valimed studies worthless
The valimed system in the study from 2008 is no where to be found available to a potential buyer, as the cdex web site makes no mention of it
.
You can say one thing about that system , at least it passed some kind of examination. The g4 prop has seen no independent testing that anyone is aware of.
Potenial buyer of the valimed CCT will not find it on the cdex web site.
You seem to have all the supposed info on the valimed CCT, how much is it?
Investors will find that the last report on the web site doesn't mention the valimed CCT.
http://cdex-inc.com/investors/company-overview/
click here at the bottom of the page.
cdex ceo is running cdex like the real estate business that busted....Same Savvy.
You don't really believe that the prop is a real product do you?
Yep bumfield is so important that he had to get a job with cdex after he went bankrupt in California. Then he filed cdex into bankruptcy.
Captwow has never had a clue of what is really going on at cdex. No clue about what their real business plan is even though most all other investors figured it out long ago.
Gee why don't you get Mr. Savvy to make a video and post it on the web site. Then you could show all the boys on the payroll Terrell, Stevenson, poteet altogether, slobbering all over the g4 prop. Or is there some problem with the web site? No money to fix it?
I have a real education way beyond the GED of the boss.
Yes money helps people really talk up a supposed product. Of course smart people would take what these paid folks said with some salt knowing that the speaker is on the take and has an agenda.
You call Philips or email him, ask jeffy for the email, then post what he has to say about bumfield and Stevenson here.
Yes, you seem to see lies every where and from anyone who disagrees with you.
CDEX Inc valimed CCT no longer available according to the cdex stale web site. So all those news articles about the valimed are totally out of date and meaningless. Re posting the out of date info over and over just clogs up the discussion board, which is probably what cdex supporters are hoping for. Don't let any potential investor know that the valimed is no longer available and is gone for a reason. Could it be that something went wrong with the machine?
See for yourself:
http://cdex-inc.com/
cdex meth gun a failure for investors
I'm not implying anything. Was Ryles with poteet and the others at the arbitration. Sure he was. Was McCommon working hand in hand with the guy that hired him, Malcolm Philips? Sure he was. So was your CFO part of the problem? Yep. So what does he know that bumfield had to keep him on the books?
cdex going to another show will really do it!
I could care less about bumfield except that he is part of the problem at cdex. Untruths as some call them are all these people are about. The g4 isn't an advancement, it's a clone.
Stevenson joined cdex and Terrell joined cdex, so what. Are these folks compensated? Why did Terrell finance the bankruptcy? What is Terrell's connection with R. Stewart? Has Stevenson meet with MP?
Uv lamps have been doing that kinda work longer than cdex has been around. The Ramen machine is nothing new.
Chatting with you does nothing for anyone because you are constantly confused. Your posts for the last 12 or so years prove that you don't have a clue. You call bumfield, see if he will speak truthfully. Good luck.
Here is the required link to something cdex-y so I won't be off topic. This is another example of another failed cdex product. The clown pocket id2.

Jeffy Bumfield Enterprises, Inc. was a Articles of Incorporation created in the State of California and filed on Friday, June 02, 2000. This corporation is no longer active according to documents filed with California Secretary of State. You seem to have spent a little to much time in sensitivity training. I'm more goal oriented and would rather relax after the exsanguination is complete. The words of the patent are just that. I see nothing more than a borrowed Ramen machine in a black box. How do you feel about these people and their record as concerns the 35 million gone, a bankruptcy that put some small retailers out of business and sent workers home without owed pay checks? Or what about bumfield and his record of bankruptcy and the businesses that were destroyed? Have you taken a look at the salary claims of these people as relates to the size of this so called "company"? This is nothing more than the same ole cdex that was.
cdex team turns bulb
Inventor CEO jeffy bumfield, is that like inventor Malcolm Philips. Can you find out from your coworkers at cdex if bumfield is a drop out who earned his GED? My guest is Mr Savvy would have a hard time with a light bulb replacement. Oh, and while you are conferring with the fab five could you find out about if 2013 is the year? I seem to remember a post or two that you said this was it. So little time left.
cdex SCAM goes on

First, what proof do you offer that cdex and the sponges built 10 CCT's?
The ID2's built, where are they now?
What proof do you have that there are g4 contracts?
The g4 contracts news is under the heading of "Management's Discussion and Analysis" Which is their take on how they want you to see them. So just in case you're a little dull as some here have demonstrated. There is a "Cautionary Note" If that doesn't clue you in then they come out in the last paragraph and tell you that it is their "expections". Read's something like this....
ITEM 2. Management's Discussion and Analysis of Financial Condition and Results of Operation
Our discussion and analysis of the financial condition and results of operations should be read in conjunction with the unaudited consolidated financial statements and the related disclosures included elsewhere herein and in Management's Discussion and Analysis of Financial Condition and Results of Operations included as part of our Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended October 31, 2012.

