When it involves legal I will take the advice of my lawyer.
I am sure their legal is well aware of SEC matters. Now you will probably call CYGX legal inept too. Bush is a dope. His degree was bought and paid for. Money and power buy lots of things don't they?
If you know LW so well peace, then you certainly know more than you pretend to know.
It is you who have a hidden agenda sir/madam. That is my opinion. Good luck with your grift.
Now this is to Woody. Doubt you will get any real "insight"
into the PP/AVGI things from this board. Keep digging though.
Better yet, call CYGX or contact them by email.
Yeah, right! LOL!!!
suky, I think you're on the right side of the fence.
Sorry Woody... that last post was for Peace 2 all. Getting late....
Yes John, this has gotten deep in here. Don't blame you for taking a break......
Woody.... WRONG call!!! ->IF LW and MS were the type of managers they should be, we would hear about the lawsuits by now from these two BOZOS thru some legitimate PR regardless of its merit. <-
Dude, so if you were involved with legal you would recommend
putting a PR out to define wgat these two suits are about? Just to pacify the masses. Even IF it jepordized your clients
position???
The fact that management knows what the hub-bub is about and we don't should tell you something. If it was inconsequential
I am sure they would have PR'd by now.
And AGAIN! DO you know LW personally? Or is it just the fact that he doesn't have that piece of paper that says he has a brain like the Harvard degree Bush has that says he has a brain???? Which is it Woody????
And one more thing, how do you know it is CYGX management that is the cause of the problem and not Phenuel????
Hhhmmmmmm
Since you won't be reading my post John I won't worry what you think. Some of your post was valid and good. Some of it was charged with too much emotion. Half the time I just skim this board to see what folks are talking about and try to gleen a few nuggets here and there.
Agree that there are some new faces here, some good, most bad.
Rusty posts too much like Bubbles friend.
Also agree that the Phenuel thing sounds like posturing from an overblown ego or two.
One thing I can assure everyone, there ARE egos involved here.
Those that are presently WITH the company and those that once WERE with the company or associated with it in some manner.
I for one find it incredibly hard to believe those in charge of this venture would leave their butts hanging in the breeze, but then again I work for a listed pharma and sometimes wonder how it is that its management has its head up its butt 90% of the time. At least those in charge at CYGX didn't come from my present employer. LOL! If they did, CYGX would have been done long ago.
I will monitor this stock closely just in case the lawsuit(s)
have merit. Unlike Scooby I just can't diss what has been the hot topic on this board. Probably nothing, but one can never be 100%.
Still long,
CD_98
hogger, as far as the PP filing for suit of CYGX we do not know the particulars, however, these things often take time to resolve depending on the circumstances. Could the same be said for the Waldroff suit?
I will definitely keep my on eye on things in case they get
soured.
TIA
CD_98
I also think there are a bunch on this board that are purposely trying to scare folks into selling their shares.

Was not aware that CytoGenix had to have a permit from the FDA
for use of this topical cream on humans in a different country.
Do know that FDA regulations are in force in the United States, however, did not know their arm extended to India
and China.
I am of the opinion that this fell through due to other circumstances regarding more complicated issues because their cream IS very effective and safe. Pheneul would have just confirmed it with trials in those other countries.
I also think CytoGenix management thought it best to NOT give this cream away to these countries for minimal monetary gain. All IMHO.
CD_98
It isn't up to us to decide whether the suit has merit or not.
It is up to the courts. Another thing I find amusing about all this law suit talk is the fact that nobody knows exactly what transpired between Phenuel and CytoGenix.
Someone lights up a cigarrette and folks immediately start yelling "fire!".
Be it any suit case CytoGenix IS doing the right thing by giving a "no comment" sort of answer.
Sounds to me like bashers want the suit to have a negative effect on the price of the stock for whatever reason.
Funny that is really isn't........
Hhhhmmmmm
Maybe we should read between the lines.
CD_98
You know what I think about this law suit with Phenuel?
I think that any entity that is going after a company with no revenues and is asking for $500 million knows something.
I also think this management team was smart enough to realize they made a huge mistake.
All of this said IF there is indeed a law suit at all.
Something went wrong with the relationship between the two. that IS for sure. Just my take on what happened.
Today's PR just cements how powerful CytoGenix SSDNA tech is.
For once I think Scooby is right. Some large companies are already watching and waiting. That I can assure everyone.
CD_98
With all due respect to you Woody, but it isn't as if
LW, MS, and others are on a paid junket to Club Med.
If you have facts that you can share with this board that
they are not doing their jobs please feel free to post them.
BTW, NO inuendo or speculation needed.
Just the facts maam........
CD_98
LOL!!!!!!!!! That was a good one Sanoman!!! LOL!!!!
Go Sox!!!! EOM
hogger the CYGX test mouse???
===>The only relapses in nasal swelling and congestion have coincided with the extraordinaryly high pollen and pollution counts we get in Houston and are absolutely nothing compared to the 'old days.' None have been sufficient to warrant use of any form of nasal sprays. I can find nothing else to attribute the improvement to. In the last year there have been a couple of minor herpes breakouts on my ankles an a couple of 'itching sessions' around my waist. There has not been a full scale attack with blisters ... only a little discoloration and itching.<====
Phenuel is out, Hogger is in. )))))))))))
Paulness, hogger, and spec, wasn't looking for insider stuff.
It is NOT illegal for me to ask about Phenuel since CYGX won't be making $$$ off the deal and I am basically asking if we are still involved with them. As a shareholder I do feel I should be kept abreast of what is going on, however, it is now obvious there may be legal reasons why MS did not answer and I can understand that. His non-response did give me a hint, otherwise he could have just wrote things with Phenuel are going fine, blah blah blah.
As for financing, yes, now that could be constued as insider stuff and I would not want to spend time in CAMP HAPPY with Martha Stewart making napkin holders out of pine cones or used
toilet paper tubes.
Thanks for the concern, just thought I would pass my silence to this board, and it does not mean that I am dissappointed.
Sometimes silence is a good thing.
CD_98
To all:
I emailed Malcolm, but never got a response about Phenuel or financing.
Share price has risen lately though. Probably in a cycle.

