Stop being in denial guys. Face it you've been diluted. I see VERT on the ask (and not the bid) with his order last changed right around when the bounce occured. I wonder when he comes on again.

Naked shorts have 13 days from trade day before forced to cover. Irrelevant here now because now that we know the float is at least 431M, there probably isn't a large naked short position.

I know but people are still confused because:

A) There was a filing filed around Dec 8 that includes numbers "as of Oct 31". But people still think the numbers are current as of Dec 8 when they are really only current as of Oct 31.

B) THE IBOX NEEDS TO BE UPDATED (hint hint wink wink)

C) My stickied posts should be removed. They contain information from when TA gave us incorrect numbers and before they gave us the correct numbers. I did not even choose to have these posts stickied, they just were, and people keep replying to them.

The numbers given by TA were different than the numbers in the ibox, filings, etc. The most recent filing had the SS numbers inside of it dated "as of Oct 31" and the TA numbers were more recent than that. It was float 431M.

Who knows what it is now.

rodvdobson, after I made that post, the TA was contacted again and the TA apologized and said he gave us the wrong numbers and the float was actually 431M. There might not be a large short position. We all lost from the misleading information, including me. Sorry.

We're not really dealing primarily with CSTI anymore - now it's NITE selling millions.

That probably has something to do with the valuation of their business (or there is currently a pump going on). What is there to valuate Shot Spirits with a market cap at or above $5 million?

It's a low float but NOT a low OS. In addition, it has been evidenced that they do not really care about their low float and have expanded their float at least 1000% since the RS and have a large AS to dilute more with.

Here's an update... According to the last PR, the OS is (now at least) 2.84B and the float is (now at least) 272M. This puts the current market cap (@.0017) at $4.83M... for what?? Also, at least 250M has been diluted since the RS at the time of the PR and more is likely to come.

It's for them only? So is there a box I can check to filter those messages out?

Thanks for turning the board into a minute-by-minute L2 readout, but I'd rather look at actual messages. Maybe people could just buy a L2 and look at it on their own? I cant imagine how/why anyone could be trading pennies without one anyway.

If that is where you honestly decided to buy your position at then that is ok. But if you put in a small order (like 5K) for no significant reason and just to intentionally mislead people then it is market manipulation.

Yes we all know the shorts/MMs do it all the time but that doesn't mean it isn't illegal too. They just have a much greater store of money to pay fines when they get busted, In addition, there are exclusions in certain regulations just for MMs.

You know there's someone on the other end of that trade, and the other 15M at .0009. A good question is who is SELLING 25M? Using NITE to dilute? Classy.

I cant predict the future; I can only point out the past. A couple months ago we thought that the OS was around 300M and the float was 31M. During the news/RM/.038 run, it was filed that the OS was 3.23B and the float was 231M. A couple weeks ago the TA told us the OS was 3.78B and the float was 431M. The most recent filing indicates that its numbers are from Oct 15. If you would like to find out the current numbers, you can call Pacific Stock Transfer at 7023613033.

It could theoretically run with enough buying pressure but you are at the mercy of all of the insiders who have dumped this back down or prevented this from running time and time again.

This company likes to dilute... Sometime around the R/M, they increased the float from 31M to 231M. Then after the news, they dumped more and increased the float to 431M. They also added some additional restricted positions and brought the OS to 3.78B. This was all told to us by the TA - the numbers in the IBOX are wrong. I'd be very scared if I was long sitting up here at .001 ...

Just thought I'd throw that in there among the crowd of happy voices so nobody is suprised if/when tens of millions of shares start dropping.