OVERVIEW
CDEX Inc. ("CDEX," "we," "us," "our" or the "Company") is a technology development company incorporated in the State of Nevada on July 6, 2001 with a corporate office and research and development facility in Tucson, Arizona. Our Class A common stock is currently being traded on the OTCBB under the symbol "CDEX.OB." Our long term strategic plans focus on applying our patented and patents pending chemical detection technologies to develop products in various markets including the healthcare, security and brand protection markets, as addressed below:
1. Healthcare - Validation of medications, training and quality assurance (e.g., validation of prescription and compounded medications to provide for patient safety, training of medical staff regarding compounding practices and detection of the diversion of narcotics and controlled substances);
The Company is also exploring unique opportunities in select markets verticals where its proprietary technology may provide low cost/realtime solutions to a growing concern such as conducting urine, blood and saliva analysis for detecting illegal drugs and performance enhancement substances. Virtually all CDEX product development has been based on applying the same underlying technologies. CDEX anticipates developing and/or acquiring other technologies in the future through partnering and investment. However, unless and until such time as we acquire or develop other technology assets, all of the Company's revenues will come from products developed from our current suite of patents and patents pending technologies, or through licensing arrangements with companies with related intellectual property.
Our Technology
Our research and development efforts have centered on, but are not limited to, the use of excitation energy sources and patented/patents pending processing technology for substance verification, authentication and identification. When certain substances are exposed to excitation energy the substances produce photons at specific wavelengths that form unique spectral fingerprints, which can be used as signatures to validate and authenticate the substances.
CDEX creates reference signatures of substances of interest, such as selected narcotics, explosive compounds and medicines. CDEX software validates a substance of interest by comparing its signature against the known reference signature of the substance of interest.
The CDEX advantage is that substances of interest are tested at the base levels and their signatures are compared to the known signatures of the substance of interest. This provides rapid validation and authentication that the substance is genuine. CDEX technology is not centered on packaging schemes such as holograms, inks, ingredient taggants or Radio Frequency Identification (or RFID) tags, all of which can be defeated by determined counterfeiters.
Products
We are currently focusing our resources on marketing and improving real-time (within seconds) chemical detection products using proprietary, patented and patents pending technologies.
Regarding the ValiMed G4 system, for the year 2013 we will primarily be focusing on expanding our signature library, the delivery of machines that are currently under contract, finalizing new contracts that are in our pipeline, and developing the capability to provide analysis of oncology drugs, and begin research in the area of Total Parenteral Nutrition ("TPN") capability. Furthermore, we expect to continue the marketing our ValiMed system with an expanded footprint in trade magazines, as well as increased attendance at trade shows, such as?Midyear American Society of Health-System Pharmacists ("ASHP"), Summer ASHP, and the Spring & Fall Health Connect Partners Reverse Expo's.
Regarding our Security division, our focus for 2013 will be to build up our ID2 Meth Scanner inventory, so we can accommodate the increasing demand in both foreign and domestic markets. We expect to start building a network of Independent Sales Agents that are strategically located throughout the fifty states, as well as some foreign markets. We hope to attend various trade shows for home inspection, and corrections markets, and start working on the final form of our Narcolizer. The Narcolizer is a portable instrument that will provide law enforcement, Border Patrol, Customs, corrections facilities and TSA with the ability to analyze liquids, and powders for the presence of illicit drugs.
The Company continues to explore unique opportunities where its proprietary technology may provide low cost/real time solutions to growing security or liability concerns such as conducting urine, blood and saliva analysis for detecting illegal drugs and performance enhancement substances in the work place or sporting environment.