From what I understand, pressure sores are very hard to deal with with both paralyzed bed restrained and those people with limited mobility. My mother is wheelchair bound. The tumor in
her back along her spine is the breast cancer she once had, now along her spine. She currently has a shot every month. Astrs Zeneca makes the steroid which has allowed her to regain
some movement in her legs, but she still has a very hard time walking. My father had been immobilized for about a two month period before his death. He was in a great deal of pain. Some of it was bed sore related.
Reeves and his wife should be held in high regard, and I am sure they will be. Maybe his death wasn't for nothing. Hopefully stem cell research will get back on track.
We all hang by a tiny thread in this thing we refer to as "life".
OT: Neo, Summus has finally got it going on. Nice gains within the last week or so. Glad I stayed the course.
Hope you did too.
CD_98
Just wrote Malcolm to ask about Phenuel. Will see if/what he
writes back and whether I can post anything. Even a generalization will suffice at this point.
I have a feeling they are close to financing and may not really need a "deal" with Phenuel as there are plenty
of pharma/biotechs out there that may be in better position to partner with. JMO
CD_98
neo, not that CYGX management is "greedy" so to speak, but your #2 may have hit on something. Although we may never know
the real reason unless someone corners Malcohm at the shareholders meeting, I think CYGX management may have reconsidered phase testing in India and China because those countries may have gained license to the topical for a very little money, and maybe CYGX just wasn't getting the best "deal" for the potential money they could make through other means in the future.
Do remember Malcohm saying something about that they had to watch what they do overseas as far as how things are going with studies over here, and not get too ahead of themselves.
It may have been on one of the later CEO casts.
If financing were close then maybe that is what prompted this decision with Phenuel.
Maybe this is why we now have a poster with the Phenuel
moniker if things did sour between CYGX and PP.........

Last post ACCORDANCE. (EOM)
The FDA sometimes accepts the data, fine, we already know that funnel. They generally like to have verification/validation studies done under their watchful eye to make sure everything is on the level. Dig?
What the FDA will not do is approve a drug for use in this country if it has not passed the FDA mustard in accoedance with what THEY want. Comprende?

Doesn't mean he is a bad CFO either. Some people have enough degrees to make a roll of toilet paper, and in a few of those cases it might be better that they use their degrees as such because when it comes to practical use book smarts mean nothing.
Have seen people with high school degrees but years of experience run circles around people with "higher education"
credentials. So in a nut shell, it doesn't always come down to a degree. Your comments are baseless and slanderous.
Unless you can prove otherwise I would stick a cork in it for now funnel purr suits.

Thalidomide
History of Birth Defects
In Europe and Canada during the early 1960s, thalidomide was prescribed to treat morning sickness in pregnant women. At that time, it was not approved in the United States because Dr. Frances Kelsey from the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) stated there was insufficient proof of the drug’s safety in humans. Thalidomide was soon banned worldwide when it was discovered that it caused tragic birth defects. According to the March of Dimes (MOD, November 1998), "More than 10,000 children around the world were born with major malformations, many missing arms and legs, because their mothers had taken the drug during early pregnancy. Mothers who had taken the drug when arms and legs were beginning to form had babies with a widely varying but recognizable pattern of limb deformities. The most well-known pattern, absence of most of the arm with the hands extending flipper-like from the shoulders, is called phocomelia. Another frequent arm malformation called radial aplasia was absence of the thumb and the adjoining bone in the lower arm. Similar limb malformations occurred in the lower extremities. The affected babies almost always had both sides affected and often had both the arms and the legs malformed. In addition to the limbs, the drug caused malformations of the eyes and ears, heart, genitals, kidneys, digestive tract (including the lips and mouth), and nervous system. Thalidomide was recognized as a powerful human teratogen (a drug or other agent that causes abnormal development in the embryo or fetus). Taking even a single dose of thalidomide during early pregnancy may cause major birth defects."

