October 2019
On October 2nd, Nulixo entered into a contract with the State of Utah (Contract #: MA3287) to become a vendor that will “Provide Waste Management Solutions to turn waste into energy.” To that end, Nulixo has been negotiating with municipalities in Utah to enter into an agreement to provide the Municipal Solid Waste (MSW).
We expect to sign two municipalities in the first quarter of 2020. Once signed the municipalities will provide the MSW for sorting and processing of waste via biodigestion and plastic to energy conversion, using our partners Redwave and Plastic2Oil, Inc.

There are two sides to P2O...
There is one side that believes for various reasons that P2O is a total scam. That it was originally established on day one as a ruse to line the pockets of fraudsters and continues to this day as a scam.
The other side believes in the company's legitimacy as an emerging energy sector with the potential to help rid the earth of plastic waste and turn the plastic back into fuel.
Those who feel it is a scam will talk about the the original founders mistake of over valuing Media Credits. It was a bad move. Maybe they were desperate but they didn't need to go that route. The publicity would have found investors imo. So they will point out the mistakes that were made and the founder being barred from the company for 5 years.

The believers have a legitimate company that have processors that produced 667,000 gallons of fuel. Though the processors are idle now the Nulixo Company have plans to restart the processor.

Go P2O/Nulixo!! ...anyday now we're ready!
Hear Hear! Mr Heddle Hear Hear!
Nulixo COULD come up with the funds to get #3 online...what 300k? 15%? of an agreed new machine? Then what? mmm...thinking some meetings with founder and video as well as meeting with engineers would be sufficient. My guess is...they're hammering out a service and monitoring plan...which may or may not include getting #3 online and some other monetary considerations. Time will tell. I don't think drive-by investors witnessing cars in a parking lot outside the plant is all that informative IMO... I could be wrong. :) Although Heddle communicating through an 8-k and press release is another matter!! Just what longs and shorts need to witness! :)

Everyone who has talked to Nulixo knows this. But their time frame may change and without updates all we can do is wait. I really blame Heddle for not doing a thing through this promising process.
