What do you mean they are going to get tough? They are brand new laws! I am pretty sure that MMED, which was put together BY THE STATE OF COLORADO, is going to do everything they can to help the transition be as smooth as possible. The task force was created to help the cause; not hurt it.
What happens December 28?
In Colorado if over 21 years old you can grow up to six plants with no more than 3 flowering at once. No license required.
In Washington you can grow with a license from the state if over 21 years old.
Im pretty sure you can grow up to six plants in Washington
You should know what it stands for. You use it often, my friend. I am beyond childish games. I thought we have been over this, V!
You can grow in Colorado and Washington, MF.
Yeah you can! 2 states down, 48 to go!
No, man! Those are starches! A minute on the lips is a lifetime on the hips.
Ummm...soy beans?
CBD is present in 100% legal hemp food products. You can concentrate these products down and get just pure CBD. Is that illegal?
I'm not really following you... Dixie X line has the hemp oil products (CBD) that are legal in all states. . Dixie Elixirs and Edibles, AKA Dixie Classic, has the THC.
And I am A-O.K. with that methodology. It takes money to make money. I loath that saying, but damnit it is true.
Well I think there absolutely is value to being the first to do it and getting your brand out there as such. They are not presenting themselves as some mom and pop dispensary who makes edibles out of their kitchen while their kids run around. Both Dixie and CanChew are going about presenting themselves and their products with a very professional and controlled approach. That, I think, is what sets these guys apart from the rest.
I think Doc is right in that they hold the patent to using gum as a delivery method in general. I need to look into it as well, though.
Possibly...I don't know the specifics of the patent. Have you read them?
I think you are getting PhytosPHERE's patented extraction method confused with CanChew's patented delivery method. Two different parts of MJNA's portfolio. Two different patents.
Can you elaborate?
That is awesome! Thanks! Im going to look into amendment 64 for the same.
Do you know if, after the commercial buying and selling laws are worked out next year for Washington and Colorado, edibles will be legal to the public or is it JUST one ounce or up to 6 plants?
Well, greens, according to this PR released by CBIS the only "real" products they are associated with, through Dupetit, are in fact novelty items like soda pop. I fail to see what you are arguing. Are these products tested and controlled? That other company you referred to has all their products tested at Cann-Labs for cannabinoid content.
"Cannabis Science?s goals to produce over the counter skin products and other consumer products are a perfect match for Dupetit and their years of experience developing over the counter hemp products. The JV will produce a variety of natural food products and many more naturally sweetened products including CannaBiscuits, lollipops, colas, lemonades, chocolates, chewing gum, mints, and many more items. Additionally, the JV will target clothing lines, perfumes, fertilizers and seed genetics,as well other exciting new developments to be announced."
Paid for shipping today!
That is the second interview with Tripp where they have unrelated shit in the background. Some cheap ass home-made edibles those were. I think it was the CNN interview where they had a bunch of people lighting up and smoking. THEY ARE ELIXIRS AND EDIBLES! Kind of frustrating, but it gets the name out there people to research.
My CanChew gum is almost ready!! Snippet from the email below:
"Congratulations Participants!
Earlier you received an email welcoming you to the CanChew Functional CBD Gum Market Trial.
You gum is now being made ready for shipping. Extensive progress has been made and we anticipate shipping all orders by the 18th of this month.
Once again as a reminder, initially, we intended to gather feedback on possible effects that CanChew may have on any health issues. However, due to overwhelming response and a review of regulatory standards, we decided to gather marketing perspective instead. Specifically, we look forward to getting your feedback on the appearance, branding and taste of our CanChew gum and of course any other feedback you may wish to volunteer."
YES!! That is awesome.
Im with you on this one. Who gives a hoot about what he wears...This is a brand new industry. Who is to say what you should wear as long as you act in a professional manner. Steve Jobs is a good example.
Got ya. How do you plan to distribute the product to people? Id like to set up something here in the Carolinas.
That is great! I hope it works out for you.
You said "us". Do you own a dispensary already?
Distributor for Dixie X, you mean? That is great!!
What are you going on about?
It would have been nice to flash some pics from Dixie's website during the interview instead of huge joints and lots of smoke. Kind of frustrating.
Yeah...there really is no reassuring answer for that question yet. I feel pretty confident there will be no widespread Fed crackdown as long as people, LIKE MJNA AND DIXIE, stay within state laws and guidelines. I think we will be just fine.
That was great!
Correct. The ticker symbol was on a Fox News segment about the "Green Rush" a few weeks ago along with CBIS and, I believe, GRNH.

Pretty good! Ticker MJNA was already featured on Fox News (right?) and thee person interviewed wasnt even affiliated with MJNA!
I think ancient is a bit of a stretch... Being in Newsweek was huge and only a couple months ago.
I know this is a huge day for Cannabis, but how many other CEOs are doing interviews on HUGE news outlets like CNN!? Bruce? Robert M? Who?
TRIPP!
3p.m. for us on the east coast!!
That is great news!
Kind of sucks the guy can't write a complete sentence...
Welcome, Ldz7! Great story. I, too am small time with about 50,000 shares. We are actually on our way home from the hospital with our second child-a daughter. I couldn't be more happy to be right here right now with my money where it is. Im glad our children have a very high likelihood of growing up with Cannabis viewed ONLY as a vital instrument in keeping people safe and healthy and not as a dangerous drug.
Good luck to you and congrats on the new baby!
MJNA LONG!
