You posters are all a great bunch of people and I hope and trust we are all amply rewarded for our long patience with SNRY.

Thanks for all the tips and swing trade opportunities brought to the board this past year. Mods, you do a great job, here.
Congrats to the JBII faithful who had sense enough to believe their own research - hope it skyrockets in 2012.

I am anxious that early 2012 brings us good news, a conference with Howard Phykitt and an end to the downward weight which is sitting on PHAR holding it down.

I'm looking forward to a very strong 2012 and a busy season for MEEC, as they produce and install their technology and make this world a cleaner and more healthy place to live.

Here's hoping that 2012 brings a good, subtantive CC with commercialization news and more progress toward better spider silk for KBLB and all its shareholders.

SLOB, I would like you to consider a few things from another point of view.
1. You have been the most consistent individual who has backed up everything they have encouraged other people to do - buy on the ask. No hypocrisy, for sure. I respect that. We are just at opposite ends of the spectrum. I think that unless someone buys 15-20M at the bid, the selling will continue to drive the pps down. From my point of view, the seller is at fault, not the people buying. I look at the bid support as someone attempting to put their finger in the dyke before it bursts. It may not work, but imagine if no bid support was ever there, the seller(s) would have already driven this into the triple zeroes.
2. I can't speak for COMMON CENTS or NADLENDA and haven't even spoken to them privately about this (I was out of town when they resigned) - but, to tell you the truth, many times a company's pps starts going this bad, the mods are held up for ridicule; as though we had something to do with it. I've seen it happen on boards before and it can get pretty ugly. Hopefully, I can weather through this bad season and not let it affect me. The job of a mod is not to promote the stock but to enforce the TOS as fairly as possible. It's just that most of us here happen to be FOR the company instead of AGAINST it.
3. I, for one, also don't appreciate the off-handed way some posters will tell someone to quit whining...I wonder how they may react when they are down 80% or more, too. I hate to see good folks lose money at any time for any reason. I do understand that we are all big boys and girls and responsible only for ourselves. It still doesn't help people feel better when so many are down by so much.
4. As far as shorting most penny stocks, just for information purposes I asked my broker. I would need $2.50 in my account for each share I would short - in addition to the trade fee and the percentage they would charge on the total principal of the trade. On top of that, I need a $25k amount in my account to short ANY stock. I have shorted big board stocks - but I have never shorted a penny stock. I don't claim that it is not profitable, I simply think it is too expensive to do it to begin with. If someone has a lot of money, they could do it and make even more money - but it takes a huge outlay to short penny stocks to begin with.
5. I see the simplest solutions as usually the most correct ones. I still think some entity has a few million shares they want to dump. YOU would wait until the pps was higher. I would wait until the pps was higher. Most people would wait until the pps goes higher. It is quite apparent that the individual(s) who hold these share WILL NOT WAIT for some reason. They are driving the price down because they/he does not care. MAYBE - just MAYBE - they are trying to tank the company so Howard can't continue...
6. I hated the share count from the beginning and didn't trust it. By the way, I have only noticed a couple posters admitting that they sold - at least they were honest and posted it. They could have pretended to still be in; so I appreciate their willingness to be open about that.
Good Night.
Merry Christmas

