Goldwin, I have not level 2. Could you please describe precisely (+ timeframe) what was against Finra rules? I think if more of us just spend several minutes by filling in the electronic complaint form either at FINRA or SEC, it will cause no harm.
I don´t think the movements are caused by individual single buyers/sellers. Do you buy/sell in market price orders, or limit orders? Do you sell so small amounts that they are almost the same as the fee for executing the order? You can answer yourself...
Send a complain to SEC, I tried several years ago, but no improvement, but maybe now, they can do some action...

Hope so, all depends only on the deal. The water is containing pretty a lot of lithium, unlike f.i. LEX*.
SMD, just back to the spreadsheet you made your logo of. We all take it half of fun, but half as indicator. I mean tantalum, thorium and uranium are not in mineable concentrations, so we can delete them. I randomly checked the prices and found they are 2-3 times higher than those in the spreadsheet. Of course, price very much depends on metal purity. Cerium, f.i. is in very good, above average concentration, if compared with other properties, and 99% metal sells at almost 150$ now. This could be our hidden horse, yet nobody spoke about it. Eu, on the other hand, wend much down to 1400 $kg, but based on just one sample analysis, it makes no sense to talk about now. I hope, that Scott who is approx. the same age as I am, realizes all that and is working really hard to be able to enjoy his success still in productive age...
It is exploration company, and they usually do not have any income. What I mostly miss here not quantified resources, the company is so far away from any report that would prove the resources, and there is not a sign on how to secure financing to become a Li producer. If the young CEO is a sort of a genius and he will release a news in that way soon, then OK, but I have high doubts. Progress in exploration companies (OK, this is not typical mining...) takes much longer time. Sorry, the news presented does not correspond to the huge price increase. Who is a good trader, can earn easy money, but also can be beadly burnt. Good luck to all who are in.
Web, taking the chart literally, SRSR should achieve the top tha should be around 0.5$. Not bad seeing this number thru the glasses of today, yet I think many of us here-you, Onta, DSU, SMD incl. me think higher. Thx for your really valuable contributions.
Yes, Merle was speaking in this way well half year ago.
Looks like another trap, this thing is just a play of MM´s, based on no concrete facts and numbers. Yet I would like to know whether the concentrations of Li in water is not too low here, from 20 to 200 ppm only, whilst some other exploration companies measured 1000 pp or so?
From what I know the analysis showed about 1000 ppm Li, whilst f.i. wild LEX* has only 20 up to 200 ppm. If MMTE gets the property, this will be certainly a benefit, yet the property area is not that large. I do not know anything about Li production, very likely electrolysis like for obtaining other alkali metals, and then a sort of extraction from Hg?
He who earned money when it was going up, could also short it and earn more. Just emotion driven stock, vague news and no much facts and numbers. Not for investors, just for traders...
You had pretty good price, which is still now.
When did you buy them?
Merle wrote down "spin-off".
"The lawyers are involved so no way I can make any specific predictions but not to far before more disclosure.
I mean the ones that are doing the paperwork for the spin-off.
The company won't be commenting on DR's involvement and what they may or may not have done."
More or less, typical Merle´s answer, but yet giving some more light what is going on right now...
Response on my email from Merle (yesterday).
Onta, if you mentioned CTO, as per Merle the management (Scott) has not submitted the required documents to BC. It is more than a year when it was issued, and Merle seems he does not take it as a harm. So, I understand that they work seriously on more important things and do not waste time and money on unnecessary issues. BTW, Merle yesterday noticed that lawyers have been working on spinoff.
No drama after second regulation regarding naked shorting that came into effect. I don´t think it will change much sideways trading as of now, and only peppered news will move the PPS.
Until we trade just 4500 $ per session, all is possible. Volume is the key, and the last two days it was so thin. MM´s can control the price, but if there is almost zero demand then... Let us repeat, patience is they, every day, week, month, year... Maybe, after REE mania, Gold and Silvermania, Lithiummania also Niobiummania will yet come...Sorry, bad day,and small caps so miserable all over last days...
Seems SRSR is trivially traded as precious metals exploration company, hand in hand with sharp decline of these metals (but other metals are not doing that much better, either). How many times shall we sse this action again and again-3 or 4 days up a bit, and than a bump back again...
The more pain until now (let us believe it has stopped), the sweeter reward ahead us.
Not so bad, reminds me times 2 years ago...
I wonder whether last 11% increase in PPS has roots in general precious metals actual price (almost all Au, Ag, Pt, Pd - miners highly up), or whether the market started realizing SRSR value a bit).
