No. Again, basic physics. You can convert one form of energy to another but, without fission or fusion, you can't create energy.
$HPIL
TN, you are ahead of yourself. DOT must approve, but they are not even close to that point. It is called homolgamation (prolly spelled wrong) and it is done with a group of prototype vehicles prior to release to the public. They haven't even got the cars designed yet. Give them time.
$HPIL
That line of thinking is not possible. Back EMF may improve efficiency but it can not make up the energy converted to mechanical motion. Basic law of physics: "Energy can neither be created nor destroyed". Mechanical energy is dissipated as heat from friction as the vehicle passes through the air or rolling resistance of the tires on the pavement. That energy has to come from somewhere and back EMF does not explain it. Fact.
$HPIL
I read that and am hopeful.

I don't have PM. The TA issue was resolved months ago and the new TA is keeping the data on OTCM up to date. The only thing they have not updated is their name. Island Stock Transfer is the TA that went out of business.
I do not know which ones have toxic debt issues. IMO none of them are clean.
$TGRR
YW. I, too, would not be surprised to see a major announcement 7/15.
$TGRR
7/13 is the cut-off date for government entities to make claims. As an example, the state might say they owe back sales tax. The next scheduled court date is 7/14. IMO that is when the fireworks start.
$TGRR
MMG just put out their "Friday Tips". It talks about the Three Amigos but, IMO, doesn't tell us much that is new. They are clearly having trouble with the toxic financiers.
$TGRR
Justa, Cybernetic Technologies is incorporated in Wyoming. If you check with the Secretary of State there you will find that the common amendment was filed and approved/incorporated some time ago. The reduction is official. The problem is that the lazy TA has not updated OTCM since May 3.
$HPIL
The recent 8Ks are from MMG. The company has been out of business for years. That's not what this play is about. MMG is trying to clean up the shell, having already sold it to Intersection Capital. IC is in the business of helping non-startup companies go public. If this exits BK clean and current then an RM into a nice sized company is assured.

The graphene idea is the only one I've heard so far that is possible. It converts heat energy from the world around you into electricity. The energy has to come from somewhere. In conventional physics "Energy can neither be created nor destroyed".
Nuclear, on the other hand, converts matter to energy.

There is no deadline. A company submits a form S-1 to the SEC for review. They send it back with comments. The company makes changes or explains why a change is not needed, then sends it in again. This goes back and forth until either the SEC is satisfied and approves it or the company withdraws it. Can be as short as 3 months or it can take as much time as needed. Hope this helps.
$RXMD
I believe there was a Black Mountain settlement as well, wasn't there?
$BLUU
Have we, the shareholders traded billions of shares over the last few months? Yes, however, the OS has not changed substantially since I got into this stock last December. The owners are us, the common shareholders. There are no preferred shares outstanding and our CEO does not own shares or "own" the company.
$HPIL
What's worse? Rotten raw garbage or stinky raw garbage?
"Um, you don't know what that is and you're eating it?"
"Once you get past the gag reflex it opens up a whole new world of possibilities."
$HPIL
Hmm, Armen's 51 shares voted Yes but the proposal did not pass as the majority of common shareholders voted No. That seems understandable enough for a reasonably intelligent layman to understand. GLTU
$RXMD
Doesn't the name say it all?
$HPIL
Steele, that was brilliant. And spot on.
$HPIL
There again, you should do your DD. Check the Wyoming Secretary of State. The AS has been reduced to 60B and the CEO has indicated there may be a further reduction in the future (per the recent CC). GLTU
$HPIL
Just checked all of the filings. No change.
- WY Secretary of State is up to date
- OTCM is 1.5 months out of date
- SEC is two years out of date
- FINRA is four years out of date
$HPIL
This is why you should do some DD. This stock does not even come close to matching your description. Speak from factual information rather than guesswork.
$HPIL
Armen no longer owns or controls those 51 preferred shares. Fact.
$RXMD
If you read up on how Origin Protocol works you put up your domain when you sell, so no, they aren't going to sell or otherwise lose control of those domains.
$HPIL
Understood. I'm not saying this won't work. I'm just skeptical because people have been trying for centuries to invent something like this. It has to obey the natural laws of physics.
$HPIL
Today's electric cars are already very efficient, about 95% conversion of the chemical energy stored in the batteries. to mechanical energy. The problem there is low storage capacity compared to gasoline.
$HPIL
Saw that. Guess we need more detail.
Harvesting more (or the same) energy off the drivetrain than it uses is perpetual motion, an impossibility. The energy has to come from somewhere. A gasoline engine converts stored chemical energy (fuel) into mechanical energy. It's not very efficient, about 33% conversion.
$HPIL
That's where Mr. Tutinean comes in. Mr. Brown is simply injecting cash and managing the overall joint company structure. Mr. Tutinean will do the development (work).
$HPIL
If they can develop it to the point where they can conclusively show that it works, it is literally worth billions. Pretty long shot though.
$HPIL
Can you copy & paste? They've not added it to their web site yet.
[Edit] Found it. Yes, we are in the power cell business. On the surface, it sounds like a perpetual motion machine (an impossibility) but we will have to hear more about the method of energy generation.
I'm a retired Mechanical Engineer.

I do not know the details or what outrageous demands the noteholders are making but MMG would not threaten dismissal if they could do what you suggest. Your idea is a good one but it must not be possible. JMO
$BLUU
Per OTC Markets short interest as of 5/28 was 30,800 shares. Insignificant. Short volume means nothing as most of it is covered within minutes. Just part of how the MMs do business.
$HPIL
I don't have PM. Depends on how it comes out. If dismissed, yes. If closed, no.
$BLUU
Similar play. Debtor-in-possession going through Chapter11 bankruptcy to clean up the shell. MMG owns 66% of the controlling preferred block and, as mentioned, Intersection Capital owns the remaining 33%. They will buy to rest from MMG when it comes out of BK. Flitways Technology (FTWS) is the lead case and includes Tiger Reef (TGRR) along with BLUU. Many of us have been calling them the Three Amigos. Federal Court, Florida Southern Region.
$BLUU
It's not the individual flippers that are a problem, it's the organized groups manipulating the SP that are an issue.
$HPIL
Dream on buddy. I'll be buying a sh*t load before 2s hit. GLTU
$RXMD
I am also very impressed. We fell into an incredibly lucky investment.
$HPIL
Yes, both are correct. There is $110k that is still to be satisfied per a Court judgement.
I also agree. JMO but I think they had several options. The most promising recently fell through so now rev up option two. But it won't be done by the end of June.
$RXMD
It will pass again. Particularly if they narrow down the ratio this time. The 1 for 300 was what gave folks fits the last time. Currently we would need 1 for 100 to meet their $5.00 goal. News would drop that considerably. JMO
$RXMD
Agree completely.