cdex valimed failure
If the early valimed's were so great why aren't they still available? If they were such a key component in the modern pharmacy why didn't thousands sell?
I think you need to call your buddies over at cdex and ask them for the truth about why the valimed's are not available.
Come on , all you do is post the old stuff from back when the place was really working. The old cdex had doctors, chemists, mathematicians, people experienced in compounding drugs, engineers, sales reps and a staff of legal folks. Now there are five, two workers, two sponges and the CFO.
What went wrong with valimed that it was returned?. What made them part it out and sell it on Ebay? Why hasn't any more praise been written by the good doctors you tout concerning the older valimed?
poteet part of cdex failure
in the past and will be part of it's failure in the future. The bigger failure will be bumfield as if he is not already a big failure (two bankruptcies to his credit). Which cdex product can you speak of that poteet was involved with is a success?
Did poteet get part of the 35 million that disappeared ? Did his kids get part of it? Is bumfield's special needs a job child getting part of the sucker monies now? Of course. So little time left....
poteet never knew? Sure.
That's your story and I'm betting you weren't there.
cdex past history 35 million dollars GONE!
poteet has significant experience with Loch, and cdex. 35 million lost with cdex while poteet is at cdex and it goes on. He may know NQR, but is that helping with the rebuild of his toyota? Does success building telescopes translate into higher share prices at cdex? Is there one product by poteet at cdex that is a success? Did poteet work hand in hand with M. Philips?
Prop g4 integrates with wall socket only.

g4 integrates with the wall socket and that's it!

Who ya gonna call....
jeffy and the boy are probable on vacation at the HCP expo.
McCommon is probable really busy with that five person payroll and working on getting the next SEC report ready so it will be on time (difference in a so-so company and the new cdex).
The team might be there if the work on the Toyota is done. This time of day for the team may be nappy time for the two septuagenarians. So like I said who ya gonna call?
cdex pays to play
cdex product disconnect
cdex speed dating
Wonder how the speed dating is going at the HCP expo. You gotta wonder why IT directors would be interested in the prop g4. Anyway all cdex has to do is read the g4 patent to them in the five minutes they have with each director and voila!
bumfield could also tell'em what a great team cdex has in it's two man work force. If there is any time left he could relate the history of the company and it's long list of successful products (don't forget to mention the BK, jeffy, no I mean cdex's BK not yours, you can tell'em about that one latter ). Tell'em how if they go to investors hub they can read first hand about cdex being called a SCAM.
We should be hearing all about the success next week. Things like how many secret contracts and pipeline stuff is in the works.

G4 best compared to bovine output
If there is anything that should be expected out of the likes of the cdex team it is bovine scat. For the past 13 years that is all investors have seen come out of the so called Lab in Tucson. Of course we can expect more of the same because trying to distance the current crew from the past crew at cdex just doesn't work.
Three of the five total employees are from MP's team, period.
That would be poteet who is the center of this, Starzinger, and McCommon. The only two on the list that aren't part of the cdex team from the past are bumfield and his special needs a job kid. If you count bumfield being part of MP's cash line then yeah bumfield counts as being part of the past cdex.
Oh and that name Stratton was a past employee, part of the arbitration. You might wonder how does one of bumfield's business partners kids get a job at cdex under MP? Sounds to me like there was some quid pro quo going on in the past. Of course that's all several bankruptcies in the past hey jeffy.
cdex scores a big one at HCP!
Yep that was the news that wasn't. Sound the trumpets and line the post with endless references to past statements about what was to be.
Relax though this time, the umpteenth time, is the big one! bumfield is there working his savvy magic.
His experience to get someone back to the hotel room for a look see at his g4 is said to be, well just ask the PP investors who have been there and done that.
Hope he can break free for some "simple facts" and "LOL's" during the show to let us all know how many contracts went into the pipe line so to speak.
Here is a sample of what we can expect.....

