Been hearing that for too long, and it never happens. Give me a time frame for this 'no bid' you refer to.
I see no dilution here....where is the dilution?
No, it was defined as part of the micro-cap category.
I think that is certainly an overstatement based upon your feelings. Jim Porter is an ethical man. Why else would he be in the running for micro-cap ethical CEO of the year?
Those that own large share blocks should definitely know when to unbundle from some as the price rises. That decision will need to be made this week and next. Not a time to fold em' though.
We each have our own opinions. Mine could be considered as more factual.
None of us can be certain what is in store for us. My opinion is that at least the audited financials will be submitted in the next week or two.
Nice to have you back, but you are inaccurate. Imminent.
They were all true when published, however did not pan out as well as expected. Therefore I do not agree with your conclusion, but I agree that to this point there are issues with execution. I do however have complete faith in the management team to do the best for shareholders.
Thank you...now I understand your position on this stuff. Whatever is issued by the company as FACT...is assumed untrue in any fashion. I understand the concept of 'if I cannot see for myself, and touch it with my own hands it does not exist'. I can appreciate that.
Those are the oil and gas properties....aren't they?
I do not understand the copy and paste of a report....what report are you referring to?
My guess....and it is only a guess.....is that those were required for the attorney, and added expenses for the CPA firm, in order to produce the reserve reports that the SEC will require for fully reporting status to be completed. It means we are close.
As I pointed out in my response, they have been acquiring assets....
in fact the current assets listed in the link you posted (at year end) are $564,450. Not too shabby.
No sure what you mean by a 'YEILD'......If you are implying that the company is not yet fully reporting, we do not have long to wait for that to be resolved. I even recently read on the board that it should happen very shortly.
When will this happen? Those restricted shares have not even been out there more than a few months. The only way they hit the float in the next few month would be if the company becomes fully reporting....or is it uplisted.....not sure which one moves the hold time to 6 months. Have you become aware of us becoming fully reporting soon? It seems that you have that impression. Great news....can you share it?
There are only less than 300M shares outstanding today. We need to use this new share structure, so as not to confuse any uniformed reader. Now to your question as to where the shares went...they went to acquire assets of oil and gas, and to pay for the CPA, and attorney that will move this company into a fully reporting status by month end, or shortly thereafter.....but I expect it by month end.
That may be, but a scam would gag it all, not just the float. See previous answer given to another poster.

It is my impression that we are going to have some really exciting news coming this week and next. I expect the price per share to rise over the next few trading days. And I expect the daily volume to be in the 2M-3M range as new players notice Bayport and fight for those tightly held shares. With only 60M or so in the float this is going to be big.
The only thing that will not change is my mind, unless facts are inserted to support current issues. What I usually see is links to old (more than a couple of years old) saying something on the fringe of what is being discussed. My opinion is that Bayport has made mistakes along the way, but no one other than shareholders have profited or lost on them. Management has not benefited in any way. If you disagree, please post a link to that finite data.
....and Friday was green, green, green they say......as will Tuesday be.
But the outstanding is clearly available. That is just as good for me, as I keep track of any increase in the outstanding. Very small number over the past couple of months. BTW, most transfer agents only offer that data, and not the breakout of restricted and non-restricted.
If those were actually true it would be worth the read, to find out information about Bayport. However the stickies refer to people the company is in a JV with, and the responses noted on those stickies tell more info than the stickies themselves.
I do not think that is true, as he is a nominee for Ethical CEO of the Year. Where may I read about this sale? Was this a rumor?
If that is accurate, they need to determine who gets the proceeds for that metal. Since it was apparently free to Bayport, should they share in the proceeds? Jim, being the ethical CEO he is, would probably say he is not entitled to any of it. Simon, although he is not the CEO, might force him to take some of it. Let's see how this plays out. I was hoping they would use the facility, as was suggested, as a toxic waste holding site.
My ticker is actually fine. Thanks for asking. I will take a 4% move each week. Wouldn't you? This is wonderful for us.
LMFAO....dead, with over half a million shares traded today, with most traded at above the actual closing price. Very funny. This price movement makes me smile.
It turned out to be an Irish Green day....and the stock should have been DOUBLIN....
BINGO
OK ok leave May 4th out of the mix, and then my statement is correct. How far do you want to go back? My statements are valid.
People can only stir this post a little longer, as the financial audit is done, and just waiting for the reserve reports to upload them.
Right back at ya....there is no valid counter to my posts.
Not a red communistic day, but a green Irish Day on da way......
I cannot speak for Shainberg, as he does not work for Bayport, but I know Jim Porter, nominee for micro-cap ethical CEO of the Year takes no salary....or very little. Good man there.
Very funny that one would need to post shear BS to counter a valid argument about Bayport suceeding.
Don't think so, as I know for certain that the announcements on much of this stuff will be coming by month end.
I was certain that they had changed their mind on the JFK Terminal tanks, and were going to use them as a holding place for toxic waste. Maybe they can use two for the water, and one for waste. I do not think they would be allowed to interchange them.
Not sure what you are referring to, as the financing is proceeding ahead of schedule, and the interest in buying Bayport stock continues to increase.
I can understand your concern, however, I do not think this has any bearing on Bayport's involvement.
You are assuming they are false....I assume they are real and actually going to happen.
Sellers, and they are very small in number, are not dropping their asking price. Buyers will have to pay up for the limited shares out in the float.
