Well said Marine-1. Many posters seem to think you have alterior motives but the rest of us know better. I'll stand by you any day of the week! No one, not IHUB, nor Marine-1 should feel one bit intimidated by Minamars tactics. This is AMERICA!
For all of you doubters,....Freedom isn't FREE! Many fine americans lost their lives and are losing their lives daily so you have the rights that we all have here in the good old USA. Way too many people take this for granted.

Marine-1,
I'm glad to hear you offer to go meet with Ike. I remember asking you to do this earlier since you live so close. Let me know how it goes.
Thanks,
Mike
That would be great Mick! We haven't had one for some time now. Of course at the rate it's been going we really haven't needed one.
Let's certainly hope so Mick! It sure would be nice to start seeing green on a daily basis regarless of how small an increase it is.
The Semi Annual Report filed on July 2nd shows our GOIG outstanding share count has grown. Marine-1 kindly pointed out that this wasn't in our GOIG IBox. I told I leave that up to you Buddy!

Hi Mick! Good to be back in town for a while. You know me, I'm not one to post unless I have something to say. I've been sticking to golf rather than watching the GOIG paint dry.

John....is this legal? Wouldn't it be considered insider information?
Well it seems to me that much of it may be attributed to the subsequent events listed in Note 15. Without adequate revenues they are issuing shares for payments. As for updating the Ibox, I leave that up to Mick but I agree and I'm sure it will get updated soon.
Is this enough reason for a non shareholder to raise such a hoopla? I think we have a fair number of credible shareholders keeping a close eye on this company.
BTW....I thought we had an understanding.

You and I both know there's no way to know for sure if these are Common, or preferred Series A, Series B, or Series C. Unless of course you've been able to uncover more credible information since we discussed this months ago. I hit a dead end in regard to these.
We also don't know if any of the convertible redeemable debentures have any conditions, if the've already been converted and sold, or have been converted and not sold yet. I suspect the've all been sold off a long time ago though.

Oil you hit the nail on the head once again! Now if we can get Ike to follow thru with your suggestions we'd be golden.
Thanks!
Mike
Glad you liked it ID! I looked back at Ike's career and there's no doubt in my mind he's finally found the bone! But now he has to do something with it.
Mike
Right on and well said Motocross!
Even a blind dog finds a bone once in a while. I feel Ike finally found the bone, I just hope he chews on it rather than buries it.
I have to agree with you on all your points Oil. I think most of us long term investors realize there's a lot of positive things happening. It's very easy for all of us to sit back and point out all the deficiencies that we see yet a lot has actually happened since the April 15th launch (some good and some not so good).
I'm not as concerned about revenues for this past quarter as I am that the LOI with Mr. Fu comes to fruitation. We have to have an infusion of cash in order to have a realistic marketing campaign. I also hope that Ike uses some money to add some talented management staff. The man behind the curtain needs some experienced help to carry out his vision and business plan. He can't go on being a one-man band working 20 hour days!
I'm in this for the long haul though and taking advantage of dips like this by adding more to my position.

PinchnPennies,
I have to agree with you 100%! If the accountants can't take the revenue collected in July for June's service and report for the quarter ending June 30, 2010 then everyone had better be preparred for skewed numbers for both quarters. It seems to me that Ike is going to half to do some explaining too!
I suppose we can hope that I was an isolated customer that they overlooked billing until July 9th. I kind of doubt it though.
Out of curiosity are there any other customers on IHUB that can share their billing expeiences with the board? And while we're at it how about all of you Ambassadors. Have you been paid your 7% commissions or are you waiting to be paid? I wouldn't think that the company would pay out commissions unless theve collected money on the accounts you've sold.
Thanks!