From the way back machine
Here is one from captwow asking a poster what they missed in the SEC filings of cdex. Sounds very familiar to what is being posted by now. Strangely the poster has being telling other posters to "relax" for years. Those other posters however were busy warning investors about what was and is wrong with this whole cdex scheme. Most if not all pulled the plug on this rotten investment years ago, took their loses and accepted that they were fooled by the people who run this SCAM.
post 2359 from 07/11/06.... SSDD
Read CDEX SEC filings
When you write: "But does CDEx ever have any PRODUCTS that will sell and generate significant revenues?" one wonders if this was missed.... especially interesting with the initial production run being completed just prior to quarter end, and the year end being October I think...
http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1173738/000121465906001274/d61261f10q.txt
In April 2006, CDEX management and staff successfully completed the
implementation of the initial production plan for ValiMed(TM) and shipped its
first ValiMed(TM) production units to Baxa Corporation. In so doing, the company
was able to record its highest quarterly revenue and gross profit margin in the
history of the company. The ValiMed(TM) units were shipped using Baxa colors and
logos, and a ValiMed(TM) logo.
ValiMed(TM) represents the first product that has been placed into production in
the company's history. CDEX has on-going contracts with Mastek-Innerstep, Inc.
and Schnipke Southwest; Tucson, AZ based contract manufacturers, to manufacture
the ValiMed(TM) units and the CDEX proprietary cuvettes, respectively.
As part of the company's ongoing research and development efforts, CDEX
continues to build its medication and drug signature library using the new
proprietary cuvettes. To date, a total of fifty-three (53) signatures have been
added to the signature library. CDEX met its contractual obligation to Baxa to
ship the ValiMed(TM) units with a minimum of 30 medication/drug signatures
9
<PAGE>
All ValiMed production units are shipped with the TUV mark indicating that
ValiMed(TM) meets the electrical safety, electromagnetic interference (EMI), and
electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) test requirements for products sold in the
USA, Canada, and the European Union. In addition, ValiMed(TM) has also been
tested to the TUV CB Scheme which opens opportunities to market and sell ValiMed
in countries other than the USA and Canada.
CDEX management expects all of its end-user customers to be eventually
transitioned to Baxa in order to provide them with proper on-going field support
and customer service. This is required because CDEX does not have the necessary
service support infrastructure that is required to provide on-going customer
service and support over a large geographical area, such as the USA and Canada.
CDEX has entered into discussions with companies outside the USA who have shown
an interest in representing CDEX as its ValiMed(TM) distributor in Japan, UK and
Ireland, Benelux region, Germany, and the Middle-East. While these companies may
represent significant distribution opportunities for ValiMed(TM), CDEX
management cannot guarantee that it will be able to close a distribution
agreement with any of the companies in these markets. However, it is the intent
of CDEX management to begin setting up international distribution for
ValiMed(TM) before the end of calendar year 2006.
The gross margin from the initial ValiMed(TM) production units was greater than
52% for the three month period ended April 30, 2006, but below our forecasted
gross margin target of 60%. The shortfall was due in part to higher than
expected costs due to general inefficiencies associated with setting up a
contract manufacturer for the first time. While lower than expected, achieving a
gross margin in excess of 50% on the initial production run of the ValiMed(TM)
product line is viewed as a significant accomplishment. CDEX management expects
the gross margin on the ValiMed(TM) product line to trend higher as the company
and its contract manufacturers come up the learning curve and become more
efficient in the production process on future production runs.
ValiMed(TM) has transitioned from a beta-test product in to a full-scale
production product. Year-on-year revenues are up significantly in 2006, as
compared to the three and six month periods of 2005. Management does not expect
the revenues from ValiMed(TM) to grow in a linear or predictable manner due to
the fact that ValiMed(TM) is a new product that has just been introduced into
the market. It is more likely that revenues will be "lumpy" over the next
several quarters; with some quarters up and some down. This will continue into
the foreseeable future until we have more fully developed our distribution and
sales channels and are better able to more precisely predict in which quarters
sales will fall. Potential sales for ValiMed(TM) are expected to be in the range
of $1.2 to $1.5 million during fiscal year 2006. This sales forecast is based on
the minimum sales targets that Baxa must achieve in order to maintain its
exclusivity with CDEX, additional ValiMed(TM) sales that CDEX may achieve in
markets outside the USA and Canada, additional cuvettes sales for ValiMed(TM),
and service support agreements. CDEX believes that ValiMed(TM) could become a
significant product portfolio for the company, but management does not guarantee
that the sales projections put forth herein will be realized.

CDEX, Inc.
OTCBB: CEXI
Sector: Technology
Interview With:
James O. Griffin
President & Chief Executive Officer, Director and Secretary
Dated June 21, 2006
Valimed – we successfully had the product tested and it has been certified for use both for sale and use in the US, Canada, and the European Union markets, as well as 40 additional international countries.
3rd most significant achievement = declaration it is the company’s intent to stand up international distribution for ValiMed before the end of calendar year 2006. We’re currently looking at companies in Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.
The last significant point - We are expecting to enter into a 90-day field pilot-test program for our Meth Gun product with the State of Missouri Highway Patrol and we expect that to commence sometime in the late summer 2006, and that is subject to the approval of the GOVENOR.
We are looking at a potential product portfolio value over the next 5 years that could reach as high as $200 million dollars and of course CDEX cannot guarantee that the potential would be realized because a lot of things that are not under our direct control need to happen, and they need to happen in the right order in order to achieve this potential. Most notably, the company must be successful in its current fund raising efforts – to raise capital either through equity or debt financing in order to raise the working capital needed to keep moving forward. But the ValiMed product is extremely exciting. It is a simple product to use.

Early Spy photos from the HCP expo hall
supposedly show a cdex rep seen walking at HCP reverse expo with g4 strapped to his back. The photo clearly shows the detailed cobbling of used and borrowed parts that appear to make up the still in progress thingee. HCP show officials reportedly will ask anyone who brings their doohickeys to the floor to remove them. Many reps are taking advantage of the parking lot to hawk their stuff from the trunks of cars.

