i believe many would jump in at the announcment of a reputable auditing firm that could be checked and verified that they were hired for the Q3 and for all futire quarters

right now we are making a a 1,000,000 a month or so.....great growth, but that is the rough average. the market cap is at 9,439,500.

that is a fair market cap for a non reporting company with non audited numbers and revenues as reported....

now many of us believe that jeff has a lot more up his sleeve which i do......but we are not getting any more money until he proves those things....buyers will flock to KMAG when jeff proves what he has......and all of us who were willing to invest in early and thereofre took more risk will make out HUGE and those that did not will chase.....

i believe we are good here......but your only worth what you can show.....and jeffs show is about to start...adn when it does we will not stay here.....especially if slides back the curtain the entire way in a timely manner which its totally up to him but best for the stock .keep in mind this is no pump and dump as these are real events generating real revenue...so no reason to retrace!

there is no MM sitting at a desk holding us here.....maybe somone is trying to accumulate some ...but they are not getting much here.......this is sitting here tight waiting for news......we spike when we get it.....and how high we go depends on the timeline that JR sets...

i agree that we are in a holding pattern until news.....and yes if the news is not followed up with more news of progress and new revenues....we will stand flat again a the new PPS or maybe retrace some if people want to take profits off the high.....

that is why jeff needs to keep hitting us with the thngs that he has....this week buyback and Q2......maybe next week the august fins report.......then maybe the auditor a week or so later.....
then maybe we start to get Pr's of new contracts.....

if we do..... we fly.........if we get a variation of it.... we fly.......

if it is just information on revs' and buyback....we spike.....but we dont fly.....

either way we are good....but one is much better than the other....

selling on the spike imo opinion would be beyond foolish as i think jeff will keep giving us new things....adn the run will sustain for over a few months.....and maybe a year or better.....

people will see the value in 2 to 3 months worth .30-.50 IF jeff rolls out what he has .........and then at that time it wil be reevaluated based on any new contracts jeff has gotten which could add up to double that.......

but hat will be based on contracts.....

i feel that when jeff rolls out what he has and has been working on .40 here we come

i respectfully disagree with you....although your assesment is true of many already knowing the the appoximate news that is coming.....here is why it is so big...

1)many people dont know about kmag or just feel it is to risky to look into it to deep

2)rumors and emails fly....and much of it is not verifiable. If the Q2 comes out with a big buyback # it means jeff delivers on what he says on a whole new level....when people say "jeff has large contracts looming" people will believe it is coming bc jeff said it......


this is the big part where jeff starts delivering on what he has said..... i have no doubt he will but others are well others....

that will be HUGE

this post does not get enough play......we are in a great sector set for some crazy growth

i believe the Q2 will not be audited it was only reviewed for a starting place for the auditors to begin so they can audit the Q3 which will be audited....

will they go back at a later date and audit the Q2 and the Q1 so that the fiscal year can be declared as audited.....or can they audit the fiscal year with a disclaimer.....i doubt it..

but what i know is the Q3 will be audited and that is a monumental step towards validating all of our new revenue and towards up listing

big things are going to start happening here...

oh yea we are golden here....just the fact that everything moving forward will be audited and the revenue is there assures this PPS will only go up....

you dont have increasing revenues that are audited and stay at these levels.....

and that doesnt include the buyback info and large looming contracts....

i could not be more comfortable right now......

this stock will make many rich....many wont just bc they will sell way too soon

sometimes people try to make it more complicated than it is.....

has signed new large contracts that are just waiting to be announced..no names but big! planning that there are 3 large ones in the wings...this is huge!!!! huge!!!!

i have more tidbits that i think are a part of this plan but i will keep those to myself here

we are in an RFId sector that is going to blow up over the next 2-5 yrs and are patents re poised to make us a lot of money.....

jeff will up list as soon as he is able and the auditor and the buyback and the new contracts will help get us there easily

as soon as the new contracts hit this stock will be worth .85 cents easy....and most likely well into dollar land.....hold for real money otherwise sell at .10 shortly....that is the decision you will need to be making.......there will no more of this dumb talk of a PR dates.....and i cant wait

i believe you will find out that when the specific news comes it will basically be the same pr with similar numbers....just a name of a contract .......i am reading between the lines there among other things ;) but i really believe we will be able to look back and say yup that was speaking about this customer

how does a chart prepare for a buyback or a new contract or multiple contracts...or an auditor being hired proving all the numbers are legit...how does one look at a chart and see that coming down the road....