In CytoGenix case I think the company is afraid of an action by the FDA before the action is warranted IF the topical were
to come into this country from India or China.
JMHO
CD_98
suky, I think what MS was referring to was the what if it is successful abroad and it finds its way back into the States
without FDA approval.
I do believe that CYGX could use the data received from clinicals on humans in India/China, but if approved for use in those countries it would probably just be a matter of time
before the topical found its way over here to be used illegally, not having the FDA approval for use in the States.
What it tells me is that Cytogenix is fairly confident this topical is going to be very successful, and that people will be willing to take the chance to use it "illegally" here.
And IF that happened what if the FDA bans its use in the States because there is not enough data to support its efficacy and safety here? That could throw a monkey wrench into things for a while.
I think that is why MS said they would try to be careful not to get it approved in other countries too soon before getting a foothold over here with the FDA. JMHO
Anyone else care to chime in?
OT: peace, VITX had halted the phase III trials quite a while ago, but that is OLD news. Trials have proceeded since then and all is well. Getting closer to FDA approval each day that passes. Like I posted, check out the PR from August.
Panacos merger is what I am awaiting right now. P457 could be
a whopper in the fight against HIV.
CD_98
peace_2_all, yes I would love to have more CYGX too, however, one should not out all their eggs in one basket so to speak.
VITX has not stopped phase III chronic clinicals. Do not know where you got that from, but according to their last update on phase III back in August INACTINE was doing just fine thank you. From what I hear lately, it still is doing well.
http://biz.yahoo.com/prnews/040803/netu022_1.html
Believe me when I say that companies like Baxter wish they had a working red blood cell cleanser like INACTINE to partner with. VITX is in a partership with Pfizer and it is believed that Pfizer will be the big Pharma to market it.
As for VITX aquisition of Panacos it is to happen this week.
Hopefully the two companies have ironed things out. P457 (an anti HIV candidate) is just one item in the Panacos pipeline
that VITX could use to bolster its own pipeline.
So you wish the CEO of CYGX would just stick to science, huh?
Do you forget that his other expertise is in patent law???
I think they are more aware of what they have to do to succeed than you or I will ever be.
Just a reminder too, CYGX is a highly risky investment. You seem to be antsy at times, not sure, yet you would rather buy 4 times as much CYGX than a company close to completing phase III clincals on a molecule that could hold by itself a $1.5 billion dollar market worldwide?
So tell me peace_2_all, even with CYGX's managerial short comings, you still believe they will get financing too.....
just like the rest of us do too.
Played devils advocate. )))
CD_98
mymoney maker, I believe we will see financing news sooner or later. There are sveral reasons why I believe this to be true.
One reason is recent hiring. Nobody in their right mind would hire on to be a part of a company that was going to be a flash
in the pan.
Wish I had more money to put down on CYGX right now. I can do some horse trading if I want to but will wait until one of my other horses is worth more $$$.
Also would like to buy more VITX, but that is another story.
CD_98
If the outlook were THAT bleak on the financing front CYGX would have been down to $0.18 already.
Definitly some positioning going on here. Could be a reverse head fake folks. Almost a half a million shares traded and the price was pushed lower....... to get shares cheaper??
Hhhmmmm
With no news in recent weeks what is there to support SP?
Things will turn around..... been here before.

BigB, I was mistaken about the Cendent Mortgage layoffs. It is 1500 layed off instead of 1000 followed by another 1000 for a total of 2500 people out of work in Jersey.
Good luck with your position. Nice to have someone following
CytoGenix events that has your credentials. Unlike some of the bashers (or maybe just that one for all we know) who say CYGX is a scam it is a pleasure to have a someone with technical expertise on this baord. I am sure Different Drummer
is of the same caliber.
Almost time to go to work....
Have a good one BigB
GO EAGLES!!!
CD_98
BigB, congrats on your new position and and the employment move.
Currently I am working in a QC lab in pharmaceuticals as a chemist. Would love to move on myself, but employment opportunities are hard to come by as the economy is quite tight right now.
Layoffs still happening, just recently with Merck, and some smaller APIs (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient companies) in the area.
Just heard from a friend that 1000 Cendent Mortgage folks will be let go. She works for a competing firm.
So, you should consider yourself fortunate to be able to make a move right now. Guess it is dependent on what sector one is seeking employment. Anyway, good luck wtih your new position.
Even though frustrations abound where I work, it is nice to have a paycheck coming in.

For the most part Jamacian houses are built of poured concrete and reinforced steel. Almost like living in a bunker.

EC, Neo's post about the upcoming INDs about says it all. That plus financing news will put a cork in anything LO or
HMS have to say.
Curious about your observations, but that is about it. Unless you heard something concrete from a company source that should not be posted you should feel free to post your humble opinion and observations without fear of rejection by idiots.
It is my opinion that it is just a matter of time before this one starts to rock, not a matter of if, just a matter of when.
CD_98
Most things take more time than what estimated timelines are thought to be. My general rule of thumb is 1.5 times the estimate. Sometimes I'm right, most times I'm wrong.
Maybe this price per share dips lower in the meantime. So be it.
Mane badu kabar ja.