About Reverse Expo
Our conferences feature our signature Reverse EXPO format which allows the providers to man the exhibit booths while the suppliers walk the floor. This unique structure creates the optimum environment for you to network and build relationships with key decision makers from each participating facility. It also maximizes your time – no waiting around the exhibit hall for providers to visit between sessions – and financial investment – no cost to ship an exhibit system or rent amenities.

cdex stock watchers
All four stock holders reportedly are reading this board. Some even post comments. Most cdex stock watchers continue to ask questions of the cdex "point men" . Answers range from web site references from as far back as 2000 or to your truth is not my truth. Newer references from around 2005-2008 are definitely favored. Info from 2010 on seem to be lacking due to, well , there being no info, except from the bankruptcy. Most take heart in references about unnamed entities and "expectations" oh and the highly informative reports of "attending" some show somewhere (results to come, of course). Some really love the deep research, grasping at anything even remotely close to proving that the dream is just around the next product development. So read on. GO CDEX!!!!
Test results on the no longer available valimed touted as proof that cdex was once almost there, but then went bankrupt. Test results that pundits tout as clear evidence that the meth gun works, that the g4 will one day fly, when the wings are installed., clear evidence that another ASHP show will cause an avalanche of interest, next years show will really do it! Remember these results are from the valimed machines that couldn't be sold by Baxa, that were returned to cdex. Why was Baxa and cdex unable to sell these machines?
Was there a problem with the machines? Was there ever a demand for the machines? Are these machines still available or are they in the landfil ?

Abstract
PURPOSE:
The sensitivity and specificity of enhanced photoemission spectroscopy (EPS) for performing an automated final check of compounded i.v. admixtures at a pediatric hospital pharmacy were studied.
METHODS:
A tabletop EPS device was used to test samples of seven high-risk drug-diluent combinations compounded in the pharmacy; the drugs were vancomycin, lorazepam, morphine, insulin, hydromorphone, gentamicin, and epinephrine. Ten sets of samples were prepared for each drug. Typically, a sample set consisted of dilutions ranging from 10-fold above to 10-fold below the targeted concentration. Testing was performed twice weekly between November 2005 and March 2006.
RESULTS:
The EPS device detected errors departing from the targeted concentration by 20% or more with a sensitivity of at least 95%. Specificity in distinguishing among test medications at targeted concentrations was 100%. The percentage of passing samples with intermediate concentrations varied among the drugs.
CONCLUSION:
A tabletop EPS device demonstrated acceptable sensitivity and specificity for validating the identity and concentrations of selected high-risk i.v. medications compounded for pediatric patients. The device may help prevent clinically important medication errors caused by inaccurate compounding.

No answers cdex
Questions from the freeway!
Worth repeating:
No mention of cdex in PPMI?
Is there no mention of cdex junk in the PPMI?
What happened to the valimed that it was withdrawn from production and junked?
What went wrong with the valimed that lead to it's return from a leading medical device supplier who was unable to sell even one?
Why haven't more pharmacies bought and used the valimed?
How can references to the early failed models of the valimed be used to float the prop g4?
Why is the CCT model valimed not available on the stale cdex web site?
Why replace a supposed successful model of the valimed and not continue to sell it?
Why did the CCT valimed disappear as part of the product line of cdex right after bumfield took over?
Is the new cdex "team" unable to do what the old team did as concerns the valimed?
Are the five total employees at cdex, one CEO, one CFO, one relative of the CEO, and two "team members" unable to maintain or sustain the early valimed models?
With few hospitals still using the valimed CCT why isn't the model CCT shown at the dog and pony shows as an example of cdex success?
Is the valimed really still in use anywhere?
Will another ASHP show finally make cdex profitable?
Just because the valimed CCT is mentioned in an SEC filing as bringing in monies, does that mean that the device is still available?
Does a long list of attendees at an ASHP show mean that cdex is center stage or does it mean that cdex is just another small booth near the concessions competing with the funnel cakes?
Will cdex tell it's investors how many contracts for the g4 have been made?
cdex dream g4 just around the next bonus or bailout.
I can't I'm on the freeway.
Use one hand...
Ripley's believe it or not...
Whatever,
The Pharmacy Practice Model Initiative doesn't mention valimed, cdex or the g4.
Probable for a reason. The model may fit in your dreams for the g4 and cdex, but the for some reason cdex and the g4 doesn't fit into the model.
Can't you get ole Stevenson to address that? I know, call bumfield or poteet and have them authorize another share dump on the board of directors then maybe we'll see.