Well, you finally have come to the point that I was when you were chastising me.
The pps WILL NOT BE RISING UNTIL THE SELLING IS DONE. Unless we could get people to buy 10,15 or 25M at the ask, pps is going down until selling dries up.
Don't blame the buyers, blame the sellers.
Howard says the company is not selling and I believe him. It is consistent with all the posts and CC early in spring.
The float was LISTED as 12M at first and CHANGED to 92M. That is the reason for the filing in May, to make the float OFFICIALLY 92M.
In retrospect, I wish I would not have bought then and would have realized that I should expect more shares to come into the float. Hindsight is always 20/20.
Personally, I believe Howard did not think those shareholders would sell like they have, either. Can't prove it, just trying to give him the benefit of the doubt.
All The Best
Merry Christmas to All Here
AGAIN, the R/S DOES NOT TAKE EFFECT UNTIL THE END OF JANUARY.
I expect the R/M to be long before that takes effect.
So, it's all just a moot point anyway.
Well, first I mis-typed and .02 was the highest I thought we could get, maybe a spike to .03 - but not a close. Of course, this is only my guess. with 700M shares (if most chose to sell into the run) it could bog down and not even have reached .01!
My exit point has changed 5 times since I have bought in June. Each time more shares got added, through employees, services, etc., my exit point has been moved lower.
I have never been in a stock which announced a R/S BEFORE the R/S, so I have absolutely no idea what to expect.
Let me ask you, how many shares do you think would trade for the next 3 days after the R/M was announced?
Man, that is way too hard of a call. We don't even know who is coming in here, what they plan on doing, or how they intend on operating.
If you are basically at .40 PRE-SPLIT, you have a very high overhead to try to overcome, no matter what. A strong company and you may get out at a profit, who knows?
One thing which we need to keep in mind here in lieu of the R/S.
If every share of the company was in the float, we now have a float of 7 MILLION shares.
I KNOW that .12 per share is higher than .0012 - but there is no guarantee that it will stay at .12 before the R/M is announced.
Regardless of the pps, I think 7M shares will move much quicker than 700M.
For those planning on exiting at least a portion of their shares post R/M announcement - this IS good news.
All The Best
I doubt very much that it would stay SNRY - but ANYTHING is always a possibility. When trading in these companies, you never know. I don't think they will stay SRNY for a few reasons:
1. They announced in a filing they were looking at financial restructuring.
2. Almost all their officers are gone
3. They don't even really have a headquarters anymore
4. They didn't keep their telephone active
But, you never know.
So, you are in at .0012?
Not many of us here are. I am averaged at .0038 all together because I haven't bought any more while we have been waiting.
I am simply guessing. I don't know if a higher pps will bring more eyes to the R/M than a sub-penny would?
MYYEAR, I can't 'sugar-coat' this for you to enjoy. You bought shares in a stock which have fallen considerably over the course of time. Not many good scenarios for you.
To all who have purchased since the pps has been very low, it doesn't matter and shouldn't matter too much.
I will give you one example out of a few that I have been involved in - here is the most recent.
In June, a company R/M into CHYU and the pps went from sub-penny to over .03 in a couple days. I only heard about it AFTER the R/S. I totally averaged in right around .018.
They have since changed their name & ticker to MEEC and have gone through a 1:110 R/S and instantly my shares were worth around 2.10 - just I had less of them. Same $$ amount, just less shares. They went to 4.87, have stayed around 3.30 and is right now at 3.00. All this before they have even really started revenues - so based on share structure ONLY right now, I am up over 60%.
In 2012, they are going to go huge. They have a super company with phenomenal leadership. For 6 months, they have worked all according to a plan and I just sat and watched it unfold.
SNRY is NOT a PK, but a QB. PK's bring their announcement AFTER or ON THE DAY they do a R/S (usually a 1:2500 or 1:1500, not 1:100). QB's will announce it 30 trading days in advance.
After the R/M, I actually think whoever comes in will do a forward split or create new shares to raise their money. This bookkeeping is far from over.
If the new company is a strong company - no worries. If it stays SNRY, we are ALL in trouble.
All The Best
Time will tell - no one could say for certain right now.
You may be right, I just don't think so.
All The Best
No, I'm not at all. 1 for 100 is not a problem, it is setting up for a solid, strong company.
The scam companies do a 1:2500 or other some such terrible splits. THAT'S almost criminal, if you ask me.
More often than not, many solid companies which R/M into OTC companies wind up doing a R/S around that size, anyway.
I can't lie and say I expected it BEFORE the R/M, but I DID expect it in a couple months AFTER the R/M.
It may actually help the pps go higher (exponentially) when the R/M is announced. I would have estimated that .0012 pps would go to .02, probably not .03 because of the market and time of year when the R/M was announced if it was a strong company.
I can see a .12 pps going over .50, if it is a strong company - so we may be in better shape money-wise.
The most encouraging about this is that it certainly does seem to set up for the Super 8 to come out soon!

From the 8-K out in October
http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1421665/000101968711003241/solarenergy_8k.htm
Asher Enterprises are toxic financers; they always change the rates to improve their own position. These guys got millions of shares, we sort of did the math back in October:
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=68190961
81M shares or even more. Now, they only have 8M.
Yes, I am hoping the 12/31 deadline is actually in effect now that they are doing all the background work to prepare for the announcement.
I DO think we will know who the new company is long before the R/S takes effect.
MEEC did this same thing beginning in June and they are a HUGE, valid company that is now operating like a big board stock now, just getting ready for volume in 2012 to send it soaring.
All The Best
Hey, I surely will. I am in each of those companies, too and think there is some great upside!
All The Best

All The Best
No, I did not expect it BEFORE the new company came in, but I did expect it AFTER the company came in.
Asher totally messed up all the plans with them receiving all those millions of shares.
R/S are never enjoyable - but they certainly are NOT the 'kiss of death' to a stock. It IS a problem when the company ONLY is in the business of selling shares. If SNRY came out with this (without looking for new 'acquisitions' = R/M) I would agree.
I think all they are doing here is getting ready for the new company to move into a more attractive and a more functional share structure.

