Question to the Board:
Why isn't the GOFF news feed on iHub linking to the news being released?
Wonder if all those sidelines are still waiting on that .20 dip. Haha!! Idiots for not getting in early last week.
I don't know if it was a formal report. Came from Titan.
Did you see the report? Nice info!
Do you have any idea how much they're spending on the total promo? I'm seeing $1.5 mill hard mailers plus $500k basic email promo. VM & APS on this thing.
Thinking that report will come out around 5-6pm today. Maybe even later.
Call it whatever the hell you want, I'm up 60%. You shorts spend all your time bashing instead of growing a pair and trading this on the way up.
So what if it does?? All that matters is GOFF is in play. Don't use traditional valuation metrics on pennies. You'll get burned every time.
Could GOFF end up looking like this??

B2Gold is releasing a research report on GOFF this weekend. Everyone not in now will be chasing on Monday!!!
This news release expected over the weekend has got to be huge!
I know. They've been saying that since Monday and as a result have missed out on a 60% gain. They'll keep waiting on the sidelines with their fingers crossed. By then we'll be at .60
What do you think will be in that report? It's seems very unusual for one public company to release a report on another public company. Usually its research or PR firms releasing info.
Did you notice the spike in volume in B2Gold last Friday? Volume hit 50 mill shares when the daily average appears to be around 5-10 mill. And it took place the last trading day before APS released GOFF. Hmmmm.........
"B2Gold Corp. (another gold company with properties in Colombia) will send an extensive report on GOFF this weekend. We think our special report could spark even more interest as early as Monday..."
That piece is interesting...
I'm guessing it's on IHUBs end, not APS. Do you have an administrators contact you can pass along to me?
Why aren't the PR's showing on GOFF board?
.335 x .339
.335 x .34
Well said
VM and APS emails keep referencing B2Gold. B2Gold saw an unusual spike in volume (40 mill) the Friday before APS released GOFF (last Friday). Wonder if there is any correlation between the volume spike, timing of the volume and timing of APSs pick.
Promoted by Joe Penny Guy.
I actually never get on IM. Just shoot me an email and i'll provide you with my contact.

New Email:
That's what we need to look at and determine. Next week when their 10-K is released they will state the warrents outstanding and last date they can exercise them. I'll read over it and get back to the board.
Do you have any idea when the next tranche of warrents are set to expire? Place your bet that the company will try and pump the PPS over the exercised price so that management can exercise the warrents. This is what they did for the last set of warrents that were set to expire.
What I'm saying is that, if management wants to uplist tomorrow (hypothetically) they would be forced to do a reverse stock split. Since there is a minimum PPS they must maintain.
A reverse split really has no effect on equity or market value. Just makes it more expensive to purchase shares but it allows the company to increase EPS and possibly uplist.
I know I said this before but I'm going to try and get a picture of their new corporate office located in The Woodlands to post on the board. It's approx 20-25 minutes away from my office and only 5 minutes from the new Exxon campus that is going up in Houston. Hopefully I can swing by one day this week.

I think it's a combination of things. Being listed on a smaller tier stock exchange does not help it attract the interest of deeper pocket investors (pension funds, mutual funds, private equity, ect.). Also, negative profitability and shareholder dilution are contributing factors.
My feeling is, once the company gets to a point where management is comfortable with financing the company internally, they will do a reverse stock split to get on one of the major exchanges. I got no idea when this will be. Hopefully in the near future.
"....RGV is obligated to obtain field service contracts for the supply of the Company's chemicals to several clients in Mexico and is targeting, among others, the world's second largest non-publicly listed company and one of the largest service companies in Mexico."
Petróleos Mexicanos or Pemex is the Mexican state-owned petroleum company, created in 1938 by nationalized petroleum and expunging all private foreign and domestic companies at that time. Pemex has a total asset worth of $415.75 billion, and is the world's second largest non-publicly listed company by total market value, and Latin America's second largest enterprise by annual revenue as of 2009, surpassed only by Petrobras (a Brazilian petrochemical company).