Mike
Oil,
Frankly I was wondering if they were ever going to bill me for the service. It's a little hard to report revenues when you don't bill your customers. I suspect that the revenues reported in June will much lower than they could have been as a result of not having the "Automatic billing via credit cards & bank accounts" actually working as planned. I can undewrstand Start-up growing pains but this part of the business is pretty basic stuff that someone obviously dropped the ball on.
Iy pisses me off too that this wasn't handled as planned. Who's managing the day-to-day operations of the company? Ike can't possibly be doing it all.
JMHO
Mike
Oil9911,
I suspect that the administrative staff in their accounting department weren't prepared for the billings. I was notified on July 9th that Go800 had finally made the automatic monthly deduction for our keyword for both June & July. It seemed odd to me that June's payment hadn't been deducted by the company in June. I realize this is a new company and it takes time to train staff but I thought the billing operations would have had their act together and ready for June billings, but apparently not.
Frankly I wonder how this is going to effect the recording on their financials. The way I do my accounting through Quickbooks this particular double payment, since it occured in July, would be recorded in July. I'm no accountant so perhaps someone else might be able to clarify this issue.
If my account wasn't billed until July 9th then it leeds me to believe that other accounts might be in the same situation. What are your thoughts on this?
BTW....I don't post too often but I'm still Long and have been occasionally adding to my LONG position. I'm not concerned about the day-to-day or week-to-week PPS but rather my longer term investment. GLTY

Rustler.....help out and but a few million for the TEAM!
Thanks and cheers to you to Jade!
Hey if that's what it takes I'm sure we'll all do our part to keep it up! A few more green days like today and Rustler can afford some better vodka!
Rustler....It looks like last night's drinking binge we had turned this into a GREEN day, on a Friday no less!
BTW....I use this e-mail address when contacting Ike:

Green Day's are Great!
Mike
Doone, No problem! BTW....It was good talking with you today!

It's tasting like a 3 day weekend! Now I wish the market was closed tomorrow!
It's sad to see what's been happening in just about all sectors within the USA. It seems as though China owns a lot of US products. Our forefathers would have never fathomed what were witnessing today and passing along to the next generation.

Deputydog...there you go and had to remind us why we were drinking! I had to make another!
OHHH that's like drinking mad dog Rustler! What did that set you back $10.99? I've got a nice Grey Goose martini in my hand!

Thanks for the encouraging update Macblast! Person mark for you!
I agree with you Oil9911. Like I said earlier if we had another 100+ like them we would sleep better at night! Maybe Rusler wouldn't be drinking cheap vodka either!
So what's your GOIG drink of choice tonight Rustler?
Doone...FYI...I removed it for you.
Mike
I agree 100% Dolphin!
GLTU...Hopefully a Green day tomorrow!
Thanks for working hard to make this company a success Doone! Please tell me we have at least 100 or more more just like you!
We all sure hope so Mick!
I thought so, but had to confirm.
Thanks Buddy!
Oil, Can you share with us where you found out that the Patent Attorney & the Tech Inventor each own 5%?
Thanks,
Mike
Oil, let's hope our GOIG Dictator starts making some better decisions! We don't want to have to call in the marines! BTW...I think Rustler has the correct numbers.
I truely hope that both of our impressions of Ike (ie. the BS factor) are correct. Like you, I've been able to read people pretty good in the past. I guess we'll just have to wait this thing out. It's not like he hasn't been given enough suggestions that could make this go through the roof. I can only imagine what his e-mail box is like. I bet the IT dept has had to constantly increase it's size to accomodate all the e-mail.
I'd like to think that they have some major accounts signed by now but our problem is he's not willing to release that information.

ID...For some locations that's true it would only cost $300-400 for 3 months. But for metropolitan areas your talking multiple area codes which adds up to serious money for small businesses. For them it could be between $300-$500/month. What I'm suggesting would give them a cheap way to get them to say hell yeah I'll try it. Then if they see positive results then they're sold.

Hach123...No worries! You mentioned that you know many people who go to college and that your wife works at one. Let me suggest that you go back through the posts on this board and look for posts from HavnPhun (Try post #54573 and others). He said he was a professor and that he actually performed surveys using his students and they all loved this technology and would definitely use it.
