareholders any further".
(you see how they listened)
That makes NO sense to me.
Why does it even matter when Neomedia can't become profitable with the last 99 agreements? Is that really worthy of a PR?
All talk, no action. Is she trying to convince someone else, or herself?
They are still going backwards, with no way to dig themselves out. Crazy stuff.
If we made a penny per scan, that translate to $35,000 revenue. Not even enough for Laura's wages.
That's funny coming from you, because you've always "maintained" that Laura was not overpaid. Anyone that can't do their job is overpaid, PERIOD.
Maybe near-term that will be the case, but long term looks good with the tax advantages and opportunity to grow.
I wonder if the big institutional investors are lightening their load? They don't want as much of the REITas possible?
People use "loose" change to buy NEOM, then they "lose" their money.
More like "System and method for using an ordinary shareholder with hope to access their remote funds through deception".
Yep. That was the killer. I wonder if someone "rewarded" him for doing so?
Or freeze her salary for 6 months or until she gets YA out of the picture.
Well put. But it is not seen that way by those who line their pockets assisting in evil.
Well, that made no sense.
That's YA's motto and business plan.
To warn others. Now answer my question to you, as you promised.
Since you're researching Neomedia's numbers, tell us how many shares have to be diluted into the market to pay for YA's $45 million debt (and increasing because of interest)? How will that affect your investment at .0001? And how many more to retrieve YA's "incentive" shares? How has that dilution affected the share price in the last 7 years (and they're not even close to being done)?
Tell me how you short a penny stock, oh knowledgeable one. Try it with your broker and see what they say.
The best thing for you to do is click on the "hide intro" button near the top right corner of the screen.
That's a whole $600 investment. Wow! We have some big time players here. LOL
More details on the patent:
http://www.google.com/patents/US8805728
I'm wondering why Neomedia has licensed itself to use their patents?
http://www.neom.com/solutions/ip_licensing/customers
"The following companies are, at a minimum, licensed to provide bar code resolution services using indirect codes under certain patents owned by NeoMedia":
4GQR LLC
CodeBroker LLC
Technology Company**
Microsoft
NeoMedia Technologies, Inc.
Paperlinks, Inc.
SpyderLynk
Do you realize how many CEOs we've been through and none of them have succeeded in getting NEOM out of this mess?
I have but haven't heard anything. Not that I thought they would do anything, considering they allowed this latest "merger" fiasco.
I thought a vote was not needed any more? They could just do it!
What does "deckelt" mean?
I saw that too and was wondering the same thing.
I'm in that camp also. But just like Be Confident, I've always been wrong on this stock. So "always bet against me" should be the motto.

I would imagine many things are on hold until the Scanbuy pagent suit is settled, unfortunately. (which plays in to Scanbuy's hands perfectly)
Read some of wilmas' posts. She has been working on it for a while.
Very true.
YA is suspected if manipulating the numbers (just like with SEC), so Neomedia wants a larger time frame to prove it (is the way I understand it). My guess is that a larger timeframe would divulge more inproprieties, which is why YA wants a narrow timeframe.