SPIN
.92 x 1.10
Well, then, too bad for me.
I had set aside some $$ to throw down the second I heard the Super 8 was filed - just "bonus money" to what I already have in here.
From the .001's this is a no-brainer for a ten-bagger, I think. I just didn't want to tie up any more of my funds.
All The Best
Thanks, "whatever-your-name-is-this-week!" LOL
You've been bringing some good, solid companies to the board and always have your points well-documented.
All The Best
SURFGUY, I would have to agree.
In July I hadn't noticed the selling which was going on.
No more predictions for me, I'm just cheering and rooting hard for Howard and for PHAR. I do better at reading and research than I do at prognosticating anyway.
I thought Tressell & Pryor would lead the Buckeyes to a BCS Championship this year, too! LOL
All The Best
OK, here it is. I'll 'man-up' like I said I would.
The line forms "HERE" for giving me verbal shots in the nose.
Now, there is STILL a chance that PHAR will jump up to .10 today...
Does anyone need any more predictions made for 2012?
Who will win the election...
How much gold will be...
The price of oil by summer...
Merry Christmas (and still pulling for Howard & PHAR).
All The Best
Either way, I suppose if one's income increases either the tavern keeper or the tax collector won't be far away. LOL
Plenty of DD around, no need to try to talk anyone into anything here.
Many informed posters here ready to answer any questions you have, though.
Welcome and All The Best
Yes i do carry, when XXXX says they have a deal that will bring a income and or publicans about XXXX.
Must be an Italian stock, only the Romans used publicans. I thought most individuals didn't really want the publicans to come around, though.
CHEYENNE, I am certainly not an FDA expert, but both of us have been researching on Aquaprin for quite a while.
Here's how it all SEEMS to me:
1. Because Aquaprin is listed under already existing monographs, it does not need individual approval from the FDA.
2. YES - the FDA must approve every piece of equipment, storage, packaging, sterilization and every batch produced must follow stringent Quality Control tests - this is the Current Good Manufacturing Practice Regulations (CGMP) which is referred to on PharmStar's website.
3. NO - the way I understand, the 3rd Party claims testing has nothing to do with the FDA - but the FCC, which may slap some kind of penalty on PHAR for false advertising, unless they have made a valid claims test concerning the effectiveness of Aquaprin vs. Bayer or Tylenol.
4. YES - the FDA must approve the facility, machines and product for Aquaprin to be place on the U.S. markets. HOWEVER (maybe just an idea) I do not know if the same requirements would be needed if the first batch of Aquaprin was manufactured and sold to a foreign country (as per distribution agreement?)- perhaps enabling more funding to come in to complete the purchase of building or advance to complete all required FDA regulations? Just a thought.
5. I am very anxious to hear progress on the plant and facility, myself, too.
Furthermore, Howard has been through the FDA process before and understands it very well. Yes, I do have validation for that, too.
All The Best
Sure it's negative, friend, when you can make statements that are undocumented, unsubstantiated and untrue.
However, at this festive time of the year, we feel pity - not anger - toward those who snort, "Bah, Humbug," toward KBLB.
All The Best
Does anyone believe this will ever toto a penny?
I don't know, ask Dorothy or the Scarecrow, maybe they can answer you.
Well, I have a tough time telling someone else what they should do with their money - but I had been waiting to take a position here until I saw the FDA approval and I'm glad I did.
OUCH. I think they need to use some DermaPACE on the pps and see how quickly it will heal! LOL
All The Best
I'm trying to remember Mr. Phykitt's explanation about FDA approval since it was so long ago. I think it was because the actual ingredients have already passed FDA approval, and FDA approved the past Aquaprin formula - before it was improved.
Their website presentation lists the following:
Respectfully, you are wrong, sir.
Aquaprin is ALREADY FDA approved.
All The Best
Yes, depending on news I may try to use this as a bounce play now. It's pretty tempting.
I am looking for the same thing. If insiders start buying, it's a great sign. If not...well, just when you think it can't get any worse...
Thanks for the well-wishes, hope you have the same.
Wow! I never looked yet today.
I think they are gearing up to do a PR 'blitz' but are going to wait until the holidays are over with.
Just a waste of time to send one at this point of the year.
These guys have a ton of experience.
Next year, I am making an appointment and going by the office and meet with these guys.
All The Best
As they expand and as their fuel is proven to be better than others - companies will line up at the door to get "green" fuel, if for no other reason than the big PR value of them burning "green" fuel for whatever their transportation costs.
Yep. I posted it.
And how do you know that I'm not loading up and laughing to myself and posting from a mental facility right now?
And I still ask myself these questions:
1. Why did I get in?
2. What supports my decision to remain or changes my decision to sell?
3. What are my realistic expectations?
4. Is the CEO remaining on target with his business plan?
5. Is the market still strong for the product?
6. What is my WRITTEN PLAN for this stock?
7. Does my plan need to be readjusted?
That's what trading is all about, to me.
Do thorough DD.
Formulate a plan.
Stick to that plan without emotions.
Constantly re-evaluate that plan as you further your DD.
That's what I have done and am doing.
I also have further posts which show I am not always right. (And my wife probably has thousands of other instances, too - but she's too kind to me to bring those up to me.)
