Anyone know the A/S for HMIT?
Scrappy1, I just checked again, I'm not see anything past 20 Jun. Maybe the list hasn't been updated yet (at least not on my puter).
With all the recently added commercials have to wonder why 20 Jun is the end as they could have extended the dates thru 30 Jun. What's planned for next week.
Light bulbs are a $1B a year industry. Have to wonder what percentage of that can ZVTK grab if all goes well for them.
ummm, wonder why they haven't extended the ads past 20 Jun?
Appears that web site has been vacated.
lol, have to admit Arnold that was a loaded question. You passed with flying colors.
Arnold, here's a question for you. Trading today was reflected a stock with dilution. At the current trading rate, how long will it take to hit a penny? Let's base that on the stock was up everyday for the next month.
We all know that if Zevotek announces a retail deal with CVS and Wal-Mart it's not going to be a "wam-bam-thank you" A retail announcement will raise the stock price, but no one knows how much. At this point the investor is faced with a decision to hold, sell (a portion or all). The reason for that decision is:
1. Investors will have no idea how many CVS/Wal-Mart stores were chosen to sell the bulbs. The number crunchers at Zevotek will probably estimated how many bulbs might be sold in a months time, then calculate how many stores will be needed to meet a pre-determined profit. I do believe Zevotek will be conservative in the initial number of stores chosen to place the bulbs.
2. Will the sale figures meet or exceed expectations, or disapoint? No one can answer that accurately, only speculate.
Once again investors will have to wait for the Quarterly Report that reflects revenue/profit from those sales.
For the above reasons I think the announcement of retail agreements will increase the stock price, but once the smoke clears the price will recede until further news. This is my view on how I see initial retail agreements unfolding. Opinions/comments appreciated.
Believe the Q ends 30 Jun. Don't know when Zevotek will report though.
I don't get it. The change in negative sentiment here has really increased. Do you all really think Zevotek's endeavors to give the bulb continuing nationwide visibility, as well as the dilution factor, was not planned from the beginning? It's really not that they haven't been here done this before. In 2008 they learned an expensive lesson. I doubt they will repeat the errors that made them withdraw the product from store shelves. They are well aware of their financial situation, but probably believe as we do that the bulbs will sell very well once on the retailer shelves. Why would they continue with advertising if they knew their financial postion was not sufficient to buy enough bulbs to distribute among the retailers? I believe we're, just like all the hype a couple of weeks ago, over reacting to a situation we really know very little about. Yes, we do know about the dilution, but is that enough to put Zevotek out of business. Remember, no one knows what's happening behind closed doors, it's all speculation. Let's give them a chance to play their hand out until we find out something more definite that can be substantiated. Of the course the above comments I feel, are logical based on what we know to date. GLTA
Believe Zevotek is ripe for a "deep pocket" partnership. That may be just the boost they need right now. Someone that wants to partner with Zevotek could make themselves a very good deal considering the company's financial situation.
Bad idea to try and catch a fall knife. You know something though, I'm doing the same thing. :)
I beginning to think now Annette had to make that comment that she was an investor. By doing so she could legally pump the stock without facing liability. Her comment about CVS/Wal-Mart may have been her own unsubstantiated opinion. This is why articles on specific stocks the writer has to include they hold positions in the stock being reported on. This clears them from any liabilities.
hole-in-one, that 0.0023 is wrong. You should call Etrade. I also use Etrade, the Pro and Market Trader platforms. No where is the ask 0.0023.
If it eats through 0.0013 we have even a larger problem.
no hole-in-one, etrade is 0.0013 x 0.0014
All sells at 0.0014. Appears at the moment no one wants to buy at 0.0015. That's not good.
Maybe we're seeing the results of the huge dilution. What is it now, close to 5B A/S?
Apac, good point. Her plan is not working. If Annette is not their PR person, who is? Does the company even have a PR rep? If the company is not paying her for her interviews, then ZVTK probably is not liable for what she says.
3.95 market cap now. Why would the company sit by and watch their stock tank and do nothing? Especially after Annette implied an agreement with retailers. Just doesn't make sense at this point.
Probably out of $$$$$
They (MMs) building 0.0017 wall. No way we'll eat through 0.0017 without news.
Infomercials ended 11 Jun. Nothing new on Web Site.
The company could prevent this bleeding by simply confirming what Annette said at the interview. They're not doing that why? Maybe because the company can't be held liable for something their spokesperson said? This is definitely strange.
The MM must be ARCA
Not looking good on L2
ummm, lets see now. 10M shares at 0.016=$160,000. Instead you held, now 10M shares at 0.0018=$18,000.
Would bulbs be on consignment or does Wal-Mart buy the bulbs?
Manrod64, yes they do. I believe being a "supplier" is a lot more complexed and expensive. Where as simply leasing space to sell a product is a lot less complicated. We need to call the number posted to clarify.
Manrod64, believe that requirement is for suppliers. ZVTK would not be a supplier. They would simply be leasing shelve space.
Manrod64, thanks for the info. Quite possibly the number I posted regarding space leasing may give us some good information. If ZVTK is only a couple of months before shelving the bulbs in Wal-Mart they may be able to provide us with the stores. It's worth a try. However, it's best if only one person calls as a consumer wishing to purchase the bulb.
How can someone lease space within a Walmart store? [Back to top]
For more information on leasing space within a Walmart store, please contact our Vestibule Leasing Department. They can be reached at 479-273-4516.
This is probably what ZVTK will be doing. I doubt they will be a Wal-Mart a "supplier". So, by leasing shelve space in a Wal-Mart store then apparently can choose the stores they wish to sell bulbs.
We need to find out Wal-Mart's policy on new product distribution. Does Wal-Mart require new clients to place their product in ALL Wal-Mart stores, or can clients be SELECTIVE and choose certain stores they want their product to be sold? It seems a waste of time for us to visit a few Wal-Marts looking for info if clients can be selective. Wal-Mart has many stores nationwide, and even overseas, like looking for a needle in a haytstack.
After listening to Annette's interview I feel she came across as a sincere individual who really believed in the bulb's capabilities. She didn't come across as a slick, fast talking salesperson, her presentation certainly was not prepared before the program. I think many that listened to the program would more than likely research the bulb, with a high probability of making a purchase. I now feel her statement about the retail timeframes were honest based on the entire interview. Just my thoughts.
Did you all know that OTC BB days will only be a memory shortly.

Arnold, could you send me the link to Annette's most recent interview. Thanks
hole-in-one, this is apparently what the PR person (Annette) wants investors to believe. In her recent last interview she said that the bulbs "will" be in CVS and Wal-Mart by early Aug or late Sept. At this point I'm beginning to evaluate her credibility. At the moment we're waiting for a PR from the company to confirm Annette's statement. As far as I'm concerned, no, it's not engraved in stone.
oops, just found out Wal-Mart has always owned Sam's Club.
Just call the Wal-Mart Corporate HQS. Mon-Fri are their operation hours. Interesting to note though Wal-Mart and Sam's Club are associated. Did Wal-Mart buyout Sam's Club at some point?