Far not that easy to calculate even roughly the PPS based on resources. Look at similar but more realistic attempts f.i.

You should consider some recovery rate (with Li probably higher than 90%, but especially only a small fragment of resources can be considered. But yes, .2 could be nice prices for me, if we followed the craziness of LE*G for instance, why not...
I fully agree with the demand, but I cannot figure out about the value of the resources. Simplified, just two visits of CEO somewhere, and buyers go mad. GLTA.
How many times before did I have similar feeling. Chances it will turn real are getting higher and higher...
The same view, emotion driven stock, most people know what lithium is used for. Congrats to all who earned big money, but the value of assets in the ground is a big unknown. On the other hand, there are companies in mining sector, which have proven at least part if its assets, and are still laggards (SR*R, ....). Good luck to all here.
Of course, if investors do not trust in SRSR capability to get assets out of the ground, the existing low price might be explanation and consequence of their thinking. On the other hand, SRSR has much more documented the value of assets than other companies that even after wild runs (LB*R, and L*XG nowadays), mostly just after very simple and not much saying announcements, and usually consequent big dips keep their PS relatively high. Anyway, the buying pressure at least from other single and better educated investors like we are, should drive the price much higher and creates bigger volumes than we have seen all the time. Maybe there is also a psychogical barrier that Nb is the metal almost nobody knows, unlike lithium, uranium, or REE´s there was a big campaign about.
Also, many big runs were caused all of the sudden, with stocks that had almost no records in forums. When big players occupied their seats before the others, whilst here many seats have been reserved and busy.
Actual extremely low price is big question for all of us and at the moment, nobody can provide a satisfactory answer.
If 3 and 14 are really diameters, then in assumption, the depth of mineralization is the same, you will have approx. 21.5x volume in case of 14 km dia than in 3.... Simple math....
I have the same feeling. I also forgot to mention that according to Merle, the management has not submitted the requested materials for canceling CTO yet... I don´t know what I should think of it, might be either positive or negative.
Onta, nice to hear you after some break...
I think it might be interesting to share Merle´s answer to some of mine (as well as other here) questions:
...marketing expenses and exploration expenses, that were too high for drilling just 2 holes (if not another method that was not announced publicly, was used).
The costs for the 43-101 are included plus some IP work.
New rules in NI43-102 after Jun 30. I thought that SRSR has been working on one, as the latest released last year was just a formal thing, put together too fast, and also accepted badly by the market. Also necessary for CTO?
There is one being worked for the Shining Tree. New rules have no impact on timing.
I asked him about intention how abour REE´s-...I understand, but it will be too late once Nb mine will be operational, to think how to extract REE´s. Many works would have to be doubled again, not speaking about further manipulation of heaps of waste containing REE´s after extraction of Nb. SRSR has hired specialist for that last year?
At some point in time the company will take a closer look at the REE's but this will be a Niobium mine 1st. By having said "1st" I meant primary. The REE's will be looked at in the proper time.
The company knows what it is doing.
The company has no obstacles for any of it's plans.
Again, I understood Merle´s answers in a way that SRSR management is pretty sure abour realizing its visions.
Thanks, Web. I don´t understand some issues, especially why travelling costs and especially preparation of NI 43-101 fell into marketing costs. Either not here in EU, but IMHO nor in the US, as I was preparing GAAP compliant reports also. Along with lack of info, I am confused, in some aspects I tend to agree with Syracuseo, as his reminders are logical.
I asked you because I emailed Merle some question about IP, and he did not seem to understand what I was writing about...
Web, where did you read
"And IR confirmed that other exploration has occurred and specifically mentioned IP. This is a more exciting development to me than any number of drill holes could have been, because of the 3D model it can provide."
Senorita,
I don´t remember that SRSR has found significant Cu deposits, with Nb you are right, but we have also gold in game, and REE´s (question is if they can be processed parallel to Nb).
Uneasy way to wealth...
Tom, I was two times in South Korea during last three months from Europe (Prague-Amsterdam-Seoul). Must admit the flight was pretty long, anyways it was also a business trip, I am some years older than Scott, and agreed to travel by economy just to save money. Maybe, soon I could afford to use more comfortable class when SRSR is 1-10 $.....
BTW, I watch your posts and like them, your non-aggressive attitude and really highly regard you and your activities in Asia.
Yeah, that´s sound much more real... Scott is not a kind of business class or 5 stars hotel traveller, so I think all the management cruised the world pretty much.
I can hardly believe that the round trip ticket to Asia costs as much.
